My boyfriend and I recently moved to Settlers Creek and the experience thus far has been amazing! Nicole Garcia handles everything at the front office; sheβs a one (wo)man show and I am amazed by her candor, work ethic, and effort to make sure all questions are answered and issues addressed. She had made the entire moving experience so much easier and she has made us feel so welcomed - something we have missed with prior rental units. The property grounds are beautiful, as well! Great area for walking and working out, quiet, and offers a welcoming view, all of which help to make us feel at home in our new surroundings! Definitely a place weβre looking forward to calling home for a long time! -

Great apartment, attentive staff. Property managers Samantha and Nicole do their best to attend to the needs of the tenants in a timely manner. Plan to be here indefinitely! -
