My son has lived here 1 month now and I wanted to say a few things. 1st….the leasing agent that helped him get in has been amazing. Explained everything to him as it’s his first apartment while he goes to school and even had her son help him move some of the larger pieces of furniture when his friends couldn’t make it. 2nd…..there were some issues initially with the apartment not being 100% ready when he moved in but those have all been taken care of. I know the maintenance guy explained that it’s just him while they try to hire more people so things might not get done right away, but they will get done….and they have so for that I’m grateful. 3rd….i do want to say that the trash does seem to be an issue but I think it has to do again with them being short staffed in the maintenance department. I hope that guy gets help soon. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with the complex and I’m excited for my son.

If you are looking for a place to call home. Look no further. Consider into moving into Sereno Park. The manager Denise is very nice and attentive. The apartments are well maintained. Up to date on safety. Gated community. Pool is always open.

I Have had the greatest experience with Sereno Apartments. Joy was such a great help. She was fast and very professional and as well went above and beyond to get me in the very day I wanted to. The entire office team is very professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend living here and the units are pretty amazing.

We took a tour with Kiarra and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the property! We definitely have this place on our top list; customer service is so important to us and we felt very welcomed and safe, our tour was a great experience and when apartment hunting unfortunately that’s hard to come by. We’ll be back :)

Application process and move-in were pretty smooth. There have been a few issues with the apartment itself, but management and maintenance have been very responsive and on top of it. My work order requests are answered fairly quickly. Anthony, Kiarra and Linda have been very friendly, helpful and understanding. So far so good!

Sereno Park has been my home for almost a year and I have just renewed my lease. Best apartments for your buck in the Brooks/ Military area. Maintenance Supervisor Javier is quick, efficient and on-time. Always goes above and beyond to help. Office staff is friendly and accommodating.as well :). Jackie Property manager is always available to communicate any concerns to or questions, and always is friendly when approached. Comfortable setting, gated community, and overall excellent staff.

So we just moved in a month an a half ago. Office management was amazing Office staff was equally awesome kiarra was the one to help us out and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the whole application process and move in was so smooth as a result. I recommend these apartments to my close relatives and friends.

I have lived at other 2 other apartments before here and I feel like this is home to me for a very very long time :) if any questions or concerns of any sort I always get a hold of the manager Jackie Estrada :) she’s such a sweet and always there to help at any time. Once I have moved in the next day she had gave me a courtesy call to see how everything was going so far and at the other apartments I stayed at before I have never done that so that made me feel like she cares and cares for her job and what she does, and she is very professional too! I’m here to stay because of the management skills and caring people like her :)

Sereno Park Apartments Has been my home for already going on two years, I have lived at other apartments and it does not compare to this community! From the front office staff to maintenance they are so professional and are always willing to help their residence. Chelsy in the front is office is phenomenal:) she has always helped me with any questions I have ever had on top of that she touches basis just to make sure that everything is OK and always has a smile on her face:) for sure I will continue to rent here for as long as I can do to their professionalism and outstanding customer service! If y’all are looking for an awesome community to live in this is where it’s at guys!!!

I love Sereno Park Apartments! The management staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. They have a great maintenance team that takes care of the property and have good return time when a service request is needed. SERENO is a COMMUNITY and residents are treated as such. They have a good support system for the kids where events are held at the Clubhouse like the Back to School Program giving the kids backpacks filled with school supplies, back to school Pizza Party, Pancakes and Pajamas, and Fiesta Friday. Good job Sereno!

Hello!!I just want to write and let everyone that reads this know, If you are looking for apartment I highly recommend Sereno Park APTSThey have 2 amazing, awesome employees. I promise you not just talking or saying these. But honestly they do!!I would highly recommend Liz Olvera to anyone that is looking for an apartment. My BF and I were looking and I called spoke with Anthony which he was so pleasant on the phone and right away was yes lets make an appointment and see what is available. So I did as I went to my appointment he was busy and Liz welcome me as I walk in. I let her know I had an appointment with a Anthony and she was like he busy but I can help you.I explain what we were looking for she was like no problem. Ask me by when she then looked up what they had to offer. She says let me show you both 1 and 2 bedrooms Im like great lets go.The great thing about she didnt rush me I took my time looking at both 1 and 2 bedroom. Very patient, very professional. very friendly. After going back to the office she was like take your time let me her know what you think. I was so happy that we went from a 1 bedroom to a 2.She like okay you apply and I will do the rest. Long behold I gota called Congratulating Us.THANK YOU SO MUCH LIZ OLVERA!!YOUR ROCK AT WHAT YOU DO!!Made one HAPPY RESISENT!!

UPDATED: I have lived here a few years and I just renewed my lease again. The best people here are the maintenance workers. They are sooo kind and always do everything they can for me. Workers here knew my name and apartment number before I could even remember their names. The office people are nice and helpful. I have never had a neighbor problem or concern. Everybody I see around here are always friendly and say hi. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 is because I wish they had a kid playground/area because there are quite a few kids here and they play on a part of the road that has a hill in the complex. The pool is nice. They have a gated dog area as well. I also wished they would put a light by the dumpster because it is very dark and scary if you take trash out. (THEY HAVE NOW FIXED THIS ISSUE, YAY) They do trash valet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. But sometimes I have trash that I need to take out then. No bug issues since I have been here. There is also a nice tree area with benches and grills so that is nice during warm weather. Inside the office there are computers and a pool table. A laundry facility on site but I have never used it because my apartment has a washer and dryer. The only thing I have not used is the gym but I do know they got some new equipment within the last year.

My experience the past three years at Sereno Park has been generally good. Management is responsive to my needs and take care of things quite swiftly. However, an area we can improve is waste management. The trash/recycle bins are too small for this community and fill up too quickly, forcing residents to leave their trash outside for animals to feast on.

Great place to come home to. Clean,lots of trees and spaces outside to sit and enjoy the weather or BBQ. Personable staff that sees to your needs in a timely fashion. Grounds kept well and any problems are fixed quickly and completely. Pool always clean and inviting. Office and clubhouse are nicely furnished and always ready for residents to use. Overall a topnotch place to call home.

The apartments are very nice way better then my last apartment I lived at. The employee by the name of Rogelio Esquivel Roy is very attentive, respectful and remembers everybody by name. He makes my family and myself feel welcomed when we go to the office or when hes doing his rounds outside Roy goes above and behind to make sure the residences are satisfied. If I need something he goes out of his way to make sure I get it. We had a problem with our washer and he personally went to go check it out with the maintenance worker by the name of Eddie best maintenance worker EVER. Eddie is always there even after hours when something goes wrong he will come back to get it fixed. Kari the new manager is by far the best manager Ive seen here, I hope she dont ever leave the property. She helped me out in a big way when the floor vinyl started tarring in the living room she saved me alot of money instead of me paying for the entire bill to get it replaced she made sure I was happy with the amount I had to pay that was within my budget. I will not be looking to move from these apartments anytime in the future. Thank you Roy & Eddie & Kari.

Ok, I have lived in apartments most of my life and this one by far is the best. They take care of your maintenance requests usually same day (old places anywhere from a week or more). I havent had a bug problem (most of my others had a roach problem no matter how much I cleaned or what I did). Its really quiet, but near major highways for a quick drive anywhere. They are pet friendly, have a Landry facility (though they give you some in home, so its just a backup), have a pool, pool table, and a 24/7 gym. The only thing that sucks is parking after a certain time at night (this is remidied by come home early or getting paid covered parking for 30 a month I think). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Roy is awesome, he was driving through the complex in shirt and tie. He stopped to help me get my vehicle started. Thank you brother. That’s why we’re staying.

Really want to say the Sereno Park complex is very inviting, the community amenities are a delight. The Grounds a very well kept and the apartments are immaculate. Not to mention the when you walk in to the main office you are greeted with a Lovely smile and plenty of information Chelsi Castillo was amazing in guiding me through the process and informative.. 👌5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and highly recommend ☝️

The complex is beautiful. The staff has changed through the years but everyone has been pretty great with a few exceptions. The pool is nice until it gets crowded. My two bedroom has been my home past three years and Iv loved it everyday because I chose to. Usually theres something that needs fixing like clogged sink fallen blinds and the like but nothing really major. I can hear my neighbors almost constantly. If i dont its cause theyre not home. Theres no point in complaining though. Iv learned to accept it as apartment life. Theres trash around some areas too due to careless residents and people putting there trash out days befor its curbside pickup. This place has a lot if potential but needs work.

Empty nesters here moved in thought our furniture would not fit.... king size bed in 1 bedroom apt dresser chest of drawers, night stands, and table all fit. quiet and was worried about parking but have not had an issue as of yet. either my neighbors are very quiet or not home but have no issues with it being noisy,3 MONTHS IN AND I have only one complaint, and that is the upstairs neighbor... you can hear every footstep

I’ve lived here twice back in 2011. I got married bought a home and moved. We ended up moving back here in 2017. We absolutely love our apartment. It has all the amenities of a home. The staff at this particular location is EXCEPTIONAL! They go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Love the community and would recommend Serno Park to anyone.

This apartment complex is really nice the staff of Kari,Roy,Natasha in the front office makes this place more then just an apartment it’s HOME they do their best to make things smooth from maintenance doing a request quickly to answering any questions you may have we have been here for 2 years going on to 3 and I would not trade it for the world it’s quiet it’s clean and you really can’t beat the things they offer from the 24 hour gym to a onsite locker for safe delivery of your packages (I order a lot so I never worry about someone taking my packages) it is close to HEB Walmart and Sams CVS and a whole bunch of places to eat last but not least I know there are lots of choices when it comes to places to live but what has me most impressed is all the little things they do to make you feel like family from little gatherings to meet your neighbors and serving food to giving out backpacks and schools supplies for the kids so I say check them out and you might find yourself calling this place home.
