Luckily i have NOT any issues living here with my young son . its usually quiet at night , Kids play at the park , my neighbors are friendly and mindful . I had one of the office managers CATHY assist me professionally and respectfully whenever i needed help or had questions which i truly appreciate. I am pleased to admit it has been a smooth ride for me .

Found a great spot and a special guys, great area to live, quiet peaceful, also it’s near grocery stores and shopping centers, please check them out if you haven’t and also the one bedroom is very spacious with a great price! I have a friend who has been living here for 5 months and has experienced no form of racism at all they fix things on time and appreciate the tenants without the tenants where would they be and Mrs Yuliana is the best to come and assist you with your needs like she was trained to do so no racism here

Man, if you’re looking for a nice, chilled, relaxing apartment home. Serena Woods is THE SPOT‼️It’s also close to several grocery stores/ shopping centers.As a single mother I worry about security and safety. This place is on top of it!The staff is wonderful! They follow the rules with a smile on their face. Everyone in this office is filled with such warm hearts. They are very understanding and willing to assist!Ms. Catherine has to be my favorite! She’s always eager, honest, and willing/ ready to assist you on your mission of the day. She’s also a joyful person, which helps when we are frustrated.Ms. Astrid has even given me advice before instead of turning me away like other managers do. She’s amazing and sweet!The new guy Melvin/ Marvin is also very welcoming and helpful!!Thus far this home is the BEST home EVERRRR‼️😌♥️Thank you guys for everything you do for our community. ✨🙏🏽

Well, Im living in this property for about 8 months, and I never had an issue with anything. to talk about vandalism, is everywhere, even if you rent or buy a house, that does not mean your safe. Is funny to read the reviews when people are dissatisfied. Go get your own place and pay for maintenance job to keep your house in a good condition and see how goes. Team in Serena Wood are kinds and friendly, knowing your needs and expectations when you are become a resident in this property. I like to walk through the wood, the lake it makes me feel peace. Hey if you read the name of the property said SERENA WOOD, do not complaint about snake, raccoons. we live in Texas, not even the Weather is good. Keep rolling up Serena Wood Team. Thanks for showing us your effort.They were good enough to get everything ready for our apartment, being kind and polite. Amalia youre the best. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

I have been a resident for over 4-5 years. I have seen some management and staff come and go, the good, & the bad. I’ve also experienced some really great times and some small hiccups over the years. Nothing too severe that would ever make me want to just pack up & leave this beautiful well kept community. I will say, some things are out of management control and as a community we all have to do our part to keep our units, children and property safe. Create a rappor/understanding with management, maintenance and neighbors, and everything will be smooth sailing. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, Astrid, Stephanie, Catherine and Judy who all made a great management team and staff, not to mention the super cool maintenance guys!!I am a real person. I not making any of this stuff up. I’m not getting paid for this review. I’m just simply telling you what I’ve experienced in my years of living on Sereena woods property!

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Clarissa is awesome and was a huge help throughout the application process! Maintenance is great! They’re quick and efficient at getting requests completed, sink was backed up and they came out the same day I put the request in. I’m so glad my daughter and I moved here, it has been a wonderful experience so far! BTW, no roaches in my apartment.

I absolutely love being a resident of Serena Woods Apartments. The staff is very kind & caring. The staff here are very respectful and considerate. By far the best living experience I’ve had thus far. The maintenance team here is superb. Anytime I put in a work order, it’s completed immediately after it’s submitted. I love it, I have no complaints. Keep being great Carlos, Hope, & Kathrina! I greatly appreciate you guys.

Even though it has been a very challenging 2020 and difficult new part of the year, Ill like to acknowledge the front office and Victor apart of the maintenance team! I understand that you guys have homes and families that was affected as well, You guys still put in countless hours To ensure that we had water safely without pipes being busted! I went 2 days without lights 4days without water not to happy , but I want you guys to understand I know it was out of your control! So Ill like to say THANK YOU for all you guys have done and still doing! Wonderful Job Serena Woods!!

The manager Astrid is always helpful and nice. Raul from maintenance is always on top of my Apt repairs. I just can’t say enough of the office personnel Ms Catherine Assistant and Ms Amalia Leasing and Norma in maintenance they are always go above and beyond with customer service.

My lease is almost up, and I have never had a mayor issues with my place...I have seen worse in other places, and Im very have with this place, I love to take my dog and my kiddo to the park or walk around, she loves to play with other kids...the views through the balcón is the best..and yes there is some roches here and there..but nothing major, I usually request pest control several times every 3-4 weeks to stay on top of the situation...maintance is very hepfull and always on the go to do orders and to keep place clean and neat for every one..is understandable that staff has to keep this place nice and clean but residents dont do their share...i have walked around and seen trash out in places where it should not be...so yeap that explain roches and rodents being atracted... overall Im just a happy camper... Thank you Serena Woods..keep up with everything you doing !!!

I am a tenant and everything is remodeled, I ask for something to be fixed and the have somebody working on it and fixed withing 2-3 days. Amazing staff and what I like the most is that its quiet and parking is great. Obviously you have to have a parking sticker or a visitors pass to park and not get towed.

I have felt very good living in these apartments. My apartment overlooks a beautiful forest that I use to relax and enjoy nature. The management team both Catherine and Astrid have been very kind and cordial to me and my family. They are always willing to help you and solve your needs. Sometimes I feel that it is rather the residents themselves who do not comply with the rules of coexistence and regulations of the community, which is not the fault of the administration. Regardless of the above, I give them 5 stars.
