Maintenance in this property is 10/10 . I used to live in apartment 262 and the guys from maintenance were really friendly specially Carlos he treated me like if i new him from a long time like a family. And when put a work order he was there the same day or lates next day. I highly recommend here

The office management along with berenice have been very responsive and easy to work with . Very informative I have been living here for 1 and a half years and so far no problems . Theyre very quick to handle any issue with units and security has been good Atwell

Ive been renting with different villa Serena properties for about 7 years now and none of them have let me down. Its Greenspoint so you can already expect some rowdiness but all of the properties have security thats actually securing the place. The ladies at Serena Heights (Silvia and Berenice) are very helpful and understanding Im never late on my rent but I explained to them this month an emergency came up I paid half and the other half late but thank God for no problems. The maintenance crew is always on point and they keep the property clean. No break ins or robberies the only thing is the roaches (but thats apartments in general) but I keep it clean baited and they have pest control to come out if you want to.

(Almost 5 years living here)Very nice place to live here .The staff is very kind overall,And the place is always clean.Good maintenance with the pools.We just renew a 14m contract and the manager personally walked the whole apt to make sure everything was ok with the unit.And she said you know what I think is timeFor you to get some upgradesShe surprised me because I wasnt expecting that.Im so glad with her right now.Thank you so much!!!

I’ve been here for almost 7 months and I’ve had no problems! The staff is very nice and welcoming and care about having their residence nice and tidy! Just make sure you keep trash away from your doors and balcony. The neighbors stay to themselves it’s actually quiet. I plan on renewing my lease once it’s up and I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from to be honest. But everyone experiences different things or it’s a former resident that got evicted or whatnot. But take my word! I LOVE IT especially since I was looking for a safe place for me and my daughter. Only problem I do have is when some residents don’t do the speed limit when their driving in the complex

I have been living here for 2 years and 6 months. And it has been a smooth ride all through. They have a friendly staff members. Any request made are promptly attended to and the security within the the apartment complex is awesome. Its just that the outside neighborhood is rough.I will recommend this apartment to anyone seeking accommodation around greens road. In my opinion, Its the best you can find.

Amherst @ cityview is an excellent apartment complex. I have lived here since 2009. I havent had any problems since I have lived her. Karen Is an excellent manger
