Ive lived here for about 10 years. It is a pleasure to be in this property. The neighbors are very friendly. The places are always clean. The new manager is doing a great job removing anything from the balconies that makes the property look bad. Miss Shay Clark is a very nice, kind person, she helps you with everything, I congratulate her on a very good job.

We just moved in and this place is an upgrade from where we were. The apartment is really nice, our neighbors are friendly and the staff is amazing. The last place we lived the pool was always closed, that doesnt happen here and its always clean. Havent used the pool yet, but you can always see people in it.

I have lived here for 2 years under different management teams but I must say the new management team is awesome. AJ is the new office manager and since she has been here, I love this place even more. She makes sure the property is clean and the maintenance team is doing their job. She takes all complaints (if any) seriously and make sure the job is done. I am one happy resident. I just renewed my lease again . If you’re looking for a clean, quite place to call home, this is definitely the place to move. Thanks again to management. Sincerely, one happy resident.

I’m back with another update. I have been a resident for almost 4 years now and guess what??? I just signed a new lease for another year. If you are looking for a quite and clean community, this is it. I love that we are not far from I-45 or the beltway, we have security on site, secure entry gates, playground for kids and a open field for the kids to play ball. Parking is not an issue. The staff is awesome. Things here just keep getting better and better every since Sophia came on board. The leasing manage Sophia is everything you want in a leasing manager. She makes sure maintenance is on top of all work orders. If you have any questions or concerns, she is quick to respond and have it addressed. Way to go Sophia and all of RockRidge Square employees. I look forward to another year here.

So I just moved here 2 months ago Judy helped me and my brother through the whole process, she’s very knowledgeable, professional and shows she cares. She was able to get us moved in within the week fastest and the most amazing process I’ve ever been through when signing a lease.

Absolutely love living here! We have lived here for 5 years this month. Yes, the first couple of years under the old management and owners were not good but since the new owners and their new apartment managers AJ and Yvonne have been here we love it! Anytime there is an issue, which is RARE, the new maintenance guys Max, Jose, and Manuel are here super fast and they are just as knowledgeable and friendly as well! NO roaches at all, great water pressure, and neighbors are great too. A nice, awesome apartment place to live. When you come by to lease your next place to live, be sure to tell them that the Hardizis review sent you! :)
