    This is my second year living here at serena forest and they office staff has been helpful by taking their time to explain they contract and they policy of they company. They are nice about they violation i received, i Guess thats why the property is clean. Keep the good work girls and dont let this nasty comments get to youll. This is people that dont follow the rules and get mad because You Are extrict with the léase.

    I moved in 2 months ago and I haven’t had an issue with my apartment great maintenance and the office staff is very friendly and helpful they also helped me fill out my application when I was trying to move in I would recommend for you guys to move in. They hand out the apartments in really good condition and super clean they also have a security at night so you feel safe in here.

    Just renewed my first lease. I love living here. It’s quiet and peaceful . A lot of rules but i guess that’s what’s needed to make this place nice. I’ve been to other apartments down the same street and they are ghetto. The managers here are pretty cool and take the time to explain things to me and my husband. I love my little apartment.

    Perfect place too call home..ms.bianca is very nice Too me always telling me good morning wish other people were as nice as her. Management helps out when I need help with anything it’s always better living somewhere they actually care about the property thanks very much

    Im a very happy resident in this community! I been here for 2 years and just did my renewal again couldnt be happier. Great hard working staff and accessible never had any issues. Sarahi, Martha, and Bianca are great and always happy to help me. Thank you Serena Forest !!!

    Office staff really nice help me step by step with app. They stayed in contact with me until my app was finalized. The apartments are very quiet and kept clean. Im glad I chose Serena Forest 😃 Judy, Jennifer and office Manager Bianca is awesome 👍

    I am a very happy resident, especially with the maintenance workers. I have been here for almost 20 years and love it here. The entire staff are the best and care about us the resident. I recommend this property since they will take care of you as their own family, thats how they make us feel, at home!!

    I went for a tour and the staff was very helpful and kind! office looks super clean and neat and Alex was super helpful and really guided me and helped me get a better understanding on everything with no confusion whatsoever. Thank you!!

    At first, I was very skeptical to consider Serena Forest apartment as my next apartment to live in. I even wondered if I had made the right decision right after I moved in.Now that I have I have been living here for almost 2 months, I can truly say it was one the best decision.The leasing office personnel is very friendly, specially Veronica who made the move in process so easy for me, and Bianca who went out her way help me out in numerous occasions when I truly needed it.This is truly a place to be: very affordable and leasing agents care about their residents.

    Given the area, I have to say that I actually had a pleasant experience with Sarahi. She was very friendly and was able to help me out with some accommodations. So far I have not had any problems, and I am hoping this trend continues.

    Great!! and safe place to start your Rental history..Ive only been here for a month and the Office personnels has always treated me like family as if Ive been here for years. They are so compassionate about their jobs and meeting the needs of the residents that stay at Serena Forest Apartments. With that being said Serena Forest Apartments goes the extra miles to keeps me posted on the up coming events as well as help programs for Residence that were affected by Covid-19 or this past Winter storm. Also they keep us posted on food banks and free hot meals for The less fortunate. Bianca, Judy and Jamie truly has hearts of gold..and are awesome stars 😇 in my book.

    As a new resident of Serena Forest I will admit the property managers are very loving and friendly. The apartment is beautiful and clean and we fell in love at first sight with the apartment and just when we thought it couldnt get any better everyday the kids get served fresh cooked food and a jug of milk. We love it here and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a nce, loving community to raise their kids in. There is also a elementary school about 6 blocks from thr complex.

    I walked in for information on a 1 bedroom but there was none available. But one thing for sure Veronica made me feel at home she was very helpful walked me a unit . the staff offered coffee very helpful. Hope to lease soon Highly recommend

    I can greatly say ever since Bianca has been in office every gets fixed in a timely matter she the first person that came in that really cares about the residents needs no matter when people go off and gets mad she keeps it professional at all times and she does it with a smile every time this is what I call a real Landlord and a very understanding and compassionate person that loves what she does for a living and I thank you for that
