I moved here in December and I can honestly say I have had no issues or whatsoever. Whenever I would report anything that needed to be fixed it was fixed. Lourdes really helped me out when moving and is very informative when I had/have any questions !!! I loveeeee my apartment. When I moved they showed me one unit, but when it was time to sign my lease and pick up my keys Lulu showed a better apartment and omg I’m here comfortable and in love. I see no roaches !!! Thank God because where I came from was infested with roaches . There was alittle pipe issue from my kitchen, and they immediately sent someone to check it out and fixed it within 24hrs. Sophie also from the office is a sweeetheart better yet the whole staff. I can confidently go in and express any concern and it is taken cared of. I believe in treat others how you would like to be treated so I treat them with respect and as a resident here they definitely treat me with respect and they’re all good spirited people . Thank you Sedona !!!!

Me and my wife moved in in December and its been a good experience so far especially from where we was. The apartment is nice the pricing is good especially if your trying too save up. Also the if there is a problem with something maintenance will come to fix it same day cant say Ive ever had that before. Lastly the ladies in the office are amazing and most importantly understanding Im glad we found this place.

The paperwork was smooth since I was getting help from Karen. The moving was fast and easy I thought it was going be horrible from other experiences. I am so well taken care of here and the ladies in the leasing office are fabulous help! EDIT 3/15/22 I did not post this first review willingly I had just asked for apartment assistance and was denied, and then harassed into leaving a review for everyone. I am being charged 1400 for my 1 bedroom apartment, and the ladies are charging $10 for a copy of a contract. They are shutting off the water every week at Sedona, my emails show this, and they are overcharging.

I have live here for 1yr. I loved my apartment ❤️😍 it was cozy and spacious. I didn’t have any problems with management or maintenance. Sedona makes sure that things are fixed in a timely manner and tries to give you notice to what is happening or going on in the complex. Although, some tenants would leave there trash on the grounds, maintenance would clean it up to keep the complex nice and tidy. Everyone pretty much mind there business. The Sedona community was quite and secure. Management and staff were always professional, nice, and willing to help with whatever issue you may have. I moved out of state but will definitely move here again if I return. I give Sedona Square Apartments 4 stars because nothing is perfect and there is always room for growth and improvements.

From the first moment I walked in I felt like I was home. I was greeted by janet, who helped me get into my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The leasing process was quick and easy. Janet was able to get me moved in the day I needed to. Overall experience was 10 out 10. The best experience Ive ever had leading an apartment.

I have been living here going on a year, and am just about to go resign my lease for another year. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience living here. It is very clean, private and the ladies in the office are very nice. My kids love going in the office for whatever it is they are deciding to do for the kids! They always have something going on for the residents and the kids! Im very pleased with living in this community ❤

Quick with maintenance and professional, always give updates on the community and its surroundings. Everyone pulls their part and tries to solve your concerns. They are busy women so be proactive and follow up with your own concerns. Communicate your concerns early on and speak to the property manager, she is understanding if you explain your actions. In the ghetto, but property is beautiful and has potential. Plenty of parking. Kid friendly. Nice natural water heated swimming pools.

Just had to stop by and say that the office staff especially Ms. Marleny went over and beyond to get me into the apartment and I must say that I am pleased with everything so far. Now I have seen the bats fly by but that’s nature so we have no control over that. Now I just have to get my new place feeling like home. My new neighbors are friendly as well.

If you are looking for a friendly, quiet place to stay with plenty to do in the area, I recommend Sedona Square. The staff from the front office to maintenance have been nothing but pleasant. Walking around the apartment, you will often find yourself smiling and greeted by most. If any problem ever arises, the staff of the complex will resolve it with haste. All in all, I highly recommend the apartments to anyone looking with family or self.

The women in the leasing office provide great customer service. The manager Marleni is great, she is very understanding. Mayra and debra are sweet and caring. As for the apartment complex it is clean, but there are many issues within the apartments. The rent is too high . Theres always an issue w the pipes, theres lots of roaches. Other than that the complex is always quiet.

I went there to look for an apt I love the place but prices are too high the leasing lady was great and friendly but this was way out of my budget and I had a high budget . Hopefully the prices go down by the time I have to move out my apartment . I have a friend who lives here and she loves it . Please bring prices down I would love to stay in this area and this is the best I’ve seen around here .

I have been living in the condominium for 6 months and they have always given me the information and help that I need at the time; Their manager Marleny as well as the girls are very attentive, helpful and understanding if you are going through a difficult situation. When there is a detail to fix, the maintenance people quickly arrive to resolve it… they definitely deserve the 5 stars, if there were more they would have them!!Now the gym area is open, they have everything to disinfect the device and use it more safely for everyone, always taking care of the details. One of the best condos in the area without a doubt!!
