    Maintenance was very thorough, explaining every step of his process. He did mention (on the first visit) that I would need to upgrade to a digital thermostat. My plan was to install a smart one so I didnt request it before the bad cold front hit. Turns out an upgraded one made a huge difference. I also really appreciate the paperwork being left in my apartment. I didnt have that at my last complex so this is a huge upgrade. Then the speed!!! Thank you!

    I toured a one bedroom and it was really nice. The office staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable. In my search for a new home, this is definitely at the top of my list!

    I have lived at Sedona Ranch for two years. It has been great. Maintenance is sometimes slow to respond (1-2 weeks wait for broken fridge) but other than that we have enjoyed living here. The staff doesnt act like Im an inconvenience. Weve always been treated professionally and respectfully even though we moved in as college students. It is a fairly quiet complex with a variety of inhabitants. If you really want a place with a good pool go somewhere else but otherwise Id recommend Sedona Ranch to anyone.

    Only four stars because there were lots of things that needed to be fixed in the apartment. Luckily maintenance has been great at helping out quickly! Good customer service so far

    Sedona Ranch staff is always pleasant. Ive only had one maintenance issue and it was fixed within the hr. Im absolutely pleased with my home experience.

    Sedona Ranch has an amazing staff and the apartments are very well kept up with. Natasha and Abby are super kind and always help out with anything you need. The owner is very helpful and seems super friendly. She’s doing a great job. I’m enjoying my stay here and I recommend. They also helped my mom find her dog twice!!

    My work order request was handled quickly and maintenance staff was very courteous and professional. Apparently the upstairs neighbor failed to use a shower curtain causing water to flow downstairs and soak the carpet in my bedroom. Maintenance isolated the problem and called in an outside contractor to finish up re-installing and cleaning the carpet. Outstanding job! Thank you.

    We loved living at Sedona ranch! Spacious apartments and kind neighbors, nice play ground and big dog park. Great spread out laundromats and very cooperative management team! Very affordable too! I would definitely recommend living here, it’s so close to everything else too

    Submitted request for new lights in my kitchen. I think that was a thurs. and fri it was done. They didnt have enough lights but i didnt even notice til a couple days later someone came by to install the fourth one. Great work.

    I am loving this apartment so far. Its been 7 months that I am residing in this apartment. Everything looks good for me. The only inconvenience that I feel is fitness center is not accessible on my own and I have ask for the key everytime I want to use fitness center. Other than that I have no issues yet.

    Staff is always helpful with a smile. This is including the maint staff. One of the gentlemen was passing by and seen my struggling coming down the steps following my back surgery. He stopped and rushed over to assist. He didnt have to but he stopped to help a resident. AWESOME!!!!

    Staff is very friendly. I havent met anyone that I didnt get along with. They are very friendly here, and also professional! Best Apartment Complex I have ever lived in, hands down!

    If you are a military or first responder personnel, I strongly recommend this place. Management has stepped up security, the people living with stamps are all gone and maintenance has changed staff to improve performance. I live here now for more than a year and just renewed my lease. Keep up the good work!

    We had issues with the hot water heater. They came in, turned up the thermostat and now its a lot better. They did mess up the tile on the floor a little, but happy with the service overall.

    I do have to say this is the best place we have ever lived. The office ladies are so amazing and couldnt have asked for better landlords. We are very grateful to be here.

    I enjoyed my time at Sedona Ranch. It was a quite place, I never heard my neighbors. I never felt unsafe. The only thing that I didn’t care for was how hot the apartment could get. Some good black out curtains in place of the blinds help take care of that. I did request maintenance on the ceiling fan in the bedroom and replaced it myself because I never got a response to the request. I never had a problem with bugs or pest, but I keep my place clean. I would recommend the place for affordable living and safety.

    Charmaine has always been a great help with everything I need. Well actually all three ladies in the office have been amazing so far. I definitely will signing a new lease. I love my home!

    We lived there for 2 years and didnt have any real problems. The maintenance issues were addressed and resolved quickly. The staff is professional. The lawns are well maintained. Theyre not new apartments, but they have been well maintained.

    I truly love my apartment, and if something wrong maintenance is there to fix it! I love the area I’m at close to the park, by the pool! My two kids love being outside where my patio is! Sedona is a very nice place to live management is #1 thank you Sedona Ranch 👍

    I rented a 2 bed 2 bath w/ patio.Pros: Easy access to the loop and plenty of stores. Nice size bedrooms and closets. Walls were pretty thick, and I could only occasionally hear neighbors mumbles through the bathroom walls. Maintenance crew was very helpful and knew what to do whenever something went wrong (for our problems at least). Plenty of parking space. Two swimming pools that are well maintained, a playground, a volleyball and basketball court, and some picnic tables and grills allow for plenty of outdoor fun and activities.Cons: There is a fan/light combo in the dining room, but not in the living room so it would get very hot in the living room if multiple people were in there. Had a couple small cockroaches that would get in from behind the shower/tub temperature handle. Some of the managers were nice, but most of them were very rude (we were college students signing our lease when one of the managers came over to answer one of our questions. She was an older woman and spoke to us like we were complete idiots for having a question)(another time we asked if it was possible to get our french doors, only one side actually opened, to the patio replaced with the sliding glass and screen doors like every other apartment had, and said we would even pay for it if necessary. Instead of a kind and simple sorry, no... the managers response was extremely rude, telling us it doesnt matter how much money you have, we cant do that. Thats the way that apartment is, and thats the apartment to signed your lease for.)I really liked living in these apartments, I just wish some of the management had been better.

    Good location in San Angelo just off the loop.Easy access to Knickerbocker or Sherwood Ave via SunsetFriendly staff and helpful front office - I was apprehensive with some of the older reviews posted on here, but theyve been great over the last 7 months.Post about being able to hear the neighbors through the walls is true, but no worse than any other apartment Ive ever lived in, and my neighbors were both friendly and pretty quiet.Good military & family place - not a lot of loud college kids and anyone that I met that worked in the oil business didnt fit the bad rep theyve gotten in other place... They were all cool and friendly.Very affordable - the places are older, but well kept-up. My apartment had been newly repainted and had new faucets and locks installed upon move-in.5 Stars not because this is the most glamorous place to live, but because it was exactly the place it appeared to be - a quiet, convenient location, friendly staff and clean, well-kept apartment living be with no negative experiences, no hidden downsides and very affordable for San Angelo these days.

    I love my neighbors, the staff and the fact there’s always parking spaces. The price in my opinion is better than what you’d get for most of the trash apartments here in San Angelo charging you an arm and leg. The maintenance guys here are also super cool and friendly!

    Sedona ranch apartments is very clean and the staff r very helpful maintenance is on top of fixing stuff. Summer time the pool is cleaned every day . The rest of the people here that live here keep to themselves. Buttom line its a nice apartments to live in

    Have done make-readys and other repairs on the property the office and maintenance staff has always been super helpful, polite and courteous. Charmaine always has keys and work orders ready for my arrival.
