Update- Again!09/2024 - Still living here! We had to spend last year away for a job transfer and when it was time to come back to San Antonio, we knew wed be making our home at Sedona Ranch again. When we moved out last May, the process was smooth. We removed all of our stuff, cleaned, and did the move out process with the office and had our deposit back within a week! No issues at all. This time, we ended up in a different apt and leased a 2 bed/2 bath with an attached garage for 14 months. We absolutely love our apartment!! Its spacious, bright, clean and any time something does come up that needs maintenance, they are here quickly and get it done for us quickly and correctly, too. The office has been doing a lot of improvements around the property also, as well as hosting events and bringing in food trucks on a regular basis for us residents. We absolutely love it here, love our apartment, and love our neighbors. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and I feel like most people watch out for each other. The school district is also top notch and were happy to be in this neighborhood at this price point. I feel like we definitely get our moneys worth at this complex- we toured all of them on this street and Sedona Ranch is by far the best around.Update!03/2019–We just renewed our lease for another 14 months. We’re on the third floor in an upgraded unit with a spacious floor plan and we love our apartment. We’ve had no issues with our neighbors or amenities- in fact they’ve upgraded the pool and BBQ area since we moved in, the grounds are well kept and clean, they regularly pressure clean the buildings and stairwells. The maintenance is top notch- very quick to respond to online requests, sometimes even the same day I write it up, and the whole maintenance team is extremely helpful and friendly. Other dog owners living here could be more courteous about cleaning up after their pets- they literally provide free bags around the whole complex! But that seems to be an issue throughout SA and not exclusive to Sedona Ranch. We’re unsure how long we’ll live here so buying just isn’t in the cards, our particular unit is very quiet and large and feels like renting a house for a few hundred less than the rentable houses go for in this zip code. We’re very happy living here.05/2018–Our family just moved in here a few weeks ago and so far we couldn’t be happier! We love our new apt, it’s big and open and bright and we really like the upgraded unit we went with. The complex is overall very pretty and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, I feel safe walking to and from work and to the amenities around the property (the pool area is awesome-feels like being at a resort) and the best part is the location- everything we like to do and places we like to eat are super close and some are even within walking distance.

These are beautiful apartments close to so many things. Within walking distance of HEB, the ice skating rink, movie theater, book store. Easy access to 1604 and 410.The elementary school is AMAZING best in SA and the school bus comes directly to the apartments.The pools are beautiful and CLEAN, the playground is great, there are beautiful grassy walk ways which my balcony looked over, the gyms are big for apt standards, they have so many other amenities like sand volleyball court, golf, 2nd pool, basketball court, BBQ pits, I think they have a pool table too. Its a great apt for kids but its not too loud.The layout of the apartments are great too with extra room for another table, play area, study etc. Built in desks! Pantry with shelves, walk in closets, Washer and dryer in the unit! Big bathrooms for each bedroom in the 2x2, with a garden tub in one and walk in shower in other.. BIG PRIVATE YARDS on the first floor! Working fireplaces with mantle, good looking appliances even in non upgraded units. No pest problems in my unit.I always felt safe here and the neighbors here felt like actual neighbors, people are friendly and look out for one another. Yes parking can be difficult but it was manageable, I always found a spot, or you can just pay for a reserved spot. They did take some money out of my deposit when I moved but it was fair, I didnt feel over charged. And rent is fair compared to nearby apts, and have options for short leases or furnished apts. It is so hard to find good apartments, these were the best apartments I ever lived in! Definitely recommend!

I love my home with Sedona Ranch. I have lived here for over seven years and am thankful to be here. Staff and maintenece workers are wonderful. :) Jennifer, the apartment manager, is especially kind and thoughtful. She helped me so much after I lost my son, Scott, to Covid last year. I will always be grateful to her.

I don’t understand why they have low star ratings. I have lived here for 4 months now and the staff is awesome and the maintenance guys are quick to help me with any problems. I would 100% recommend anyone to live here. Never had a problem and it’s quiet and I feel at home. Love it here.

Been here 3 months and its the best apartment ive lived in, front office staff is friendly the 2 times I’ve needed maintenance they literally came within hrs even on a SUNDAY!! the floor plan is beautiful and exactly as advertised and its within walking distance of entertainment and shopping center I honestly have nothing bad to say.

I honestly dont understand why this place has such bad reviews. I have lived at these apartments for 2 years and just renewed for another year. Ive had nothing but a great experience living here. Anytime I had an issue with a maintenance need, it was taken care of quickly and with little hassle. The maintenance workers are very friendly and professional. The office staff has always been very helpful with any questions Ive had or when Ive needed to pick up a package. There many more reasons why Ive enjoyed living here but these were the top. Id recommend this place to my family.

Management and maintenance staff have always been helpful and courteous. I do agree with other comments regarding gate always being broken and the occasional loud tenants, but what place doesnt have that? Overall, a pretty good place to live. No real complaints

I lived here from 2003 when I moved to San Antonio until 2015. In those twelve years I had very few complaints. The location is fantastic and I always found the staff tp be friendly and attentive. I have Recommended this and the sister property of the Estates tp friends since then.

I was interested in these apartments but my husky unfortunately doesnt make the cut. Regardless, the woman who answered was so polite and helpful in regards to my questions pertaining to the restricted breed list. Its rare to speak with someone who has such great phone etiquette.
