    The staff at Sedona Ranch are absolutely amazing! They are all super nice, respectful and helping! The girl we worked with named Brittany was very easy to work with and very helpful with answering all of my questions! Very pleased with our visit! The place is very clean and they make sure to take care of all aspects of the apartment complex! Very eye pleasing as well!

    Ashley in the leasing office is fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered any questions I had. She knew a lot about the area and gave us tips on things to do, shop, schools nearby, and how close the community was to everything. She toured us and showed us a lot of the amenities as well as two different apartment layouts. It is a beautiful property and you can tell it is very well taken care of.

    I lived here for 3 years and when I tell yall I absolutely LOVED IT! the front office staff never missed a phone call from me-always answering any questions I had, immediately got maintenance issues fixed, worked with me often if rent was late, just such a wonderful place. I knew they always had my back and always made sure my place was running in tip-top shape. Thank you so so much to the staff for making this place such a wonderful home for me. I really wish I didnt have to move for work, or I wouldve stayed for several more years. Highly highly recommend Sedona Ranch!

    Super friendly and helpful staff. The property is clean and inviting. The layout of the apartments give a very “this is home” feeling. The pool is perfect and the amenities add a bonus touch! Lucy went above and beyond on a customer service level!

    I had a great experience at Sedona Ranch during my last several months especially because of Julia Flores’ competency in getting tasks accomplished for the residents and for the apartment complex as a whole. Julia was by far the best person to work at this complex while I was there for 3 years. Also, in addition to the great amenities at this apartment complex, I highly recommend living here if you’re living in The Midland-Odessa area and please be sure to get close with Julia!

    So as i was visiting your property i was warmly greeted by Julia Hernandez. She was very professional and very accommodating. She answered any and every question that I had which I very much appreciated. She was very patient with it. The property is absolutely gorgeous with awesome amenities.     5 stars based off of the property itself. Worked and lived at this community years ago. Still can say it’s the best place in Odessa to live. To this day I know people that live there that I leased to years ago and that speaks volume. Pricy but definitely worth it. Also, I found the love of my life here- English bulldog SPIKE

    Julia Hernandez in the leasing office is awesome. She is friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Had a positive experience. The units are beautiful and landscaping is well maintained. Definitely recommend this apartment complex.

    I went with my friend to look at an apartment and the entire office staff made the process so incredibly easy. They were very kind and welcoming and super funny. Brittany walked us around the campus and did an amazing job at covering everything to the point where I didn’t even have to ask any questions because she covered everything. They had snacks and drinks in the model apartment fridge and said we could have anything If we were hungry or thirsty and I just thought that was so thoughtful because I’ve never seen any apartment complex do that. Everything was super clean and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them over anybody else in Odessa.

    Went in for a tour and all Sedona Ranch employees were very welcoming and friendly! Especially Maegan, she was very informative, polite and professional. The complex is very well maintained. So many amenities close by. It felt like a very safe up and coming area. I can’t thank you enough. I absolutely recommend!!

    Went in for a tour for an apartment and I was surprised with the atmosphere!! Visited a couple places before, didn’t receive very warm welcomes from them. All Sedona Ranch employees were very welcoming and friendly! Even helped entertain my kids while speaking with Maegan. She was very informative and polite. A full kitchen with refreshments available for the residents is a bonus that caught my attention.

    Great location, local coffee shop near by, chain and local restaurants with in a five minute drive. Office staff are polite and lovely to work with. Pool is awesome, clean, and well cared for! There’s a six inch area that’s great for little kids. Maintenance fixes issues in a timely manner. There’s a trash pick up so you don’t have to haul it to a dumpster, just leave it by your door and they get it every night. Inside finishes are lovely, paint is fresh, AC blows COLD, closets are spacious and have convenient built ins. Appliances are clean. The washer and dryer are the fastest I’ve ever had, washed and dried in under two hours.

    The people in the front office are always welcoming and made sure I was always taken care of. From maintenance, to any type of situation/problem, they are great at communication and getting this resolved quickly.With my experience staying at Sedona, I renewed my lease. Great location, feel safe; and it’s a family friendly neighborhood as well. Thank you again Sedona Ranch for being my home away from home

    This place is wonderful! I lived there for 4 years and and loved it. I made some forever friends with the office staff and maintenance crew.The office employees were always helpful and fast to fix any issues that I had, which wasn’t many. I loved the fact that I could use the tanning beds while I was there and the gym was open 24 hours to accommodate everyone. The maintenance crew was amazing, they even came to change light bulbs or just to replace my filter if I ask for one. I have recommended these apts to friends as well as family members in the past and I will continue to recommend it. This place doesn’t treat you like residents, they treat you like family.

    Ive been at Sedona for several years, and I LOVE my apartment. I feel very safe because its located in such a nice area. The staff are also amazing; especially the property manager Rudy. He goes out of his way to keep the residents happy and is very quick to answer emails. Maintenance comes so fast, even on a Sunday when the office is closed (a special thank you to the staff member that helped me figure out why my electronics were coming off and on). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful apartment.

    Best apartment complex I’ve lived in since I’ve been out here all around hands down from the day I came in to ask about availability. Service responses are always super fast in my experience and everyone at the front desk has always been very nice and helpful.

    The front office staff have given me a great environment to live in for the better part of 2 years. They are all super kind and friendly and the apartments are just as nice. I will likely be renewing my lease on my apartment at the end of the year solely because of how homely Maegen, Brittany, katelee, and Amber make the place feel.

    I went yesterday for a tour in the community and i get impress, community looks amazing, office staff have a very nice dedication the lady’s that help me was Megan and Brittany, apartment model is beautiful, gym 24/7, security with codes on the principal door. It’s a place that you will want to go home after a long day and feel save. Thank you and I will love to be part of the community soon.

    I am pleasantly surprised with the complex. It has in the short time I have living here lived up to its advertising. It feels like a home vs.an apartment. The Management staff are professional and accessible when I need to communicate with them. Kudos and I would highly recommend Sedona Ranch Apartments. Coming up in 3 months here!!

    Aside from all the disgruntled tenant reviews this place is really nice, the staff in the front office are very professional, polite, and attentive to tenant concerns and needs. The pool is definitely over packed on Fridays and Saturdays, but other than that there are Zero issues with this property as far as Im concerned. Now Ive only lived here for a week so far so there may be more to it than what Ive seen. Overall, a safe and nice place to call home.

    I’m about to hit my one year mark living here, and it’s been great. The office staff is really nice and always helpful when I have questions. Maintenance has tended to my problems very quickly every time. They always have events to try to get everyone involved and make them feel welcomed. The pool is awesome and you can make friends easily.The only downfall are the thin walls, and if you live under someone with kids you will hear EVERYTHING. (Which is really any apartment complex)

    Highly recommend this place. One of the best place to consider housing. The community is so neat, clean and good looking. All the amenities are well maintained. LIFE IS DEFINITELY GOOD IN SEDONA. Brittany and other staffs from their leasing office are very helpful and responsible.

    The front office has to be some of the nicest and most professional people I have met out here in the Permian basin. After multiple tries at different complexes they sat down with my husband and I and had us approved in under 15 minutes. They helped us out even though we were not going to be staying at that complex. Had they had sooner availability we would’ve been staying there 100%. It is difficult to find people out here that still know what customer service is and the staff at Sedona ranch went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you guys so much!

    I spent a year here at Sedona Ranch, and gained a lifetime of friendships! The entire staff was always so friendly and accommodating! They are truly invested in their residents having many opportunities to participate in social events that allow you to get to know your neighbors, and enhance a sense of community! They often have various food trucks come to the Apts, and all kinds of activities for adults and children on a monthly basis! Not to mention, the property is VERY pet friendly! I myself had my two pups with me, and many of the staff were always so friendly and attentive to them. They welcomed them at events, like our trunk or treat we had this past Halloween!As for maintenance, the few times I had something wrong, they responded very quickly and efficiently, and always with kindness and professionalism! I would also often see them picking up after residents whom were habitual violators of not picking up after their pets, (a thankless job indeed)! During the summer maintenance is seen daily cleaning the pool area, as it gets used just about everyday. Speaking of, the pool is a beautiful area, and a great place to hangout and get to know your neighbors as well!Ive made some friends for life while living at Sedona! The community is set up in such a way that you can have a wonderful experience getting to know your neighbors! Overall, the vibe is very friendly and positive amongst the residents, and the staff! I always experienced a sense of enthusiasm, due in part to the staff really wanting to provide ways for their residents to interact with one another. If you want to live in a place where you can have the opportunity to be involved, while enjoying beautiful ammenites, I highly recommend Sedona Ranch!!!

    Came in to tour beautiful apts :-) staff was so welcoming . Megan showed us around and made us feel so comfortable and at home . Love the vibe and apts are beautiful only downfall is that only the first floor has hardwood floors 2nd and 3rd are carpeted :(
