I’ve lived here for about three years and overall have had a great experience. Emily in the office has always been so helpful and kind if I had any questions. The area/residents have always been quiet and peaceful. I haven’t had many issues in the apartment but when it would arise maintenance was always instantly on top of it.

I went to tour these apartments last week when I was visiting my family in Corpus. Whitney was very nice . She was very knowledgeable of the property. Shes very professional and her customer service was excellent. Unfortunately my job in San Antonio did not approve my transfer after all . I would highly recommend my friends and family going to see her and rent from her.

We moved in mid July and have loved every minute! Our ac went out a few weeks ago and they were quick to bring in a portable unit and see what the issue was even though it was the weekend. Any issues with the maintenance get taken care of in a timely fashion and the assistant property manager, Emily, always responds to my questions or concerns quickly and nicely. I havent had a chance to go swimming yet or use the gym, but they look great. I love living here! This is the first apartment complex where I cant think of a complaint.

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been the best apartments I have lived at! Maintenance is always on point and they do a lot for the residents. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others if you want a quiet, chill place to live.

My husband and I moved here a year ago. The staff is great!! When we need something done, maintenance comes and fixes it. We absolutely love everything about this place. We recommend it!

First off, the leasing staff: Ive never in my life met such wonderfully accommodating ladies. Whitney and Katrina are both very professional and agreeable to working with you when you hit lifes little speed-bumps. The community grounds and amenities are lovely and well-maintained. Any maintenance issue Ive had has been taken care of promptly and those have been few and far between. Im very happy to be living at Sawgrass and will continue to for a long time. :)

I want to sincerely extend my thanks to Kelly, Whitney, and Alex for helping me and my SO in the toughest time in our life. The staff is amazing, the Maintenance crew is good, Alex is one of the hardest workers Ive ever seen. The staff will work with you and help you out. Wonderful facilities and very comfy apartment. Thank you so much. Stayed for about two years and it was fantastic.

I have lived at Sawgrass for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love this place! They are extremely pet friendly even have designated pet areas. Gym is newly upgraded along with Pool furnishings. The pool is well maintained and cleaned. Best apartment pool in Corpus Christi. Office is very welcoming to all their guest and offer complimentary coffee, waters, and even snacks for pets and owners. The office managers are the best!!! Beth and Jonathan are so nice and welcoming. Them alone is why I choose not to move.

The office staff are amazing and down to earth. Any maintenance issues I’ve ever had are always taken care of in a timely manner. Whitney and Katrina will always work diligently to get any issue resolved. Highly recommend sawgrass apartments for anybody interested in renting in the area.

Was having an issue with our fridge on a weekend and within 20 minutes Juan the maintenance was there with a smile on his face and knowing exactly how to fix the issue. He also repacked are fridge after the service and brought in our Amazon packages due to it raining. Amazing se4vice and couldnt of asked for a better experience.

I have a been a resident of Sawgrass Apartments for over 3 years and am very happy to call this my home. The staff and maintenance crew are helpful and will assist you as much as they can in your time of need, they help me greatly when my AC unit went down over the Labor Day weekend they gave me a portable unit and fixed it that following day. It made my day off that much better, they fixed it a day sooner than expected I was super appreciative of the staff and the tech I believe his name was Steve keep up the good work!It is clean and I never have issues as far as problems with neighbors or rowdy events. The recreation areas are excellent. The pool and grill area is inviting and we always have a good time when we are there. It is nicely kept up and we never have a problem with trash or rubbish.Keep up the good work!!! I will recommend Sawgrass Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!!!Thank you!!!!

Awesome staff and management Kelly, Whitney and Krystle are very professional and attentive to all my concerns. Very clean apartment complex i’ve been living here for almost a year and have never seen any bugs in my apartment or rodents. Maintenance is very quick to respond to your needs and professional. The pool and dog park are awesome and couldn’t be happier with my stay here. Great place to live especially the location is near all the nice places to visit in Corpus Christi.

I love My Sawgrass home! I have lived here for many years and I have never had any issues. If there is a maintenance issue it is usually handled the same day. Kelly and Jonathan in the office are amazing! The whole staff is great. They take great care of us! Highly recommended!!

Office staff is great! Johnathan was very helpful in regards to any issues I may have had. He is willing to work with you to make sure you are a satisfied tenant or if you are having to leave and live elsewhere, he is there to help you transition smoothly. I highly recommend Sawgrass and commend their great office staff for continued and great customer service!

From the beginning Jonathan was so helpful with answering all my questions before the move and getting me the paperwork. When I moved into Sawgrass about a week ago and the apartment I originally moved into had a bug problem but Jonathan was on it and he was able to move me to a new bug free apartment within days! The staff is super friendly and super sweet and the have taken care of all my needs. Sawgrass staff and maintenance are amazing and Im so happy I chose to live here!

Ive lived in a few different apartments in Corpus since moving here 5 years ago. Im about to finish my first 15 month lease and would love to continue calling sawgrass home. Our unit is perfect for our little family and any problems we have within the unit is always handled in a timely manner. The complex is always kept clean and the pool is perfect, clean, and welcoming. Today I had a chance to talk to Miss Melissa who is the property manager and its clear to see the amount of pride she has in her property and how much pride she has in her team. I would recommend Sawgrass to anyone who is tired of mediocrity and is ready for a clean, quiet, well kept community.

I was a resident a few years ago and had to leave unexpectedly. Had all my paperwork showing why I had to leave and previous management put it down as a broken lease. Email after email trying to resolve this error, nothing was ever taken care of. Fast forward, it popped up on my rental history last week. Spoke w/ Whitney and she had me email her all of my paperwork. Less than 24hrs she was able to resolve the issue/error. Thank you so much, Whitney for helping take care of this...

Christina is so great at explaining everything from beginning to end and I greatly appreciate her service. From the beginning, she was patient with all the questions I had and made sure I understood everything before the contract was sign. I love my apartments! The girls at the front are the best! So sweet & really helpful! Any issues that Ive had were taken care of as soon as possible & they really went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. Its a great neighborhood & the apartments are beautiful! Prices are also really good.

Johnathan is the reason I chose this apartment over all elseFrom the moment I walked in, he made me feel at home. Im.in town on a job assignment and I know nothing of the area. But it didnt matter because Johnathan was on top of EVERYTHING! In a blink, he had me lights set up, cable ready and a referral for.a great place.to.get my furniture, which I did in a one stop shop. He is totally awesome.and genuinely LOVES his tenants....and they love him. He is absolutely the difference at Sawgrass. Ive already recommended other colleagues to stay they. One has moved in already. Ask for Johnathan..He is Awesome!

I have lived here going on 3 years. Management are very nice never had a problem with them. Any service request was taking care of very fast. The property is kept up will and the pool is very nice and upgraded last year with two BBQ grill. Small complex makes it even nicer. But it is a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Being in the military and coming from Virginia, I had to complete my booking and sign my lease from the other side of the country. A couple phone calls with Jonathan helped me make sure this is the place that I wanted to call home. After a couple weeks of looking around at other apartment complexes, I came across Sawgrass, and the amenities are amazing, beautiful pool, Nice gym, and a dedicated staff that works hard to get you where you need to be. You can just tell he loves helping others. He is very approachable. Everything you need when having questions regarding your home. I am extremely pleased with his customer service.

Moved in Jan20 for 6 months. The pool and courtyards are absolutely fantastic. Theres a trail behind the complex that follows the water runoff that I ran and walked my dog on. Very quiet neighborhood. This is my favorite place Ive lived in awhile.

I have lived here for about 6 months and I really like it. They are kind of small square footage wise but make up for it with a good layout. The unit I have has a nice fireplace as well. Every issue i have had has also been resolved very quickly. My A/C was not working as good as it was supposed to saw a lady that worked in the office and told her real quick and within a couple minutes maint was at my door checking it out and in about 15 min A/C was blowing cold as ice again. every thing about this place is vey nice a good. Very good first or second apartment.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any time we have had a question or concern we’ve been helped right away!They accept large breeds which made us choose Sawgrass Apartments in the first place. I wish they would remove the Volleyball area and replace with a doggy park!

Great place to live. I love that the park is right next to my apartment. The pool and gazebo are always kept clean and green. The management is very nice and are eager to help. Renewing my lease in November!!!
