Great place to live for my daughter ….Raquel and all the management staff are very attentive and helpful. They always make sure all your needs as a resident are met. In my experience maintenance has always been great and taken care of all issues. The area is great close to restaurants, schools this area is very easy to move around in. Would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a place to live in the Houston area.

Very professional staff both ladies in the office are very helpful, property well maintained and best of all they had lots of patience with me with my move in process i would definitely referred friends and family to the community i had great experience since day 1.

The office lady Yanely was very helpful property looks very clean would’ve loved to lease unfortunately they didn’t have the floor plan I needed but will definitely try again soon

This place is good and chill , only thing is that the owner of the soda machine doesnt come no more and also they need to fix a little bit the park. But this place I rated 5 stars cuz is chilling. Staff are friendly too and helpful.

Ive been here 6 months and i like it a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are neat and clean. Its pretty quiet and the neighbors are friendly. My only complaint is the laundry room. Its frequently out-of-order.But other than that, the place is great.👍

The service I receive here at Sausalito is great. Ive been here for a year and the service with maintenance is quick. When moving from New York to Houston and living here you can tell a big difference. I thank god for coming to Sausalito.

Where I live my apartments were closed early 4:30pm for some reason idk why because closing time is 5:30pm but I needed to fax over some important papers and the deadline was today so instead of me rushing to the Worksource I went to the 1st apartments in Site which was Sausalito walked in and told Ms.Raquel my situation and she helped me and made me feel welcome Thaank you Ms.Raquel you were a life saver today Great Customer Service 💕

Excellent service, they are very friendly, they are very efficient in customer service, something is ruined, you report it immediately, they are there to fix the damage, congratulations ladies, keep up the good work, the manager is excellent.

I have been living in Sausalito for 10 years and I have seen my children grow up. This is my home for me and my children and we like it. I recommend Sausalito to be your home for your children and I like it a lot and I have had many nice experiences, and many nice memories, I like the service they give me and my family :)

Hello, these 5 months that I have been living here, I liked it, it is quiet and my children are comfortable here, they made friends here and they go out to play and it is safe, the neighbors and the people here are very friendly and you dont mess with anyone 🙏🙂 and the Melissa and Raquel from the office are very friendly 🙏

The girls in the office are very attentive and help you during your stay in this condo with whatever you need, the place is quite quiet. I recommend it.
