    I moved into Saratoga Ridge stress-free. Tonya walked me through the process and made everything a success. There were a few minor issues, maintenance made sure it got done. When I first arrived there were only one bedrooms available and I wanted a two bedroom and was told that I could move after 6 months. In which I was pleased with that. With the property being under new management things have been improving with a resident wide Christmas party. I love being close to the interstate.

    Been here for almost three months now and we genuinely enjoy living here! We wanted to wait until we had lived here for a while to really feel it out and give our review. Pat was so helpful during our leasing process and answered any and every question we had and even went as far as asking the current renters what color the cabinets were just bc we were curious. She’s so helpful when it comes to packages being stuck in the lockers and is really good about giving updates about what’s going on around the property. Maintenance has also been incredibly helpful and responsive anytime we’ve had a request(they even showed up within five minutes one time). It’s a very quiet, peaceful property. The only complaint that I would have is that it is kind of hit or miss to find parking in front of our building. There are other spots available that are just a tiny bit further so it’s not a huge deal. It’s just that people from the buildings over will park in the spots in front of ours which doesn’t really make sense to me but it’s out of the apartments control. This is something we asked about prior to moving in and Pat was very helpful in explaining the parking situation to us.

    Since moving to Saratoga Ridge Apartments, I have been very happy with my choice. All of the front office staff have been responsive, professional, understanding, friendly and respectful. I needed a few accommodations for a past injury and these were made quickly.I love the apartment grounds as the landscaping is beautiful with many mature trees. I also am very happy with my one bedroom apartment with it’s big porch.I also need to mention the maintenance department. Every repair request has been accomplished within one or two days and immediately if needed. Warren White has been especially helpful, respectful, professional and understanding. He had to come in on a weekend to deal with a problem that could not wait until Monday. He was his usual kind self and made the repair.I have noticed that before he starts taking action, he seems to think through what is going on and what would be a logical action to take for the repair (at least that is what he seems to be doing instead of taking a bandaid approach). He has not had to return a second time on an issue.I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for an apartment take a look a Saratoga Ridge!

    Just moved in a few days ago and had the best experience working with the leasing team, specifically Pat Vaughan. She went above and beyond to make my move in as quick and smooth as possible. I have lived at countless other apartments and have to say that the support from the team here is in a league of its own. Anytime I needed assistance with anything Pat was always there to answer my calls and I am happy to be able to call this complex home.

    It has been a very comfortable year living in this community and the staff is great and fast responding to any issues. Patricia is our go to person at the office and is always kind, professional and efficient. Definitely recommend these apartments. By the way we just renewed our lease.

    Just moved in here! I must say that the staff here is very nice, polite and responsive. The property looks beautiful and the apartments themselves look great and are very up to date.Lisa and Pat have been VERY helpful with me in my move. They even found someone last minute to help me move all of my stuff in and have answered any questions I had along the way.I would certainly recommend staying here!

    Living at Saratoga Ridge under Jessica’s management was a 5 star experience. The move in and move out process was simple and stressless. Clean unit, up to date appliances, helpful maintenance staff, and a promptly communicative staff with regular updates on the community via email. If anyone is considering living here - I would highly recommend it!

    The Saratoga Ridge apartments are truly excellent. The process of obtaining an application and getting approved was smooth and easy. The maintenance team is highly responsive, and they provided great assistance during my move-in. Patricia, in particular, was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and providing assistance.

    Ive been here going on 5 years and I love where I live. Especially Ms Lisa Grove Asst Mgr. She is always very professional and extremely courteous. She always has the answers to my questions and if ever I have an issue which isnt very often at all, one of the other reasons I enjoy living where I live ,she is always on top of it to ensure that its taken care of and to follow up to make sure that all is well Ive seen her walking the grounds Ive seen her take pride of how the property looks as well she is one of the reasons I continue to lease here. Shes a great asset to this property. Thank you Miss Lisa for being such an awesome Manager.

    Recently moved out after a 2-year stay. The community is great. The apartment was solid and felt like home. We didnt have any major issues. Some recent upgrades (automatic locks, air control, fiber internet, package center) were a plus. Made some good friends with fellow dog people. The maintenance crew (Seth & Steven) are amazing guys. Very friendly and helpful. They are clearly overworked, but always seemed to make time to us.The parking situation was tough. The spots are very tight and people constantly parked over the lines. They did have covered parking (you have to pay for). The mandatory valet trash was nice (when it actually showed up). Communication from the front office was slow. We found out multiple times that the water in our building was being shut off all of 5-minutes before it was happening. Sometimes we didnt get an email until after the water was shut off.All in all - the apartment was slightly over-priced for what it was worth, but the community was nice and we genuinely enjoyed our time there.

    I love living here!! I have been living here for 12 years now. I lived here for 10 years, left and then came back and Ive been here two years now. I just feel at home here. Its a small quiet complex in a nice, off the beaten path area. Its a good area just off IH 35 in South Austin close to shopping and restaurants. The HEB is just down the street too. The management is nice and professional and they go the extra Mile for you whatever it may be. They do community activities for the residents as well. If you have a maintenance issue they are taken care of immediately.The rent is reasonable and the apartments are kept up to date. I highly recommend living here. Its great!!

    Ive been here for over 6 months now and Im so happy with these apartments. The staff is wonderful, Alexia helped me through the whole process and let me bother her with many questions and visits. All of my neighbors are great, we are close to the highway which is great for getting to work but you dont get any highway traffic noise. If Ive had an issue it is resolved quickly and everyone is super nice about it. I looked at a lot of apartments in Austin and Im so glad I chose to live here. 10/10 would recommend!

    Our experience here has been night & day compared to our last rental situation. The office staff have been very helpful, accommodating, and kind, and the unit itself is wonderful. I LOVE how much storage there is, the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful, and the fact that only the bedroom has carpeting is great because we have an Australian Shepherd who can shed quite a bit and I’d rather sweep than vacuum. It was definitely worth it to go for the “platinum” package unit with all the renovations. We’ve only been here for two weeks but it already feels like home! 😊

    I have had only good experiences with this apartment complex, the people at the front office are always nice and extremely helpful. Sabrina has been great, thank goodness she speaks Spanish and my kids all like to chat with her when we drop by. We feel very happy here, our apartment is stunning and spacious. It’s a quiet area despite what some may say. Very close to the school for my kids and the bus station is just around the corner as well as an HEB. Lisa the assistant manager has been extremely kind. Over all this is a great complex, and we love it here!

    I have lived here for a year now and happily just resigned a lease for another year! Saratoga Ridge has been a perfect place for me and my pets, especially with the dog park for my pup to run around in. The amenities are always clean, staff is always friendly, and building is always clean. I was pleasantly surprised upon moving in to find an apartment that is actually rented out in great condition, and am pleased with all the staff does to ensure this continues to happen for future renters!

    I recently toured this property with the manager Jessica and had a great experience. Even though I ultimately did not lease here I will keep Saratoga Ridge in mind for the future. They had plenty of things I enjoyed, but the location is by far the best part of this property! So close to 35 or congress and only 15 mins to downtown! Thank you Jessica for the great tour and for answering my hundreds of questions lol.

    I lived at Saratoga Ridge for just over a year. This was probably my favorite apartment complex Ive lived at in the past 15 years. I loved my layout, the management was extremely friendly and helpful, and my neighbors were never a problem. The parking spots are tiny and thats really my only complaint about the complex. They make you pay for cable tv and valet trash, which is a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. My apartment was recently remodeled so I had new appliance, and when the ac went out, they were quick to repair and replace it. I never had any bugs, except some ants one morning that Im pretty sure I brought on myself. I never had any noise problems with neighbors. The community was always clean and the maintenance guys were always out picking up any trash and blowing away yard debris.

    My boyfriend and I have lived at the property for almost two years. We have had a vey pleasant experience with the Saratoga Staff. Alexia assisted with our move in process and was always very friendly and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Alex in maintenance has also been a great help when requests are sent him and Alexia oversee them and make sure they are completed in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

    Ive lived here for 3 years now and when Landmark Residential took over management of the property, there was an immediate increase in the quality of life around here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, theyve made wonderful improvements to the community, and they sincerely respond promptly to and concerns you may voice. Theyve added the greatest little pet areas and oh how they have re-vamped the pool! Rent is affordable and the space you are renting is much larger than most places in Austin, especially for such a reasonable price! ***** Update 3/2/15***** I put in a Maintenance request on Saturday night and first thing Monday morning, John came by to fix my garbage disposal. I had put in several requests since moving here under different management, and always had recurring issues. Turns out the disposal had been so neglected previously, John had to not only remove it, but he had to take a circular saw to it to replace it with a new one. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He showed much concern for the condition to which it had been previously neglected, and was committed to delivering a quality repair. Im lucky to live in a complex where the employees have so much pride and drive to provide a comfortable living environment.

    I miss living here, we moved in just before knight vest purchased the place. The complex is beautiful. My toddler and I loved walking around exploring. The pool and gym were well-maintained. We had some unfortunate circumstances befall us in the form of flooding on more than one occasion, but the office and maintenance staff were always so quick to respond and solve the problem as best they could.Had it not been for the roach problem which was SERIOUSLY exacerbated by the first flooding soon after we moved in, I would give Saratoga a higher rating. Overall an enjoyable experience. The new management worked with what they got....and that ad roaches. Haha?

    I lived here for a year and quite enjoyed it. The place isnt fancy or new but we had only a couple of problems and they were always attended to promptly. Parking is competitive and tight (reason it is only 4 stars) but you always have to option to pay for covered parking which guarantees you a spot. The gym and pool are small but well maintained. Friendly office staff and the complex is within walking distance of an HEB and a number of bus stops.

    I absolutely LOVE living here. I resigned my lease a couple of months ago and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! Maintenance is also friendly and quick to get the job done. I would definitely recommend living here.

    Going on my 4th month here and I really don’t have any complaints besides the parking spots being a bit cramped, and my recent new neighbors being obnoxiously loud, but one complaint to the office and they took care of the issue right away! Sabrina at the office is so helpful! I’ve had an issue paying my rent online due to my bank being out of state, and Alexis was very understanding and helpful.You can’t complain about a pool being full when it’s 100F + everyday! I see staff working out on the premises everyday, keeping everything clean and working.Great price, conveniently right off of IH35, HEB, TX DMV and a few good restaurants are all right down the road.

    To Alexia (Lexie) and Staff at Saratoga Ridge (SR), hello from California! I truly miss living at SR! I had some of the best times at the pool! It was great living right next to the pool area because the grill was there! Sometimes I would grill for the Staff too. LOL! I miss my apartment and sometimes wish I was back in it; however, I must continue to grow. The Staff at SR made certain that whatever I needed to have done was done and some things I simply wanted...like a new stove, fridge and dishwasher...was delivered and installed for me. SR was where I completed my bachelors degree and began my masters degree (one more quarter for the M.Ed.). I will always remember my place by the pool! Met some great people at SR as well. Thanks guys, miss Alex!! Happy New Year to everyone at SR...love you Guys! Ciao!

    Property Manager Leslie O. has been very helpful in securing an apartment at Saratoga Ridge, Austin Texas for my college bound child. She was very knowledgeable and patient guiding me thru the rental process. I feel that I am leaving my college child in good hands at this complex. Leslie has gone above and beyond in her customer service.

    If you are new to Austin or even a current resident, this is definitely a very comfortable apartment with great amenities. Its close to downtown to and quick access to the freeway. We had a semi rough start, but everyone at the leasing office has been very accommodating.

    Havent lived here long, but heres my two cents.Pros:- Solid price per sq.ft. and spacious floorplans.- All wood floors available on some units (including bedrooms and closets / huge plus for pets).- Leasing office staff are nice and helpful, plus they have better hours than most others who are only open 8-5/M-F.- Service requests are filled very quickly.- Full sized, In-unit W/D works well.Cons:- Parking spots are cramped, and half of them are covered/paid, leaving lots of unused space and sometimes forcing you to park somewhat far from your apt.- Lots of people dont pick up their dogs poop. Not really the apartments fault but its a reality.- Walls are pretty thin. You will hear your neighbors have sex.- They force you to pay $50 for Comcast cable and it doesnt include internet.- Non-renovated units (if they have any left) are cheaper but had a noticeable amount of wear and tear, i.e. markings on the floor, ceiling, and molding / outlets that dont hold plugs in / cracks in the counters. None of it has affected my ability to use and enjoy my space, but definitely the most damage Ive ever seen moving into a unit. Dont know the deal with renovated units.Overall: It may not be perfect, but its my favorite place Ive ever lived in Austin. Its got notable downsides, but weighed with the price, size, amenities, and customer service, it comes out on top for me.

    Beautiful apartment complex with friendly, approachable office staff. These apartments are maintained very well, and recently the few issues that I have had with my apartment have been promptly and effectively resolved by the respectful and courteous maintenance guy Phillip T. All this said, it really makes me appreciate where I live and who I live around! ☺

    Unfortunately due to corona not many people have been coming to my job. I was so scared. I thought I was going to be kicked out of my apartment because I wasn’t making enough but incredibly I made it through, with the help of Lisa. Amazing staff so friendly.
