The maintenance is absolutely fantastic. Ive had 2 jobs that werent particularly easy yet they knocked it out of the park 100%. UPDATE. Maintenance is still great however walking around the property is a little treacherous due to really bad sidewalks near ny building. I recently broke my foot due to one of the sidewalks. Also the rent here is fluctuating. My rent is $1124 but we pay sewage, water,gas,trash and pest contol. Last months total was $1183 while this month jumped up another $100 to $1280 just due to the extra charges.$63 for sewage, $48 for water and $31 for gas is just kinda crazy considering I was gone for half the month lol. However Maintenance and Management are still great. The do advertise laundry facilities in eash building but since Ive moved in none in my building have worked.

Today, February 22, 2023 at 9 am, I went to the condominium office where I asked to make a report that on the night of the 21st, when I arrived at the apartment where I live, the bathroom was flooded and thats why it was my report, which was my surprise that around 4:40 pm alber that no avianbenido did the report call the office where I say that they would send maintenance to biniero never call the maintenance guard and neither biniero This leaves a lot to say about the administration and maintenance. I am the resident of 114b.
