The area is very calm and quiet, youll sometimes spot people jogging or walking their dogs, but thats about it. Views are very pleasant, I enjoy our views to the deserty mountains a lot! A few renovations were made recently and thats always appreciated. There have been some issues with the water being shut off but its usually on weekdays in the middle of the day so it doesnt affect us much. Only a couple of times we were left with no hot water in the shower, but this was corrected the next day. Office is very nice and responsive, maintenance people are very polite as well. Work orders have been done promptly. And pets are allowed too! Overall a nice place to live.

The apartments themselves are in a beautiful area and are relatively quiet. I haven’t had any major issues and the small issues I have had were resolved quickly and efficiently. I really love that they are dog friendly. The apartments actually provide bags for dog clean up, which is rare for a lot of places and I think it’s great that they do. They have a small gym and a nice pool area. The staff also goes above and beyond with events for the residents. Overall, I am very satisfied with the office and my place.

So I’ll start by saying this is my first apartment, I had a few issues moving in for the following few weeks we got everything resolved. I want to say the customer service is 9/10 the response to requests made to fix things is 9/10 very quick and very effective, Maritza was my leasing agent and she was very helpful and professional, highly recommend speaking to her for any questions. I am pleased with the apartments, a thing I would change would be the window curtains the plastic ones keep falling and braking. The walls are a bit too thin I can hear what others are doing on the other apartments but I don’t think that’s easy to fix. So for the overall rating of Santa Fe apartments I will give it a 8.5/10.

Highly recommended, moved in during the pandemic and everything was made professionally and efficiently.4 years later, Im still highly satisfied with the attention to detail the santa fe team puts into running this apartment complex. Always willing to find quick, effective solutions and tending to emergencies in a timely manner.Communication is key to providing the best service and it goes a long way to show when people care about their jobs and you as a renter.Estrella has been amazing!!!! Always on top of all that has to be done and always on time.

I really enjoy this complex because they always meet my needs from maintenance to a safe and comfy environment. The front office staff, especially Estrella, are always there to help and are so nice. It’s always a pleasure to stop by the office. It’s been a great experience here for the last 2 years

This is an awesome establishment my brother and I share an apartment together here. The place is well clean, awesome atmosphere and can’t wait for the pool to open.The staff here are sweet people including Maritza who helped us throughout the whole process of finding what we were looking for. I would recommend giving Santa Fe Apartments a shot. Don’t Judge a Book by its cover.

This complex is a really nice facility. Newly renovated. Grounds keepers are exceptional. Go above and beyond. I remember this young guy name gerson who really excelled at surprising me when I needed maintenance for my casita. He was always with a positive attitude and responding quickly, he always finished his repairs in a very quick and affective manner. Very friendly staff for sure!! Only reason why I left cause I moved. Otherwise would have probably stayed there for a good minute.also family oriented.

Ive lived in the Santa Fe Place apartments over the last few years, and Ive had an incredibly great experience here for many reasons. First, anytime I need a maintenance order, I submit it through the app (very user friendly) and it gets addressed within a few business days. Second, Ive had situations in the past where Ive needed some guidance with my rent payments, and the office was incredibly helpful in resolving that issue. Finally, Ive also never had any sort of issues with bad neighbors. Its a peaceful place, and everyone seems to respect each others boundaries. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in El Paso.

I am going to counter the previous review. I have stayed here before, and chose (after a deployment to Afghanistan) to return. I have never had a problem, and the management has always worked with me. Every time theres something wrong with the apartment and something needs repair or a complaint, its taken care of in a prompt manner.The management and staff are very polite, and friendly. I like the price I pay for the space I get. I enjoy the bundled internet/cable that comes with the apt. The pools are decent, the area is grassy and nice.
