I have to say, after moving from another state these girls have helped me with everything. Great customer service and great smiles! This really feels like home! This is where Ill be staying until is time for me to buy a house. Parking can be an issue if you have many vehicles but not my case. These girls and the maintenance guys really make the best out of this place. You wont regret moving here just like I didnt. Great job guys, awesome work to the manager !

I cant say enough about these apartments. Definitely a great clean place to live. Maria the property manager always willing to help extremely nice and gets the job done, My Maintenance requests were always handled pretty quickly. Margarito was always extremely nice and helpful he would help with any issues after hours. I without thinking it twice I would definitely moved back to this place if I were to move to this area!

I have 9 years living here and I so happy with this community. The leasing team are very helpful and always have a smile in thir face. Manager Maria Sanchez is here since then, Im not agree with some other comments like she is unhelpful. I can said that she always help everyone at any time even if its no related to apats. I would like to thank Adriana & Maria for accepting me & my family in.. I was in need to find somewhere & they got me in. Yes the parking spots are limited & no visitors but u do have your own reserved also. It is spacious & gets cold inside(good A/C) I like the walk in closets + most definitely love the fireplace. They have washer & dryer already included so that is even a plus.. Hope my stay continues to be good. Thank yall again it was very much appreciated.7 months later & it is still going good for me & my family .. The ONLY ISSUE STILL IS THE PARKING SPACES WHICH ARE LIMITED I HAVE A 3 BED 2 BATH & I ONLY GOT 1 PARKING SPOT FOR FREE THE 2ND(+) I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $50 MONTHLY & EVEN THEN THERE IS A WAITING LIST + IM STILL AT # 3 SINCE I BEEN ON THE LIST. FAMILY CANT EVEN VISIT BECAUSE OF THE PARKING SPACE & THE TOWING 24/7.

Year number six here. Longest Ive ever been at one place...EVER! Maria has been here also the entire time as well and love that we dont have new management every six months like most places. Current staff is the best that has been here. From office to maintenance.I would only wish that gave us a choice of whether we can install our own washer and dryer and sometimes parking can be an issue with people parking in ones reserved space that people have to honk their horn and disturb all the neighbors. A visitor area and changes in the parking policy would be nice too.

Came in looking for an apartment. Ladies where super helpful. The apartment was a good size just for me overall good and in budget has washers and dryers thats a plus, but the only thing that takes it away for me is the parking. One parking and no visitor parking so thats something to consider.

Ive been living here at santa fe apts for a year now and I feel safe here. Everytime something has to be fixed margarito the maintenance guy comes quickly and makes sure it gets done. Sometimes Im late on my rent and maria the manager works with me and Im so thankful...I moved here when I was pregnant soshe seen my baby turn a year oldand shes very nice to my family... what more can I actually ask for... if your looking to move into some apts were theyre going to treat you like family and make sure you feel safe these are the apartments for you...thank you...

I have been living here for several years now and I can tell you that the property is improving every time. Now with the new administration things have changed, but the girls in the office have NOT. They always treat us with respect and help us with everything, the manager is very patient, even when they come and yell at her, she doesnt answer them badly. The girl Adriana is very fast, when we ask for something to be fixed she calls us to make sure they did the job. I recommend you come to live in Santa Fe

I was looking for apartments and they are the same wherever I go. I really liked these apartments because they have a washer and dryer. I like that they have the mailbox, the games, the pool and the office close to each other. What I noticed and what seemed very good to me is that there is only one entrance and the exit is, as it were, safer. Something very important and convenient is that the school is across the street. The girls in the office treated me very well, they were very kind and they knew how to explain things to me very well.
