I had stopped in Sangria Park to look for a 2 bedroom apartment. I really loved the convenient location of this place…also the pool area was amazing! Ivy was so helpful in answering all the questions I had. She was quick to show me around and was a pleasure to work with. These apartments are great! the management has changed so much and for the better! I believe I talked to a women in the office named Emily. She did an outstanding job with all my questions & concerns and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Love people like that ! Keep up the great work

These apartments are fantastic. The MANAGEMENT is on point. Emily is polite and prompt which makes the process easier. The amenities are great, I couldnt be happier here. Best of all it’s a convenient location on 290 to my job. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good place to live.

I can now say I am happy to live at Sangria Park! With the new management team in place they have been a great help to me and resolving the issues I was dealing with that the previous management team completely ignored. I want to give praise to Juan for going above and beyond in making sure it got addressed!

Went on a tour today to check some apartments it in Austin. Got the pleasure of meeting Emily. She is the nicest leasing representative I’ve met so far on my hunt. She really knows her property and information. Definitely in the top five places I am looking to move this year!

I ended up having to go with an apartment complex across town due to job location but when I toured this complex, I was so impressed with my interaction in the front office that I felt the need to leave a review! I believe it was Ivy that I met when I came by for a tour, and she was so personable and kind. I’ve lived in so many apartments with cranky, rude, and unhelpful staff. If it hadn’t come down to location for me, I would have been sold before I even took the tour!

Oh my! where do I start?The lady in the office was such a sweet heart. Ivy, I think was her name. Tall, dark hair an very put together. You won’t miss her!She knew exactly what she was talking about, had all the right answers an just made me feel so welcome. Definitely give this complex 5 stars anyday an if I could give Ivy 100 stars I would!

The staff was friendly, answered all the questions I had, and were able to help their other clients as much as they needed while helping me as well. The staff member that helped my wife and I was Adriana, who gave us bottled water and let us play billiards upstairs while finishing up with their other client!

Nice property staff and even nicer community, my last property was ghetto and terrible so this was definitely the upgrade I needed! I love the apartments here and there’s a lot of things close by like an H-E-B, target , and Walmart . 10/10 recommend renting here !

I came into the office looking for an apartment and was instantly greeted by Bianca, the Regional. She was very kind and knowledgeable on the community, helping me figure out the basics of what I was looking for. I then met Natalia, the Leasing Consultant who went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect apartment and answering all of my questions! The application process and overall move-in was made so simple thanks to Natalia! She even gave my dog a welcome present and checked in on us once we were settled! I highly recommend Menlo at Mueller thanks to their 5 star office team and customer service!

I love this place! I haven’t lived here long but it really is a great place to live. I’ve lived in many other apartments and by far I’ve liked this one the best. I love how they have the doggie park next to the soccer field and how they have different pools, yes you heard me right! They have 3 pools. One of them is outside the gym, I usually go in after a good work out! I do sure recommend this place.I always ask for Natalia when I have questions or need help with something. She really was a great help!

I just moved into Menlo at Mueller and have had a great experience so far. I decided to live here mostly because of the convenient location. I can get on 290 easily and head to where I work in north Austin. The property just went under new management and so far they have been very receptive to my requests. The leasing team was great and helped me move in on short notice. From what I hear, they are taking a lot of steps to improve the property and community. Highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking for an affordable place to live in Austin with a great location!

I have enjoyed living here at Menlo at Mueller....the water is piping hot, no major pest issues and my ac works great! The office staff are super friendly and always doing fun things for the residents; bingo, free pizza and gift card giveaways to name a few! New management has taken over and property changes are being made; i.e. brand new patio doors--:) I am excited to see the other changes that are coming too! I highly recommend Menlo at Mueller and cant say enough great things about living here!

I dont know about all of your reviews, but I am very happy. I live on the M side and have had absolutely no problems with the new management. They seem to do the best that they can with you all...Stop throwing your trash on the ground and maybe they could keep up. I could go on and on...but, I really do like the people in the office better than the last ones. Please keep it up!

Weve been living here at Menlo for A year and a couple of months now. We used to have so many issues with past management. They never listen to when we needed something fixed. But after the new management came in things have been changing around here. Cristal Martinez who is the Assistant Manager here has really been helpful with a lot of things everytime we need help. Im glad to see a lot of things are changing.

I really enjoy my time at these apartments. The layout of the 2 story units is very nice and homey feeling. I would like to see them improve the kitchen space. Its not perfect, but its home. Definitely cant beat the location for this price though.

Under this new new management, the complex has become a much better place. Maintenance is 100% more attentive than in the past, pest control has become more efficient, and overall atmosphere has improved. This is a good complex if one is on a budget but wants to live in the North Austin/Mueller area, and only 4 miles from UT.

This place has come a long way in a short amount of time! I am happy to call it home. It’s not far from from downtown or Ut. Since January of 2018 I have had every work order completed properly and within a day of me requesting it. They use an awesome text and email notification system that is very handy in keeping with the up n up. The staff is very caring and kind! Had a giant leak from the rain recently and they are taking it very seriously! Thanks menlo!! I am even trying to get someone from back home to move down here to this complex I have that much faith in this place!

I moved in october..when i moved in my apartment was infested with rats... An was planning to break my lease and move out.. But then the apartments got a new owner.. And he started making a lot o changes... And one of those chages was. To get rid of the rat problem... And guess what.. he did..not only that my work orders are always done in the time frame they say... Staff at the office is very nice ..love it here...

Just moved here about 4 months ago came all the way from houston and I LOVE that i get to call this my home , couple of issues but were resolve quickly by the new managment , They are super friendly especially yeny that has been really helpful in every way , Its so peaceful and quiet , I honestly recommend these apartment for anyone who is just moving to Austin. GYM 24 HOURS which is great ! Dog parkk , soccer field which is perfect for running too and also volleyball court for those who play volleyball! ❤❤😍😍
