    San Carlos is a very great place to stay the new manager Eva, Juan and Abel make it a nice place to call home. I’m very happy when I have company and they like the property.

    Super great staff. Abel and Juan are awesome workers, they have a lot of hard tasks here but they’re doing a great job at making our homes better. Tania the manager is very thoughtful and explains everything to us. she’s a great asset to this community! i’ve seen so many improvements since they all got here.

    New management is kind friendly and professional. Had an issue with my stove and the new manager calmed me down and my issue was fixed. She deserve a raise.

    Went to view and get info on a 3 bedroom unfortunately not available but was a very pleasant experience Eva was very helpful, definitely recommend this apartments to all my friends.

    Hello !! San Carlos is a great place to live. The neighbors are very nice, the rates are affordable, and the management and staff are quick to respond to requests for assistance. It is quiet and good for family and kids. San Carlos is near downtown Dallas and there are several grocery stores in the area too. After several years living here there is truly a sense of community.

    I’ve been living here for ten years it’s been very convenient in so ways with so many options to select from from CVS to Kroger and the train station and more than anything I would like to acknowledge the management and their professionallism has been absolutely paramount on every way on maintenance orders always on schedule and cleanliness and last but not least our neighbors are almost like family we all look out for each other on every way .

    Since new management took over and they brought a new manager Tania, maintenance and customer service has improved 100%. Tania is extremely friendly and helpful.

    An excellent place and above all the Manayer that we have an admirable and unique person with his team of workers who only had the property 100% and there were only two workers my respects Don José and Antonio people unfortunately confuse arrogance with strict Thank you be strict yes Not like this is the property. Thank you to Mary for giving us a quiet property. I know the property around me and it is pure disorder. Sometimes it was not in her hands to solve it. But she finishes the work for us as only she and her workers carried out the work order. I I hope that this new company that arrived gives her the Apollo, she is very hardworking as a MANAYER AND AS A PERSON A GREAT LADY THANK YOU MARY for continuing to have her as OUR MANYER
