    Great place to live. The entire office staff are always wonderful and management is amazing (especially Sherri and Terri). Transferring from one apartment to another was very smooth and easy. They always do fun events for holidays and have resident appreciation events. The pool and gym are a plus! Pool is always sparkling and clean. Would recommend this complex to others.

    Recently moved from GA for a new job. Took the risky move of not being able to visit in person first but boy did I luck out! Cydnee was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and even after Ive lived here a few months. Shes been helpful with my questions and has a warm welcoming demeanor which I really appreciate! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I was satisfied with the condition of my apartment when I moved in. Maintenance personnel, namely James, have been professional and friendly.

    I absolutely LOVE this community! The amenities, especially gym and swimming pool, are fantastic. The location is safe and within close distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The ladies in the front office are wonderful and always help me with any issues that may arise. I would like to give a special shoutout to Kasey. She helped me throughout the leasing process and provided valuable guidance on learning about the area. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone that is looking.

    We moved in to Saddlebrook apartment in October. We got a 2nd floor apartment, not knowing that I wouldn’t be able to be able to go up and down the stairs. Casey got us in a new apartment and made our transition smooth. They have been on top of every request we have made. The property is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend. Thank you, Casey for everything you have done for Erick and I.

    In the past 2.5 years that I have lived here, I have been very pleased with the quality of this complex. Service calls are addressed within a very reasonable time frame. I have never experienced any security issues. The management team, as well as the owners, are working hard to update the property; with security lighting on the perimeter, upgraded pool furniture, and instituting “fun” activities for residents. I highly recommend Saddle Brook Apartments!

    Just moved to Saddle Brook and all the staff here are super personable and friendly. Kasey, the leasing agent, was super helpful when I was filling out all the paperwork here and guided me through it all. Also Terri, the property manager, is super nice and even got me help while I was moving into my apartment by myself. Overall it’s a great place and highly recommended.

    This complex is honestly like a resort. Terri, Sherri and Jasmin go above and beyond to make sure that the residents have a fantastic experience. We had a maintenance issue that we reported on a Sunday, and it was immediately addressed and fixed on Monday. The ladies weren’t even officially on duty but were so happy to help us get it fixed! The grounds are clean and the staff is so friendly! It really is the most well run complex I have had the opportunity to be a part of!

    I’ve lived here almost a year! Great place to live! The manager Terri and everyone that works here is helpful and always on top of things. Scott the courtesy officer is ready to help after hours. I really enjoy my apartment and all the property upgrades to the property.

    I’ve lived at Saddle Brook for a couple of years now and love it! The managers work so hard to ensure the safety of this community by providing an onsite security guard, quality lighting and so much more. Even better they host gatherings at the pool for holidays providing food, drinks and live music. Thank you Saddle Brook for giving me a place that I can call home for me and my son!

    I recently just moved from out of state to Saddle Brook apartments and the transition was smooth because of the help of Sydney. She was sweet, responsive, well informed and patient with me as I called plenty of times and asked millions of questions, not being from the area. With her help I was able to move within 2 weeks and find an amazing school for my child. She went above and beyond for me. I am beyond grateful for her and love my new apartment.

    The apartments are clean upon move in, each apt has washer/dryer hookups and if you don’t have your own there is a laundromat onsite, every apt comes w at least one covered spot parking and most lower units have garages. Still plenty of parking if you have multiple drivers in your household. The pool area is clean and open. Pet friendly. The maintenance guys are so friendly and always around if you need anything. And Yazmine in the office is so so helpful. We just moved in about three weeks ago and we are happy here. SO CLOSE to the main strip of groceries, food, gas, etc.

    Just moved in from out of town and they have been AMAZING! The whole staff is so kind, and the agent that helped us move in was so organized and kind. She had everything labeled and highlighted, helped us get everything in line, and communicated with us the whole time. Our dishwasher wasn’t working when we moved in, but they took care of the issue SAME DAY. Seriously amazing, and we’re so excited to be a part of this community.

    I’ve lived at Saddlebrook for over 2 years. I have always felt safe and secure with a gated property and 24hr security. The constant improvements to the property are nice too. They are replacing the privacy fence around the property which is so nice. The pool area has nice furniture for all year round enjoyment with heaters and fire pit tables. It’s quiet here with respectful neighbors. The dog park has plenty of activities for the fur babies and the park for the kids has new equipment which is fenced in. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintainence issues are addressed in a timely manner. They have a text messaging system that lets you know what is going on in the complex. Don’t forget the free food for the holidays and free snow cones in the summer!Edit: The pool is great as usual, but missing one thing…A clock. It would be nice to have a clock with a thermometer, but just a clock would be GREAT! Thank You Saddle Brook!!

    I have lived in several apartments in my life, and this place was by far my favorite. The complex is quite and clean. They keep up with pest control, and maintenance on the grounds. Everyone was genuinely excited to great my toddler everytime we came into the office, which meant the world to me. The bad reviews of course made me nervous when it came to move out time, but I am here to say that management is FAIR when it comes to move-out charges. They send you an itamized receipt so you know exactly what you are being charged for. My point is, dont let those negative reviews scare you away. The ladies who run the office are wonderful people, and this is a beautiful place to call home.

    I moved in at the start of the year and have happily called this place my home since then. Kimberly Davis was very patient and kind with all my questions, as this was my first time renting, and she has happily answered any questions I have had after I moved in!The staff are also very kind and quick to respond if any electrical or plumbing issues occur. This added with how Saddelbrook has made it clear that they are willing to work with any renters during this pandemic if their jobs have been hit makes me feel very secure in staying here for a long time!

    As I come to the end of my second year in the Saddlebrook Community I have to say that it has been a generally pleasant experience. Neighbors are not always as quiet as they could be but it feels like a safe place to live and the staff are usually pretty attentive, including the Maintenance guys. While I have been here the one person who stands out for me has been Kimberly (Kim) Davis. She has always been there with a smile and has been the one constant contact, as others have moved on around her. I will be moving out at the end of April and want to leave them with this positive note - keep up the good work and continue to be one of Wacos favorite Apartment Home Sites.

    This place is one of the best complexes in the Waco area. The staff is courteous and will do almost anything they can to help their residents. They have overnight security which is a rarity in Waco. Most complexes just pay for occasional patrol. The pool and grounds are always clean and they are constantly working to better the property.

    Top notch apartments, I highly recommend SaddleBrook. The leasing agents are great. Cydnee Is very nice and professional, She went out of her way to help me get accepted here. Kim was a huge help recently when my AC went out, they had it fixed within a couple hours in the middle of the night. Overall it’s been a good experience so far!

    I have had a great experience working with Yazmine to get my elderly grandmother moved in at Saddle Brook. The apartments are extremely clean and the grounds are well kept. I would defintely recommend them.

    Been here about 2 months, very quiet, maintenance responds quickly to requests, pool and gym are nice.Good location to everything you need in Hewitt with easy access to Waco and Hwy 6.Front office staff has always been super nice and easy to work with.All and all a good place to stay, would recommend.My only suggestion: I wish pool was cleaned more than once a week, just too much stuff on the bottom and floating on the top from the trees.

    My husband and I moved to Waco for work and we looked all over and so glad we picked Saddlebrook I have had my fair share of apt living in my 20s. We are so happy we picked this place.     I lived at Saddlebrook from May 2019 to January 2020, and enjoyed every day. I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment complex. The front office and maintenance staff were helpful if I ever had any questions or concerns. Miss Kimberly and Miss Hannah were always so kind and made you feel super welcomed any time you walked in to the front office area.

    I absolutely love living at Saddle Brook! Kimberly made the move in process not only easy but actually enjoyable! When work brought me to Waco, I had no idea where to even begin in selecting a place to call home for the next 6 months while here as I was not familiar with the area, but I know now I definitely made the right choice! Everything about my apt was as promised and I feel safe and secure here as well as enjoying all the amenities they have to offer.     Nice place, weight room is solid. Didnt have some equipment but they got them pretty quick when I asked. Relatively quiet neighborhood and not too far from local grocery stores and gas stations.

    We have been living in Saddle Brook Apartments for over a year. I like this community very much. It is kept clean, quiet and safe. The people living here are very friendly, and so are the office staff. The pool and the hot water spa are great, though the equipment in the fitness room is too old.

    We needed a short term rental and Saddlebrook offered us what we needed. Hannah was up front with us about everything before signing including the pet policy, one of the few places we could bring our two dogs. It notes these apartments are older and its true. They seem well kept and maintenance is very quick to show up to fix things even telling us we didnt have to wait till the next business day they would have come overnight. Lots of places say 24/7 maintenance but this is the first Ive seen that actually wanted us to use it. Parking is a bit tight but its not terrible. Great locations and none of our neighbors are loud or obnoxious.

    Kimberly Davis was a pleasure to work with! I am so great full for all the help and accommodations Kimberly provided. I am in a wheelchair so finding a place has been extremely hard. Not only are the units handicap accessible but she is able to provide me with parking close to my apartment. If there is not one available they will put a space in for me. Very thoughtful, helpful and kind. Thanks for all your help Kimberly!!!

    Nice place to live. I feel perfectly safe at night and feel fine taking walks around the complex. My neighbors are all really friendly. The staff are attentive and answer questions quickly. Kim especially is very attentive and thorough when giving tours or answering questions.

    I’ve lived at Saddlebrook apartments for more than 2-years. I’ve been reading over the reviews and here is my overall opinion. The bad reviews seem like extreme circumstances where the resident didn’t get their own way about something and they are taking it out on a public review. The good reviews are pretty accurate. These apartments aren’t new buildings and as long as the resident informs the office of any issues, they take care of it immediately. Residents aren’t expected to change lightbulbs or filters out of pocket expense, that is how much Saddlebrook takes care of its aging buildings. We have a great little gym, the gym-pool-laundry area is always clean. The Saddlebrook team often hands out breakfast burritos in the morning. The team had an ice cream sunday bar for the residents. All free! Saddlebrook keeps its residents informed through text messaging (if you sign up) or emails. I still get pest control notifications on my door. Saddlebrook also made a deal with Comcast for all residents to have internet and cable for a small fee, which is added to rent. Believe me, This is an amazing deal. I was paying Comcast twice the amount for less service. It all comes down to this. These buildings aren’t new but the team at Saddlebrook takes very good care of its buildings and it’s residents. The folks in the office are super! Always friendly and if you stop by, they usually have cookies. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The neighborhood is very quiet, in the past 2 years, I haven’t heard any unusual noise. I feel safe, I like my apartment, and I’m happy with all of the services.

    My wife and I have been here for almost 3 years. Great neighborhood, very quiet. Had a little trouble with management not getting around to fixing anything at first but now management fixes everything in a timely manner.

    My husband and I have lived here for 5 years we have a one-bedroom apartment with a garage which is a unique setting the maintenance does a very good job of keeping everything nice and clean and maintained the pool is professionally cleaned 3 times a week they have a lot of get-togethers for the residents always a fun event just see no reason to move from here at this point
