    Ive been living at Sabina apartments for the last eighteen months and its been nothing but excellent. The complex is in a great location, the facilities are well maintained, and the building staff are always helpful. Id like to give a special shoutout to Ramiro Torres, who resolved my maintenance request within an hour of submitting it. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!

    I can always rely on maintenance, specifically Ramino Torres, for any problems that come up (rarely) in my apartment. He is quick to respond to any problems and is very knowledgeable on what is going on. I have never had a problem not get answered by him within 24 hours of submitting it. He is a huge part of life at Sabina, could not recommend more!

    Everything always starts with people. Everyone working in Sabina is absolutely phenomenal!From Vicky who was super helpful when I was looking for a place to stay, to Ramiro and other from maintenance team.Great location, reasonable price, and I must say one of the best pools.Apartment is nice but appliances are bit old.

    I moved into the Sabina a few months ago and have had a great experience. Ive lived here for a few months now, and I have to say that the staff, Vicki and the maintenance are some of the best that Ive had ever for an apartment! They are super friendly, and genuinely helpful. The first month I moved in, I locked myself out of my apartment and maintenance was there to let me in within 15 minutes! The grounds are kept well and the community is super friendly!

    I have lived at Sabina for three years and while I initially had problems with packages being stolen and my car being broken into, the new building management has done a fantastic job about addressing these and similar issues. Regarding my actual unit, I had very few problems and when I did have a problem, Ramiro on the maintenance team was there to quickly solve it. He is the backbone of the complex and has always done a fantastic job when working on my apartment. Both Sabina and Sabina residents are lucky to have him!

    I moved into the Sabina roughly 6 months ago and I couldnt recommend it more. As a graduate student moving to Austin from out of state, I was looking for something close to some amenities but also on the quieter side. The building itself is in great condition with awesome common areas, a beautiful pool, and locked parking. At the time of move-in, my unit was completely spotless with no major issues. All appliances are updated and the size of the unit is perfect. Beyond how great the building itself is, the staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person who works here is friendly and helpful no matter what. I havent had any major issues in need of repair in my unit but Ramiro on the maintenance team is always so friendly and helpful with whatever needs to be fixed! If you are a graduate student, law student, or even a young professional, I would really recommend living here. I am very happy that I made the choice to live here and will stay here for as long as I am in Austin!

    I just want to share my awesome living experience at Sabina. The staff are super friendly and attentive from the office to maintenance. Issues were quickly solved and communication was quick and efficient. The facilities and amenities are great and well maintained.     Living at Sabina has been great. I personally have had zero issues with the garage, but I did have one package taken from in front of my door. Concerning my actual unit, I had very few problems. When I did have a problem, Ramiro on the maintenance team was there to quickly solve it. He is truly the backbone of this complex. Both Sabina and Sabina residents are so lucky to have him!

    Love living here!! Crystal, Vicki, Cory, Cesar, Ramiro, Gustavo and Rosa are all great. The staff will treat you like family and always go above and beyond. They even watched my dog for a little bit before their office even opened when I had an emergency situation. Any maintenance requests have been handled the same day. I also really enjoy the space in general; my one bedroom is very spacious and the free printing is a great perk!

    I absolutely loved the gift wrapping station for the month of december. I was able to wrap all my gifts for my family without buying anything. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Crystal. Every time I need assistance she’s always happy to help, and makes me feel at home. Kudos to the maintenance team, Cesar specifically has helped me so much. I can not recommend this community enough! I love living here!

    The nicest apartment Ive had so far in Austin but what really sets Sabina apart from anywhere else is the amazing staff they have. Ive never lived somewhere that seems to know every resident and their pets by name. Vicki made touring, applying, and moving in a breeze. Crystal is always amazing; incredibly responsive with concerns and keeps residents informed about whats going on in the building. I havent had many maintenance concerns in the year Ive lived here but I still know Cesar, Ramiro, Gustavo, Asiel, and Rosa by name from seeing them in the halls and talking. The few times I have needed something fixed they show up promptly and solve it just as quickly.In the year Ive lived here Ive never had a package missing, never missed a delivery, never had my car touched (broken into at 3 other apartments in Austin)

    Been here for four months now and it is certainly the nicest apartment I have lived in. Spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Ramiro is also a legend on the maintenance team and has done such great, efficient work whenever something needs to be fixed. Fully recommended!

    There are good things about living at Sabina and tote that could be improved.The good: The staff is absolutely amazing, specially Ramiro Torres whom has not only helped us when needed but has always been one exemplary community member making us feel welcomed every time we cross paths. Additionally, this is a great quiet location close to great place and does offer competitive prices for the area.The not so good: As others have mentioned, an elevator is always out of service and the entrance system is unreliable due to network dead spots that exist in the community. There are other minor issues but, I must give credit and mention that the team has significantly been making progress in addressing issues and making this a better place. Chelsea, has been a great asset to management team.

    My partner and I enjoy many aspects of this living space, more importantly the management and staff!We have been given amazing service and response time by Ramiro Torres, who is incredibly kind, proactive, attentive, and respectful. He has helped us in so many ways since our arrival, and we have been very blessed with his service.I also wanted to acknowledge our amazing management led by Crystal Meldru, who very clearly has the community at her priority. Chelsea Powers is one of the main reasons we are so happy here. Chelsea has gone above and beyond making us feel welcome and providing any help she can to ensure we are comfortable.We are blessed to be in such a great living space, but we are so happy to be surrounded by so many amazing individuals who make our living space what it is.

    I like living at Sabina. It’s a newer apartment and the trees make it homey. It’s generally quiet. The main elevator is frequently out of service. Mail service can be tricky (all packages that can’t fit in your mailbox are delivered to your door), so you have to make sure you’re home if you’re expecting a package. Otherwise, the gym and pool are great. The leasing agents are usually helpful in answering all our questions. I would like to add that the maintenance team is exceptional. They respond to requests quickly. Ramiro, in particular, goes above and beyond, befriending the whole community to create a nice atmosphere.Oh also, lots of dogs here and a dog park around the block. 🐶🐾

    This community is ran exceptionally well. After the new manager Crystal started there in June, there has been a complete transformation of culture, appearance and overall energy. The way the maintenance team handles work orders is extremely efficient and everything is clean and well maintained. We love this community.

    Solid apartments with nice facilities and a good crew. Romero is a life saver and was a massive help getting our washer running again. He responds to service requests way faster that one could reasonably expect and is incredibly nice and helpful. We often see him moving through the building as he goes to help other residents and he is always friendly and strikes up a quick chat.

    I love living here- the staff are so kind and caring and really make it feel like home. They always say hi to me and my puppy and call us by name, and give treats to him whenever we see them. There is also a huge effort by the staff to go above and beyond with community events, like the upcoming “salsa and salsa” night where they are all staying late and bringing homemade salsa for residents to sample, as well as offering free salsa dance lessons. I’ve lived in a few other apartment buildings nearby and this is my favorite by far, just based on the interaction with the staff. In my other buildings, I never even saw any staff members at all.

    Ramiro Torres and all of the maintenance staff are the quickest team for all service requests. I’ve lived in apartments for awhile now as a student and they always come the same day, and most times within an hour to fix my issue. He is so kind and always tells me exactly what is going on with my maintenance requests!

    Sabina is a decent apartment complex but they need to fix some issues. The elevators are broken way too often, the stairs need to be cleaned and painted, the carpet in the hallways has to be changed and the app to open the doors and gates is glitchy. They also need to lower their rates, they charge a little bit too much for their apartments.The apartments have nice bathrooms, closets and kitchens. They do not look new or stylish but do not look old either.The workers are nice, specially Ramiro Torres who always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help. Mr. Torress dedication to his craft is palpable, as he tirelessly works to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents. His friendly demeanor, promptness in addressing issues, and attention to detail set him apart as a shining star within the complex. The presence of individuals like Mr. Torres elevates the living experience at Sabina. His exemplary service adds immense value to the overall impression of the complex, instilling a sense of reassurance and belonging among residents.

    Living at Sabina has been a great experience. Maintenance always keeps the property very clean and well kept and are quick to respond to any requests. Ramiro is especially attentive and we love that he always has treats for our pups when we see him. The staff cares not only about the property, but the residents!

    Weve lived at Sabina for a few months now and the staff has been really kind and helpful! There have been some maintenance issues with the elevators near our unit, and theyve kept us updated and in the loop consistently. My favorite amenity is the pool– its quiet, beautiful, and extremely clean! The neighborhood around here is cute, safe, and buzzing with neighbors on walks with their pets :)

    Ive lived at Sabina for 3 years, and the staff and amenities are wonderful! Ramiro and Gustavo are the backbone of this complex. They take care of all issues with a higher level of urgency and professionalism. Rosa also helps keep this place spotless. They are all wonderful people to have around, and make me enjoy living here even more.

    I lived here for over a year and a half. I only moved because I purchased a home. I have to say the maintenance crew, specifically, Robert and Lazaro are awesome. The custodian woman is wonderful as well. They are on top of the maintenance requests and keep the facilities clean, they are very friendly to work with, and give my dogs some loving every time I ran into them. The office staff are very pleasant as well. Very pet friendly too, we made a host of friends from walking our dogs. My apartment faced toward the pool and whenever we had any loud guests past 10 p.m. it did not last long before they were told to leave. The convenience of location was perfect for me as a grad student at UT I could ride my bike to work in about 7 minutes. I also used the gym a lot and pool as well as the free workout classes. I would recommend Sabina to friends. Thank you.

    Chelsea is the best over there! It was nice to make contact with her. The apartments are reasonably priced and The number on Google Maps is an 844 number they use for tracking. That makes no sense since Google Biz Pages uses its own tracking. If you want to use a third party to track, you DONT want to give that thrift party service to get credit for your Google Biz Page. Plus it’s not a great first impression to not have a 512 number for an apartment. At that point most of your incoming interest is getting funneled through the service you are paying for!

    The location is phenomenal being close to everything one could need. Close to shopping, downtown, and trails while not paying downtown rent. Small convenient store and a dog park next door too.Like any other complex it has its minor issues, but the entire staff consistently puts effort into fixing any issue. Whether it’s the front office staff, cleaning, or maintenance staff. Along with that they’re extremely friendly.

    Outstandingly great place (office staff, maintenance, pest control, building, amenities, cleanliness, location).Special thanks to the office staff and the maintenance team. The new community director Krystal and the leasing consultant Vicky show high professionalism, care, friendliness, determination in taking care of any arising issue (Krystal took a serious initiative and actions efficiently for many improvements and passionately follows them thru; Vicky goes the extra mile in pursuing any issue that arise and amazingly following it up until done in an excellently prompt and caring manner; the new assistant director Cory also shows excellent professionalism and friendliness).The maintenance team is very prompt, friendly, caring, fast and efficient. Special thanks to maintenance director Cesar showing extra high knowledge of any technical issue that arise and very promptly fixing it in a friendly, caring manner, also explaining it; Cesar is always on top of the things. Ramiro is also very prompt, caring and thorough (he got from home very fast to my after hours maintenance request). Gustavo also responds promptly (he arrived fast at night, after hours, to an elevator emergency).Pest control does an excellent job also, very prompt, thorough, efficient (Martin has gone the extra mile to decide arriving on a weekend day, not on schedule, at a small concern I placed the request for).Regarding security, the building has a courtesy officer, Joe, that is an active APD officer, living on site, who regularly patrols & surveys the entrances, parking areas, building surroundings carefully, being very active and vigilant.The cleaning crew also does a great job. The building has very quiet residents, large hallways and is very secure (each access point controlled by latest cell phone app). Its amenities (outside pool, two story club house, conference room, computers room, fitness area) are fully and modernly equipped.The location is also great, including amazing view from upper floors west side. I strongly recommend Sabina CWS.

    Great property! Checked off all the boxes of what I was looking for in an apartment. Great club house with a pool table with a private study room upstairs. The gym has more than the basic equipment that you would normally find in an apartment gym. Beautiful outdoor fireplace sitting area. You never run out of hot water when showering. Amazing stand in showers. Spacious closets. Love it here.

    Beautiful building with fantastic amenities; Sabina offers luxury living that far surpasses others in their very affordable price range.The apartments themselves are modern and well-designed in that they feel spacious and elegant. The gym is uniquely well-equipped for an apartment gym (though the addition of lat equipment would not go unappreciated), and the pool is well-maintained- easily rivaling those in several of the hotels downtown.The staff are what really make Sabina shine. The office staff are attentive, friendly, and obliging- they really take care of their residents and are eager to make Sabina feel like a proper community. Building maintenance teams handle requests promptly (mine were almost always completed in the same day), and the building overall is always kept in pristine condition.Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, and would highly recommend Sabina to any of my peers.

    I had Romero help me with a maintenance request. He was very clear and helpful when explaining the ac issue I was having in my unit. I am glad someone like Romero is assisting w/ maintenance. Not only was he quick with the job, but he also informed me on the issue and how to prevent it in the future.

    I absolutely love living here. I moved to Austin in June of 2021 and during that time Ive lived at the Sabina. Im currently in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and the layout is awesome. I have more than enough space, with a great balcony. All of my appliances work and if something breaks or stops working, maintenance will come and fix it. If they take too long, CWS starts prorating my rent.The amenities are fantastic too. The gym is great and has everything I need to get a real, full body workout in. The pool is absolutely massive and with grills right next to it, the area is a great place to spend some time outside. The leasing agents and office are fantastic too. Parking is gated and requires an app on your phone to get access for residents. That being said, there is free guest parking on the ground level which makes it convenient for my friends.Nearby there is a lot. If you want to go downtown, its maybe a 10 minute uber to the Westside, even less if you go to the heart or to the East. Within a 10 minute walk is the new concert venue, the Moody Center. About a 10 minute walk away, or 3 minute drive, there is a barber, HEB grocery store, some casual and fast food restaurants, and a few other stores.Overall the location, building, amenities, and building staff are all fantastic!

    Sabina is a great building to live in. As a UT graduate student, I wanted to be close to campus with a quieter atmosphere and have ensured safety, Sabina is exactly that. Staff is friendly and responsive and I have yet to experience a problem in the building.

    From the front office to the maintenance staff I cant say how satisfied I am with this property. The transition from ownership was smooth and updates have been made so residents are aware of changes in all phases. The property is clean, well managed and the maintenance team will fulfill work orders on the day they are requested. Residents are respectful, friendly and make you feel welcomed in the building. If you are looking for a property with a great location with reasonable a price, this is definitely it. Vickie and Justin keep up the great work.

    UPDATE: Still living here & still love this community! Ive been here since the begining and highly recommend this property. Willow & Vickie in the office are just two of the rockstars but the entire team including cleaning and maintenance are so professional & kind!Going on four and half years living here & will renew my lease. Great office, maintenance, and cleaning staff! Wonderful amenities with great neighbors.I have NEVER heard my neighbors or the person living above me. This is the best sound proofed apartment Ive ever lived in. Ive had three or four minor maintenance request and they are always prompt and happy to help resolve my issue. The gym is better then most community offerings with FREE instructor led spin and yoga classes weekly.Im happy to refer you & have you use me as a reference for your move into our community : )

    Affordable rent given the rising prices in the area! Great location next to the highway and UT campus. Always appreciate the prompt response to maintenance requests. Only downside is that elevators break a bit too frequently. But overall no complaints!

    The management company that has taken over Sabina in the past several months is the same one that has managed one of my previous apartment complexes. I literally could not say enough positive things about the professionals employed by this company. They are bright, personable, accommodating, understanding and patient. Management is also LGBTQ+ friendly and emotional support animal friendly as well. I called to check on preleasing rates and was quoted an obscenely low rent for the quality and location, so my partner and I signed the lease and are very excited to move in! The staff may be hard to contact at times, but taking over and resolving issues left by previous management can be difficult and time consuming. Highly recommend.

    Living experience: 4.5 stars. I have lived at Sabina for about 2.5 years. Before the Texas winter storm, I had zero issues, and if any issue did arise, Sabina promptly took care of it. My review is specifically for Jessica Roland, the Community Director. To date, Im forced to move out because my apartment endured water damage. However, Jessica went above and beyond to ensure my transition was smooth. She offered to connect me with an apartment locator, offered a moving credit, and was answering emails as late as 9pm. Additionally, Jessica took all proper precautions to ensure her residents were safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. She truly cares about her residents, which is a rare thing with apartment complexes. I recommend living at Sabina.

    I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I have been blown away by Sabina over the past few months, and most recently in their response to the winter weather conditions in Austin. I have lived in Sabina for 3 years, from its previous management company to the current one. I have seen so many positive improvements, from physical improvements around the community to improvements with communication, attention to residents, and so on. During the past few days as there was so much uncertainty with the winter weather in Austin, Sabina was keeping us updated and staying in constant communication with residents. They are located in Austin as well, so were also dealing with the same challenges we were during the disaster. On a regular basis, sabina is diligent, responsive, and professional. One last anecdote to demonstrate how they go above and beyond: today, after many days of our residents having been without water/clean water as a result of the winter weather crisis, the office staff came door to door delivering water bottles. I am so pleased with all the improvements I’ve seen in the past 3 years living here!

    I have lived at Sabina one year. It has gone through changes in the last year. To be honest, I have been riding it out to see what all would happen with the new owners and the new staff. Most people only leave reviews when they are unhappy and thats why I decided to wait and see what would happen with the new team. My lease is expiring in May 2017 and I decided to renew my lease. The new staff have worked very hard at turning the community around. There were issues with cleanliness in the hallways and resident hang out areas but the new staff has changed that. They are helpful and very friendly. Im going to continue here for another year.

    I had an issue with the original apartment I moved into at Sabina (lots of noise). The team here (Christine, Pamela, Vicki) were incredibly accommodating and let me check out multiple other units. 20 days later, I moved into a much quieter space without any additional fees.

    I lived at Sabina for 2 years. The location is great and the building itself is nicer and newer than most apartments in the area. But the management is terrible here. Packages get stolen regularly. The elevator is always broken. The trash shoot handles are broken, and the trash rooms get really gross. Whenever we have a complaint with management (not maintenance) it always takes multiple visits to the office to get it fixed. Even renewing our lease was a big ordeal where I had to go to the office 4 different times to ask them to renew.If you go to UT, its probably one of the most convienent places to live. Although management sucks, its probably your best bet. Maybe try the new complex across the street.Oh, and live on the top floor or else you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does above you.**EDIT:** added a star because the new maintenance guys are really good! Very fast and very thorough. I asked for the fire alarm in the kitchen to be reset. He reset all of the fire alarms in the apartment and changed a lightbulb! Also offered to fix our stubborn sliding door.

    Sabina is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are awesome - so friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient and the property is beautiful.

    I lived there for one year. Fantastic place to live. The management team was always very helpful and welcoming. Especially Vicky who is the one I was usually talking to. The maintenance team was always doing a great job. From a small things like changing a lightbulb up to replacing a whole dishwasher. I totally recommend it.
