I am happy with the exceptional experience I have had while living here at Royal Arms. I arrived to live here with my son in December 2023. He has lived here for about 20 years now. The community is calm, quiet and very nice to live in. My neighbors are all very nice and friendly. The property manager Blanca is beyond great the few times I have talked to her she always greets me with a smile. She is very understanding and very helpful couldn’t be happier with her. The maintenance staff is always on top of things with my service requests. Awesome community would really recommend.

If you are looking for an apartment complex that cares about you, COME LIVE HERE!!! Blanca (apartments manager) is literally the BEST! I have never been so happy with a complex before. I honestly cannot wait to resign my lease because I truly do not want to live anywhere else. I have never had any issues with office staff or maintenance. Anytime I have ever had a maintenance request it is always handled in a very quick and professional manner.

Ive been here for about 6 months and in that time, I have been very impressed with the office staff, primarily with Blanca Romero who has listened to every issue I have had and has proactively followed up on everything, even asking me if the issue has been resolved.Recently, there have been many upgrades in the decor and in the facilities so that it is becoming more and more a comfortable place to live.Come and see for yourselves!

Absolutely my favorite apartment I’ve ever rented so far. Been here over a year.Very peaceful & quiet, family friendly. Pools & laundry areas are always sparkling clean, maintenance is on point, work orders are done efficiently. Office staff very friendly especially Blanca 100% recommend this place! Rite behind a beautiful plaza with a children’s play place, a tea house & so much more. I adore the gym & the courtyard is always kept clean, landscape comes every week. Beautiful facility all around

My experience at this complex was very pleasant. The management Blanca was GREAT!!! She goes above and beyond for her tenants at all times!! I truly have NOTHING bad or even concerning to say about the way the establishment is run. My neighbors were real nice and quiet. The maintenance crew always got the job done. I recently relocated only because I had personal things I had to tend to in another city and had no choice in relocating. If those things hadn’t occurred I’d definitely stay as long as possible. Great place to live for the location and price.

Blanca has been very accommodating to me and my family since we moved in here. Always greeted with a smile and is very informative. I let her know what we were looking for and she got us in here with ease and promptly to a nice clean home. Service has been efficient and prompt. The neighborhood is very safe With no crime. I have nothing but good experiences living here with no complaints.

I loved living here. Very safe neighborhood and unbeatable rates. Blanca was an extremely accommodating and kind property manager. All my maintenance requests were looked at the day of reporting. I am hoping to be moving back here soon, great place to live as a UT Dallas student.

I have lived here just shy of one year. Blanca has always been kind to me and my son, and very helpful with anything I have needed. The maintenance guys have also been a blessing. Whenever I had a problem they were here to fix it as quickly as possible.

I moved from Kansas City with my dad to Royal Arms Apartment on June 14, 2023. Without the help of the leasing office manager Blanca, I am not able to make it. Actually, while I was still in Kansas City, at the end of May 2023, Blanca reserved the apartment 224 for my dad and me for more than two weeks. She also helped me to finish the process of credit check so that I am qualified to live in Royal Arms. My dad has been in the end stage of CKD( Chronic Kidney Disease) for a few months and he is not able to endure the heat in Texas and since the beginning of August 2023, every day he asked me to leave Texas for California. I did not listen to him but after prayer and careful consideration, I talked to Blanca, who showed sympathy for my dad and allowed me 60-day notice before we move out of the apartment. Although I still lost about one and a half month rental due to my unexpected moving for California, with the special approval from Blanca and her supervisor, I am released from the obligation for the rest of 4 month leasing contract. This is a great help for me, Hallelujah!

Stopped by royal arms apartments looking for and apt. Right away really enjoyed how clean and green they had the property gym was very big. The neighborhood for this apartments is very nice and safe would be a great place to live. I really liked the leasing lady named Blanca she was very sweet and answer all my question and let me know the great specials they are offering.

Very nice and affordable living space! My roommate and I were granted a very generous Move-in Special for our first months worth of rent, since there was a minor complication when it came to reserving our apartment, which I was completely blown away by! The landlady, Lucy, is the nicest and most approachable general manager/landlord Ive ever encountered, and shes been excellent with her timely responses and understanding and fair policies. The community is also great! Very quiet and tranquil and a lot of families, so the community naturally feels safe. Very pretty and well managed/groomed property, with timely maintenance requests and good customer service. Overall wonderful experience thus far!

Someone keeps stealing laundry and laundry machines are always breaking i think it would do good to install a camera in there, and there is a roach problem but that honestly comes with living in lower floor apartments in texas dont know what they want her too do, thats something yall gotta manage urself, gym is free i save a lot of money using this gym its no golds bond or etc but it gets the job done, i mean cant complain its literally free and new equiptment is added pretty moderately. I dont know the situation with the swimming pool but the times i went in it was reasonably clean. The mainteance on getting my problems fixed is actually pretty fast when it involves sinks and stuff, this apartment has its problems but this one the better ones, i mean you get what you pay for obviously its not gonna be 5 star.Also blanca is nice too me but some other people say she mean so ima leave that up for yall to interpret.Lastly the rest of the staff is very friendly.

Great place to live! I stay in a one bedroom close to the pool I thought i was going to regret living close by the pool because of noise but it is very quiet here. The team is cool Joe is a good tech he insures im taken care of and the new manager Anais is so nice, professional and is on top of things we did have issues with hot water but they fixed it permanently . It is month number 4 and i see a great difference from last manager. I do not really leave reviews but I wanted to express my opinion since most reviews are old and staff is new.

I love these apartments. The management is wonderful. Lucy is one of the best managers ever. She is very understandable, she makes it her business to respond to tenants request asap, and the property looks great. The area is nice, quiet and most of all it doesnt have a lot of traffic over here.

We have been in Royal Arm over 10 years. The current manager, Blanca, is top notch. She goes over and beyond to make sure every resident here has what they need to make their loving comfortable. I highly recommend the property to anyone who would like to live in this area.

Couldnt be a more incredible location if you like walkability and biking to everything you need. Management is responsive and does a good job on fixing things. Feels safe and is quiet. The place is well maintained for an older building. Ignore the bad reviews.

Excellent location, close to CityLine and lots of luxuries and essentials in the neighborhood! Under new management, so lots of great and positive changes have been made. Blanca is great, and she makes Royal Arms a very nice place to live.
