    Rowlett Station is the best, most beautiful place I’ve lived as an adult in an apartment complex. I enjoy meeting my neighbors in the hallways, parking lot or elevator. everyone is so kind. but it begins with the office staff, maintenance & above all others, Miss Karen Morello!! who always shares her mega watt smile. she is caring, attentive. goes above & beyond to help her tenants with any issue or situation that arises. she promptly does what she can & or has her staff on task right away. and communicates with us efficiently.If you want a quiet, beautiful, well ran complex. come call rowlett station home!

    I’ve lived for almost a year so far & have had little to no issues. The maintenance team is great, especially Marshall! Had a hot water issue and he made sure it was fixed in a timely manner and provided accommodations since it took a few days. Very friendly and reliable.The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the property, but with the residents who blatantly do not clean up after their pets despite numerous signs and reminders from the office.

    I really appreciate living here. Its been over a year since Ive lived here. They have great service and are very helpful for any questions. They also throw random residential events for everyone who lives here. Sometimes they have fun raffles. Today they have a pool party for all residents and food is provided.I love the gym and study spaces they offer.The space itself is clean most of the time, definitely could be cleaner - this is due to the residents not picking up after themselves.Only con I have is that the grill has been broken for a very long time and still isnt fixed, but apparently the staff explained that it was bc its hard to make a deal with the maintenance.

    We have enjoyed living here so far with minimal issues and any that have occurred, have been tended to by the maintenance team swiftly. I can’t thank or speak highly enough of Marshall to be exact! He is friendly and sticks to his word. He went out of his way to make sure our hot water was fixed in a timely manner.

    Rowlett station was the second apartment complex I toured last Saturday, and Nicole did such a great job that I stopped there. She was able to give me a peace of mind, that my current apartments cannot provide. She is definitely a keeper, dont let her go anywhere else!

    I love my apartment at rowlett station so much. It’s literally my favorite accommodations of my life. To the amazing staff that is always helpful & kind. Lead by Jaleesa Montgomery a phenomenal Manager who handles every task with care and efficiency. To my trash being valeted out everyday. Maintenance is outstanding. meeting my neighbors in the elevator or while walking their animals always puts a smile on my face. Everyone is so nice & courteous. It’s the little things that make you happy to call a place home!! THIS is home.

    The modern apartments here are truly stunning, and the atmosphere in the community is welcoming and inviting. The staff is not only nice, but theyre also incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The balcony overlooking the pool is one of my favorite spots, and the co-working space is perfect for peaceful study sessions with complimentary Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness is top-notch, which I really appreciate. And lets not forget the added bonus of enjoying a free vanilla latte whenever I want.

    Great place to live if you are looking for a quite and calm atmosphere this is your spot. The whole team is very nice and goes beyond to help. Where they placed the apartments they picked a great location because so many stores are near. The huge windows were nice had so much natural light barely used lights. View was the best feature for me. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if they had another pool a little bigger.

    I visited Rowlett Station Apartments on Saturday, July 6th. Selena greeted me with a warm greeting and a friendly smile 😊. I’ve looked at 3 apartments in Rowlett and this was by far, the BEST! The unit I saw was the studio… gorgeous, spacious, plenty of natural light, and the small details made the space feel like a luxury hotel! Thank you Selena for your professionalism and for making me feel like family! We look forward to this being HOME!!!

    I had an amazing experience at the property. The girl in the office (Emery I believe) gave us a tour of the property and was very kind and answered every question we had about it. The leasing agent made the move in process easy and stress free. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.Overall very nice service and great place to look into. Would definitely recommend to others.

    2/25/24: My stepdaughters are getting ready to get their first apartment. Their mom and I took a tour today (2/21/24) and we met with Selena. She was super friendly and professional. We walked through the property, Selena took her time showing us the amenities, and we didnt feel rushed. Parking can be an issue if guest arent registered. The property looks very well maintained, and is centrally located. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. Selena made us feel welcomed as new residents, and she answered all of our questions. There were plenty of amenities available, and it seems like the property is very well taken care of.

Most apartment complex’s have someone sitting at the desk and all they care about is getting their commission. I could tell emery loves her job and loves to make her customers feel welcomed.     Beautiful apartments and phenomenal amenities! We recently renewed our 2nd year here. It is quiet, peaceful and over all safe. The staff is very kind as well. We havent dealt with a property manager being so communicative or hands on in resolving any matters before Patrick! He made renewing our lease so easy, his customer service is extraordinary.Valet trash never misses, amazon orders are never an issue. Honestly, the only negative thing Id say is that the only internet service allowed isnt so great. Wish we could have options.

    The Rowlett Station apartments are a wonderful place to live. It is located close to many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The team in the leasing office has consistently provided excellent customer service. If you want to live in Rowlett, this is the place to be!

    I toured this apartment six months ago, and I’ve been living here for the past three months. From the very first visit, my wife and I knew that this was the place we had been praying for. Fran was the one who gave us our tour, and we couldn’t have felt more welcome! She is incredibly joyful and has been so helpful to us from the start. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Selena, who also works here. Her communication has been lightning fast, especially when I needed to switch my air filter. Sometimes, when I see people touring the place, I have the urge to jump in and say, “Stop searching; this place is where it’s at!” But I worry that I might come across as a bit eccentric. 😄 So far, we are absolutely loving our apartment, and the courteous employees here are a significant plus! 🏡👏

    Amazing community to live in! Super friendly and helpful staff in the office and maintenance workers. The amenities are phenomenal and close to you, the pool is gorgeous and the dog park is a huge bonus. Has covered parking options, garages and storage options. Have never felt unsafe here and that’s a bonus when you have children. Very happy with our decision on this facility.

    Hello! I cannot explain in words how pleased I am with the staff here at Rowlett Station. The new management that has recently taken over is hands down the best I have ever had. I LOVEE the resident events they are so thoughtful and fun! The management team Selena and Jalessa are a wonderful team who always think of their residents. Selena is very pleasant to work with she always has a smile on her face ready to solve any problems.

    I have been wanting to leave a review for this place but I wanted to wait until I’ve lived here a bit longer. I moved in August this year and honestly my experience was awesome. I went through a realtor and got a really good deal on a 1 bed and the office staff has been absolutely lovely to talk to. It’s really hard to find a place where the management is kind and so far I have had nothing but good things to say about them, the maintenance, and my neighbors.I had a small ant problem when I first moved in and they treated it the next day as well as minor maintenance issues I marked down on my move in sheet.My biggest reasons for not giving it 5 stars would be a mixture of parking and how thin the walls are. Even with the new system in place it is so hard to find a spot and if I’m in my room I can hear my neighbors having a conversation through my wall.I think some of the reviews about the small pest problems are a little unfair considering these all seem to be first floor apartments. Unfortunately when you are on a ground floor you are gonna be more susceptible to household pests, but if you ask for a pest control treatment the apartment is fairly quick about it .

    Since I have been here for 4 months now, they got the quickest maintenance team. Like same day or next morning type quick. My toilet flooded and emergency maintenance (Erik) came & fixed it. I genuinely have no complaints, it’s super quiet & clean.

    First Id like to say Ive move from Wisconsin to Texas and this is my first apartment in Texas. I love it! Its everything I need here. Theresa has been helping me every step of the way. I had job problems once I moved here and was struggling for a while, but I got it together super fast and Im just so happy that she didnt give up on me. I love it here, I feel safe and Rowlett and Texas is a friendly change from where I am from. Looking forward to my life journey in Texas. And also, All office staff is top notch, and respectful to me every time I come into contact with each individual.

    Erik Needs a raise always goes aboye & beyond to make sure everything is taken care of keep him around forever he is a hard & dedicated working Young man .     Great location, great staff who will constantly keep you informed about office closure, bad weather etc. and who will quickly respond to your maintenance needs, amenities are very useful and always well kept, and upon move out they will not charge you for minor things if you leave the apartment in good condition.     (UPDATE) My issue has been resolved since the unsatisfactory business interaction I received from the previous employee that I worked with. Chelsea empathized with me and made sure she did everything she could to resolve my issue no matter the time frame. Thank you for helping me and not letting this go unnoticed or unresolved.——————————————————Place is extremely nice and Ted was nice as well…then the nightmare came rushing in after paying $420 in admin fees $85 for 2 applicants and $250 for a administrative fee. I was provided with misinformation. I was told one price in a quote for a apartment, AFTER paying fees I was told another price. I literally had to send over my original quote that was sent to me.Then the gut puncher was when I was informed that Ted was no longer with them. My app was tied up due to that. All this happened in a week. Even after the fact of him being let go, no one ever reached back out to let me know where I stood. Apparently he was let go the same day my application was turned in. ( how ironic) I had to call and figure this information out, literally a week later. I was needing a place ASAP. I have a special needs daughter and this has caused me more trouble and set back than I wanted.I called back and I was told I could get a refund in 30-50 days by check!! What?! That’s ridiculous. I also provided a address for them to send it out, and was emailed with the incorrect address, which was even more disheartening bc I repeated it numerous times. It feels like a bunch of sales tactic games.Please go elsewhere where the fees aren’t ridiculously high to put in a application. Also where the process is explained throughly on their website where you can visually see what you’ll be paying and why. No one should ever have to pay $335 to “apply” for a apartment.The $250 administration fee doesn’t apply to anything! If it does that should be explained.This entire situation has been a pain in my journey here in Dallas. I called fraud on my card because I dont trust them and I will never wait to receive money that rightfully belongs to me for services that were never rendered or followed up on until I made the call!! Im disappointed and frustrated.

    My boyfriend and i have been living in these apartments about 4 months almost 5 maintenance is very good only thing is i would like for them to let me know they went into my home but other then they they do a really great job,i had an ant problem but realized texas is just like that so i decided to order something for ants from amazon and ants were gone after 15-20 minutes and have been gone since,we have experienced fire drill and everyone quickly walks out im glad it doesnt just let your own apartment know but it lets everyone know too in order to be safe,lastly the only big problem i might have with these apartments is the grass,dog park, people here dont clean up after their dogs some have big dogs that poop very huge if they wanted a big dog then deal with it and pick it up,but that is literally the only problem i have here my pets could get something from another pets waste not that they are sick but its just to be careful because neighbors also have pets too.but we absolutely love it here everyone i have met is very friendly and it is super quiet i love it.
