The staff from Rollingwood are simply the best! Great people, they are all super friendly and informative, super polite and funny too especially Jose!We had been looking for an apartment for a long time but we didnt found anything that fulfilled our needs. When we found these apartments and went there to ask for information, since the very first time we walked into the leasing office, they treated us very well and really went above and beyond to help us and seemed to perfectly understand the situation we were in. I am very grateful for them! Shout-out to Jose and Karen.Last but not least, the place is beautiful, we love our apartment, the layout is perfect for us! I recommend 100%.

I moved to Rolling Wood Apartments 3 months ago. I am very happy I made this decision. It is a very family oriented community and has great amenities. My kids love to play in the playground in front of the house, and love stopping by the kids room by the office to play with other kids. The office staff and maintenance team have been really good and helpful resolving any issues I’ve had. I love my 2 bedroom apartment, new carpets, freshly painted walls etc! I was able to move in with a great move in special they were offering, so I couldn’t be happier. I decided to wait there 3 months to write this review to be a me to give an honest opinion! If you are looking for a nice place to live in the Houston area, with staff that truly cares about you and your family, Rolling Wood Apartments is definitely where you want to move! I definitely have no regrets!

Theyre quite and nice apartment complex . office staff are very friendly and the maintenance people are very helpful. My experience with the management and all of the staff has been very good. Anytime i have any problem, they quickly addressed my concerns over and above my expectations.

Ive lived here for almost five years. And the staff has been very helpful and friendly. Lizz is an excellent leasing agent . the whole staff is great . the management is Wonderful. Candys is a perfect manager for this complex . Javier is great with the residents . Daniela is superb.

Just moved back for a second time. I love it here. The new management is way better than before. They work with you. Every apartments has problems. But these are the ones if they have them. They fix it. Love it here.

I stayed with this property back in 2017 and had a horrible experience during Hurricane Harvey. Which made me leave my apt with an outstanding balance. I called dreadfully to get the balance paid and to my surprise... NEW AND IMPROVED ROLLINGWOOD!! I WANT TO MOVE BACK NOW LOL. THANKS GUYS ESPECIALLY JOSE FOR HOS ABSOLUTE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW YOU ALL DEAL WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE DAILY BUT I WOULD NEVER KNOW BECAUSE OF THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THANKS ROLLINGWOOD AND MGMT!!!

First I would like to Apologize about the post that was posted recently thats so untrue about Rollingwood Staff Ms.Candice and her Friendly Staff are like family anything wrong personally with you are with your Apartment they help in anyway they can. It is a remarkable place to live and I wouldnt tell anyone no different!!!

This property has gone through a lot of managers but the staff thats in there now is good. Maintenance is good about coming out... in the mornings you see maintenance picking up the trash.
