I lived in Rolling hills for 5 years. .Ms Brenda, Mr Barbara and Mr Arkeeshaa were always friendly and fair with me. Work orders were always quickly fixed. Maintenance was always kind. Nice pool and playground and always a residence special gathering such as Halloween or candy for valentines day and cookies and coffee and hot chocolate. Grounds were always kept up. Thanks Rolling hills for your accommodations and friendly atmosphere. Ill come visit you guys when I can.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and I would have to say that this staff is by far the best. When I place a work order they have been completed within 24hours or the same day depending on the time I place the request. They have been here for a year now and yes Im pretty sure they had their hands full with demands. These demands and changes may not have been done over night, but I can see them taking place. Im pretty sure COVID slowed them down, but did not stop them. I would have given 5 star review, but some of these new neighbors are just the most at night. So its not as quiet sometimes. Some how a prior review I gave 2 years ago came as a review recently. Please disregard because this staff is beyond better than the one that review was for. So I say to the staff of Rolling Hills welcome. You all are doing an awesome job and I thank you for you patience, Ms Brenda A., your kindness and beautiful smile, Ms Barbara and all your hard work inside the office and on the grounds. To maintenance your doing great just ignore the grumps they can never be satisfied. 🥰🥰🥰💗💗💗

I love my apartment, I love the office staff I don’t have any problem with them when I put in a work order request they do it as soon as possible. My only concern is why do they go up on the rent every time you renew your lease, I’m elderly and as we always say we are on a fixed income and I don’t want to move but if rent keeps increasing I will have to find another place that goes by your income

My 5stars are for the ladies in the front office Arkeisha especially but Ester as well. I just moved in and I am satisfied with my apartment there are a couple of things maintenance needs to attend to, but overall I am satisfied. I am not an apartment person but I am very satisfied with my apartment. I have read some reviews and they were not good, but also I understand that this is new management. If you do decide that you want to make this your future home, talk to Arkeisha. She will break everything down so you will feel comfortable and understand all that you need to know, like I said both ladies in the office are wonderful. Thank you so much Arkeisha.

I am a brand new tenant, so I cant say much about my experience as a tenant at Rolling Hills Place apts, but I can say that the leasing process was an absolute DREAM! I mean it couldnt have been an easier process. Ms. Arkeisha was SO nice, so helpful and a pure delight while explaining everything I needed to know about the apartments and leasing requirements. She was quick, professional, friendly, honest, and just gave off great energy, and that was a huge sell for someone like me. I appreciate sincere kindness and professionalism, and Arkeisha showed all of that and more. She, herself, actually sold the apartment for me, and Im truly excited about this new venture. I was in desperate need of finding something right away, as I only had one day to pin a place down. I walked in Rolling Hills Place and was met with Arkeishas glowing smile (which is beautiful by the way), explained to her my needs, and she was sending me my apartment number just TWO DAYS later! Super quick, efficient, and simply an absolute delightful experience. Rolling Hills, whatever you guys do, DO NOT let Ms. Arkeisha go EVER! Shes the BEST!

I really do not care what anybody says about Rolling hills because from my experience the manager is so nice and very understanding.Its all about how you talk to people and the office people are so great to me and my kids. Ive never had an issue anytime i need something fixed it gets fixed it might take them a day or two for minor issues but once they fix it its fixed and emergencies right away. Ive never had a problem with the manager or anyone there matter of fact I love my neighbors and the schools my son has made great friends in the apartments and my neighbors became family.

This place has made a change in a few months I see security and the manager trying to get it all together maintenance is doing a great job. We have a situation with a tenant hitting the water pipe and we were out of water for at least 4 hours last night and maintenance and the manager made she we had water within a few hours. We are so happy to have a manager that cares a few tenants are upset with here but to be honest it needs to be cleaned up around here and they are upset that they are FINALLY putting people out. PAM HAYNE and her team never cared I have been without heat for a year and it’s finally done. I hope the owner and management see that they finally got a team and hope that this Manager stays.. She makes sure that we know our balance goes over our rent amount with us and gave me a copy of my ledger. Ms K is a great manager no matter what anyone say.. unit 2011. Thank u Ms K🥰

I moved in to these apartments in January and it was complete TURMOIL, in about May Pam Haynes and a few others came into the office and actually started sorted out issues and also got the grounds cleaned the trash is always picked up and as well Pam is super easy to deal with. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are pleased and treated fairly, my lease is up 12/31/2020 and if Pam stays I STAY lol but seriously her and her staff are definitely the best thing that happened to Rollings Hills I sleep peacefully every night!!! FINALLY KUDOS!!!

The few calls for service I had were answered promptly and the staff was always courteous and professional. Ill be closing on my own home within the month. Ms. Nakita has step up to management and is doing an exceptional job an for me coming from a home of 14 years to an apartment I have no complaint of her management. My living arrangement here is comfortable from all aspects. I highly recommend anyone to give the apartments, staff and management a try she wont be able to satisfy everyone but Ms. Nakita will definitely try.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and consider it a decent place to live. Never any issues with management or maintenance. I don’t agree with the low rating this complex is given, but people with a grievance are much more likely to post a review than those who are satisfied. Most of the numerous 1-star ratings aren’t about the apartments themselves or living conditions, but based on an individual and their perceived attitude. As someone who has lived in a 1-star apartment complex that was a trashy, drug-infested, hell where the a/c didn’t work in the hottest part of summer with a manager who only made repairs under threat of being outed on TV, I confidently say that Rolling Hills and the surrounding area are thankfully not anything like that at all. Not even close! Its very quiet here. Just wanted to share my thoughts.

I actually moved in November of 2019. I have not had any problems When COVID-19 struck the original staff was no where to be found. The new staff is very helpful, curteous and has a great attitude about helping residents. The only issue I have some residents let their pets poop everywhere and they don’t pick it up even when the complex has bags for them to use as well as a dog park. I always say, see for yourself before you take a bad review. I’m am very happy living here and I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a quiet place to check it out for yourself. 💕

Wow! I really enjoyed my experience with this apartment complex. The greeting, timing, understanding was everything! The space of the unit I loved. I look forward for my stay here!!!!!!!
