This is an older small complex that is very quiet for the most part. The staff really try to keep the property up. Im probably the longest residing tenant left in this complex now. I been here about 10-12years. Only negative comment I can honestly say about this place is, I dont think every time your lease is up there should be an upcharge especially if there are no new ammenities being added to the property that would warrant rent increase. There should be a cap on rent based on sq.ft and time a tenant has occupied that resident. My only complaint

I have been living in my apartment for about 6 years. These apts are quiet & I feel safe going out at any time. If you need information about the apartment complex you can ask for Ms. Victoria. She is is very polite & helpful in anything you need. As far a maintenance I have never had any trouble getting anything fixed in my apt.

So far I am absolutely loving this neighborhood.The staff in the office is kind, friendly and caring. Maintenance is quick and responsive to complaints. The exterminator shows up as scheduled and I havent seen any pests yet. My apartment is spacious and a great value for the price. Best of all, this neighborhood is quiet! And security is out patrolling at night.

I have lived here for 4 years and I really enjoyed my time there. I was able to get to know the office staff personally and build genuine relationships with them. I had wonderful neighbors and I tended to mind my business throughout my stay there. Overall I give them 5 stars! I also feel its really sad for my former neighbor in apt. 10 to try and write a horrible review in my name....as Terry T. The review right under this one.

I love this property its so Clean and quite!! The maintenance guy works fast and very nice and to mention the sweetest ladies in the office. I can say Im HOME, I have everything I need for My husband who is disabled and the help me make the apartment easy for him to live in and me!!! Best part of my new HOME IS WASHER AND DRYER COMES WITH IT FOR FREE!!!!!!! ALSO RENT IS A GREAT PRICE FOR FAMILIES LIKE MINE. THANK YOU To Rock ridge for my new Home!!!!P.SThis community is awesome!!!!

The only problem Ive experienced while living in the rockridge park complex is the utilitys my hot water is constantly under repair. Sure my amenities include washer and dryer hot water and trash but Im Supposed to wash my clothes dishes and body in cold water more than enough times out the month? No sorry but I dont understand why the hot water is out every other day seems like but Im paying my rent every month ... OH and the dogs can just poop where ever they please for anyone to slip in other than that its green.

Since the start from applying to get an apartment here to moving in was very smooth and great experience for my first time renting out, and that was thanks to Nalleli. Such a wondeful pleasing person. Great costumer service, nice apartments, and very quiet during the day & night. Will definately recommend for someone looking for a place to rent.

I moved to Rockridge in May to be closer to work. I have immensely enjoyed the staff and the area. Zamir and Imelda are hands down the best leasing office I have ever met out of the four states Ive lived (prior military). Bryan in maintenance is extremely hard working and courteous and is willing to help with anything you need. The area is quiet and there is very good security that is on property patrolling every night. I can honestly say this complex reflex a completely different side of Greenspoint. The property is very family oriented and always concerned about your safety and well being. There are after school programs for kids and lots of community activities. This should be a flagship property.

This property deserves 5 stars! the property was very beautiful and well maintained, and not to say that the leasing agent Nalleli was very nice and professional the whole time! unfortunately they didnt have any units available but they did recommend me some sister properties, i would totally recommend this property!

The customer service here is outstanding! I felt so welcomed and assured of the things that I needed to do in order for me to move in. Nice apartments, reasonable price, and a friendly staff. Special thanks to Zamir who is doing amazing work!

I actually enjoyed living at these apartments. I always found parking and the neighbor was always quite. Unfortunately due to the flood I had to move I was pregnant and my baby was due any minute and I couldnt wait until my apartment was ready. I hate the apartments I moved too. Cant wait for my least to be up so I can move back

I called for a one bedroom apartment and the leasing person was super nice stated they where full but will be calling me once they get a one bedroom available! Awesome I love this already. Hope to hear from her soon!

Oh god the guy talking smack he used to be my next door neighbor, he got kicked out and i know because the eviction paper work was posted in his door. Dont listen to him, or listen to him if your the type that dont pay. I on the other hand like my apartment and the staff. It is so easy for some one to writte something negative only because your unhappy with a service but there is always two sides to every story.
