Troy did a great job cleaning out the shower pipes. He did it twice to be sure all had been cleared out. Water had been running down into the shower from the AC system. Then he fixed the sink drain that was moving slow. Also, fixed the minor leak with my bathroom shower spray and my kitchen spray. Both work great now. Also want to say thank you for coming to fix the AC leak the next morning after I reported it. Awesome job!

I LOVE IT HERE! I don’t think I could be happier anyplace else. I love my apartment, and the leasing staff, maintenance staff, and the concierge are all so wonderful. They are all most accommodating and friendly, making you feel like a part of a family. There are so many wonderful activities to take advantage of and I’ve made many friends here.

I have lived at RWF since they opened. While we have had some growing pains, I can say, we now have a great staff of people that are here whenever, or whatever you need. Prompt attention to maintenance issues, and are there with a happy attitude from everyone. It has been a pleasure living here, lots of activities and friendly residents to keep you from being bored.

Such a great place to live! The staff is beyond exceptional from Rob the concierge to top in-house managers-Michelle,Kathy,and Tiana to the maintenance team Gina,Bradley,Jacob and Troy. Our needs and requests are quickly addressed and met with efficiency and kindness. Unless someone were here they could not imagine what an uplifting and fun environment we are living in. Our activities are geared to our age making exercise fun. Incredible opportunities right in our building.No one can complain about our handy location. Near all types of shopping from sporting goods to all types of dictors
