He resolved the issues I had with efficiency and professionally.I believe he is a great asset to our organization, someone like him is hard to find who really cares about his work and making sure the tenants taken care of and are happy with the results. -

UDPATE: Received a call from the property manager who was very polite and helped answered all of my questions about my upcoming move, made sure everything was in my file (electric start up, service animals, insurance confirmation, etc), and was very accomodating of our needs with us coming from so far away. I now feel much more confident about our move and am looking forward to being back home. -

Leasing here has been such a simple and easy process. The office staff are very knowledgeable. I’m specifically impressed with the propriety manager. I originally leased a 2x1, and needed to transfer to a 1x1. He made sure to find a unit for me and applied everything I had already paid to the new lease. I hope his upper management reads this review! Best manager I’ve had to deal with in bcs. -

I moved into these apartments in May 2019 and have enjoyed every moment. The buildings, while on the older side, are beautifully maintained. Ive only had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were promptly fixed (thanks, Heath!) Rachel, Ciera, and Kendal in the office are so kind and helpful. The location is pretty safe, and the price is very reasonable. I really do feel like Riverstone is home! -

I went in for a tour and everyone was very friendly and professional. We were originally going for a 3 bedroom but unfortunately they did not have any available, I toured with Hidy she showed me around the propriety and I loved it she was very kind and answered any questions I had! We will be keeping in touch for when one becomes available -

I loveeeeee living here! Ive lived in several states and Rachel and Kendell in the office are awesome! My issues are addressed within 24 hrs, and most of those are common for an apartment. I feel super safe. I walk late at night and live alone and have never had any issues. Im not sure what the other complaints are about but maybe it is due to location or based on previous management. However I love it here and have been here for over 1 year. Not to mention the free internet and low water bill! -

We lived in Riverstone for 1.5 years (July 2016-Jan 2018) and overall were pleased with our experience there. Maintenance was generally excellent. They were friendly, responded quickly, and we never had to haggle with Riverstone about repairing things. They would even sometimes replace things that probably could have just been patched up. All in all, maintenance was a positive experience for us at Riverstone and, in our experience, one of the strengths of the complex. In fact, they were generally so good that Im surprised to read other reviews where people had issues with maintenance. Those may be exceptions or there may be more there than theyre letting on, because our experience was that they were always fast, prompt, and fixed things up, big or small, without too much trouble.Several reviewers have commented that their appliances werent up to date. Most of ours were actually fairly updated and we didnt have problems with them, but I think they vary from apartment to apartment. There doesnt seem to have been a uniform appliance update throughout the complex, but ours were relatively new considering the age of the complex and functioned well.We also had positive experiences with the front desk. They were always friendly and helpful and would remember us when we came in. When we were leaving the complex and purchasing a home our bank required a number of documents from them. The office was quick to respond to their requests. We havent had problems with mischarges or hidden fees or misinformation or any of those other common apartment problems. In our experience they were friendly and fair and easy to work with.The apartments are a little older and that probably is the biggest downside. Theyve been painted over with cheap paint a few too many times, the floors creaked and some of the boards under our carpet were loose or broken... this isnt luxury living. That being said, most of the issues were more cosmetic than functional and in our opinion the apartments were fairly priced, especially when you consider they include cable and internet.Another reviewer commented that it wasnt in the best part of Bryan and they had some security concerns. In our time there we never felt unsafe, although we did get a notice from Riverstone once reminding us to keep vehicles locked. We would regularly go on walks through the area in the afternoon or into the evening. There arent any fences or gates or added security measures, but we didnt find the area to be especially unsafe or necessitating such features. Its not a particularly affluent area, but its an average Bryan neighborhood and there are many ungated complexes and neighborhoods in the area and for the most part people dont seem to have a problem.Our only real complaint was actually with the neighboring complex behind us, 3130. Perhaps they just put all their crazier tenants back by our building (most of Riverstone isnt immediately adjacent to 3130), but we seemed to get a lot of crazy noise from their complex. People yelling and screaming in the parking lot, cars driving up late at night blasting music, etc. Again, most of Riverstone doesnt border that complex and so we probably just got unlucky on that one. Nothing they can do about it, and if your worst complaint about a complex is the neighboring complex, then things are going ok. We became good friends with our Riverstone neighbors and found Riverstone to be quiet and friendly for the most part.These arent fancy new sparkling luxury apartments. But we gave 5 stars because we felt they were fairly priced, and the maintenance and front desks were both very good and friendly in our experience. We moved to Houston, but we would have likely stayed in Riverstone if wed been continuing in Bryan. We would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced apartments in the BCS area. -

We were in search for a place this past fall and the staff at Riverstone were very quick to answer questions, and show us the units! They answered all of our questions and with a great deal we signed the lease! The apartment itself is spacious and plenty of closet space for my husband and I! Since we have rented here, if we have ever had a question or maintenance request, it was answered immediately, which has been so nice! -

Pretty satisfied with apartment complex! Management is superb(Rachel, Kendall, and Cierra!!!), and with that things run in order such as maintenance, and property amenities staying up to date! Pretty safe as the Saint Josephs hospital is the apartment complexs backyard. Thanks to all, and will be a bummer to leave, but I am in need of a upgrade, and unfortunately will not adjoin households incomes to make up for 3x times rent. Its an awesome place, and close to everything! -

Kenndall and the entire front office makes sure that I’m taken care of, on top of being super polite and friendly. My maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner which really makes a difference. -
