Riverside Villas is an amazing community to raise a family and live. The community is ran smoothly by the nicest property manager I’ve ever known, Rhonda Roberts. Her and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful with all my concerns. I cannot say enough about this property! Its so beautiful from the inside and outside. Weve had the pleasure of decorating inside the conference room for a baby shower and its such a perfect spot for all your little get together. Ms. Rhonda, the property Manager, was so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs and was willing to help with anything we desire! The staff, room and surrounding property is super cleaned and well kept! I would recommend anyone to check this complex out! Youll feel right at home ❤️

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a few months now, and overall, I’ve had a very positive experience. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. I like that it is in a safe environment, and right across from the police station! Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are fantastic, from the fitness center to the pool – theres always something to enjoy. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure all my needs are met!

So far its been a great experience living here. The apartments are in a quiet, safe neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Theyre also very close to I-35W, but you cant hear any highway noise from the complex. There were a couple minor issues when I moved in, but they were promptly fixed by maintenance. My microwave light wouldnt turn off, so maintenance just brought me a brand new microwave at no charge! The office staff has been kind and readily available to answer any questions. The pool is well-maintained and usually not very busy. I love having a carport that is steps away from my unit. I havent seen too many bugs, but it is Texas so there are bound to be a couple here and there. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone and am hoping to stay for as long as I can.

The management team is very responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. The location is quite convenient. What a lovely apartment, with an even lovelier staff. We have moved in recently and so far 10/10 experience working with Kelcie and the maintenance staff. The office is very responsive to our requests and any issues have been taken care of promptly. Conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED living here at Riverside Villas! The location is superb for those who like convenience, literally less than five minutes from SO many restaurants, stores and entertainment places. The complex itself is so peaceful and spacious, and it’s located within Keller ISD for anyone who is looking for a wonderful school district. The maintenance guys are the best of best, we only had one maintenance request the entire time we stayed, and they completed it within 1 day of submitting the request. They’re also so friendly, they wave every time they’re driving by. The floor plan we had was SO spacious, we had an amazing kitchen with a HUGE island, and the master bathroom had TWO walk in closets with an oversized tub AND standalone shower. What more can you ask for? We are moving into a house now, but if we ever go back to apartment living, we’ll be coming right back to Riverside Villas!

I am in my 3rd year here at Riverside Villas and love it! I live in an A3 unit, with beautiful views, and love returning to my restful home after a day at work. Amber Darden is a wonderful Manager and is always pleasant to speak with. We both teared when my dog passed last year and it meant a lot that she just took that moment for me. She always has the answers to my questions and needs, so I know Im in good hands. Richard Balogh is AWESOME! He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that may come up in my apartment. Hes also just the nicest guy youd ever want to meet. My neighbors feel the same. He always acknowledges those he comes across during the day and goes out of his way for the residents. He is always friendly and even charged my car battery this week so I could get to work. My grandson wants to visit EVERY weekend. We get some lovely sunsets here, so we plan our evening walks and mail fetching to ensure we see them. Inside, he enjoys getting some natural light (he calls it) and feels it is his job to raise those blinds to make that happen. He gets excited, seeing birds and rabbits that visit the patio and always makes friends to play with at the pool, both night and day. Living close to Alliance Town Square is awesome, and I spend some great times having dinner, going to the movies, and shopping with friends and family there. I am 10 miles away from work and live 5 minutes from my family. I just have it made here.

The staff is fantastic. Ive lived at many apartments in the metroplex and riverside villas Fort worth has been top tier. Quiet complex, pretty remote from businesses and urban roadways. No issues. Would definitely renew my lease.

From my first contact back in May of 2024 I’ve been pleased with the ladies I’ve dealt with. I looked at many apartments and decided to go with Riverside Villas due to the location, management, price, amenities and overall size of the 2 bedrooms. Kelsie and Rhonda have been very nice and helpful with the whole process along the way!! Would highly recommend Riverside Villas!!

I’ve lived here 6 months and it’s been a good experience. Office is responsive to messages and fixed a water heater issue for me beyond what I expected so that was great. Lots of people have dogs here and are kind and it’s a nice dog park. My only critiques are that it would be nice to have more dog baggy stations I’ve only seen one outside the dog park. And the pool was closed frequently for a while but the office is communicative about it and usually gives an expected re-open date. Overall a solid place to live for good pricing.

Amazing staff, very well kept complex. The dog park on premises is icing on top the cake so my pups have a chance to run around and get some exercise. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional, and very responsive. I love the complex. It’s beautiful and I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommended.

Ive lived here for 9 months and Ive really enjoyed it. The pool was fantastic for me and the kids, park near by, great schools, very quiet, safe, clean. Maintenance guys are awesome. Very helpful and kind. It comes with a nice washer and dryer. Big rooms, lots of widows. I have no complaints.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and I really enjoy the property, especially now that Ive met the new manager Amber! She has been so pleasant and upbeat every time I have dealt with her! She is great to talk to and has done a great job when I needed assistance. So much better than the last manager.Riverside Villas has been a great apartment complex to live in. I like the open layout floor-plan more than anything else in the area and I get more sq.ft for my money here, which has made being stuck inside for a year during covid , not so terrible. I have the 2 BDRM, which has a big master bedroom & bathroom and 2 walk-in closets, which is great! The maintenance team is always on the ball and has fixed my A/C in a matter of hours when it went out. Its a great location and you are right in the center of everything. Every store I would ever need is within 5 minutes from here and downtown Fort Worth is ten minutes away.... depending on how fast you drive! :)

Gigi, the assistant manager at this one, gave me a tour and patiently explained all the amenities and great features at this property. Her warm, friendly personality, knowledge and professionalism all contributed to me deciding to rent here. She’s terrific and I can’t wait to move in! We went on a tour with Pamina today and it was amazing!She was so friendly and informative. The apartments and amenities appear to be of great quality and great pricing for the market today.We arent planning to move out for another several months, but she offered to call us back with updated information when the time comes closer.Overall a great experience would love to have her as a landlord someday soon!

Update this review: See at the bottom. I have not officially moved in yet. However, my experience with Gigi has been second to none. Going through a rough patch in life having to move into an apartment. Gigi has handled every question every phone call with Grace and kindness and understanding like Ive never experienced before. Her approach to customer service needs to set an example for anyone who deals with the public. I think I probably called her at least 15 times in 2 days. Because Im in scramble mode. So, I would just like to give a shout out to Riverside villas and especially to the extraordinary customer service that I have received from Riverside villas and Gigi to be precise. Im just going to put it right here. Gigi needs a big praise followed up my raise.Update: I have been moved in for a while now. I cannot express the wonderful of maintenance staff and office staff. The maintenance staff known their stuff and its refreshing. When talking to the maintenance staff they just get it. The Maintenace need praise for working quickly and efficiently even in this heat. I cannot say enough good things about Gigi. Hard season last longer than we want. Its great to be with a place that fully understands that. I feel that the staff at River Side Villas needs a raise. The events they put are great to know your neighbors and its fun for the kids. The staff really does a great job. Thank you

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years with our two daughters and we love it. This place is incredibly quiet which is super appreciated.We absolutely can’t beat the amenities with the price we’re paying!Very spacious living quarters;amazing view of the park behind our complex; very centrally located to shopping groceries and other Keller activities which is super convenient. Lots of open parking! Nice pool and gym facilities on sitesGreat job Amber for keeping the front office running efficiently and keeping our property very nice and well kept. I love it here at riverside villas, the Property manager Tiffany is always so sweet and so professional. Anytime I have a problem with anything she is always on it. I moved from Arkansas to Texas without seeing the inside of the apartment and Christiana was the one who helped me in the process. She was so nice with walking me through everything and reassured me that I was going to love it here and man was she right . This place is in the Perfect location for food stores and has one of the best school districts. It’s So peaceful all throughout the day and you conveniently live in front of a police station so you always feel safe. They have also remodeled the clubhouse and the inside of the office and it is so beautiful and well put together. Maintenance is always great and on top of things. They keep it clean out side and the place is pet friendly you Never see feces on the ground or anything which is always a plus, In May I will be living here for 18 months and I am going to renew my lease . As I said I’m from Arkansas and living here in these apartments away from home and family Tiffany and Christiana has really made it feel like home for my daughter and I. Those two ladies a great, for the time I have been here I have been able to Form a bond with them professional of course. I honestly don’t have not one complaint about this place everyone is truly amazing And show Excellence always. They also have a new assistant manager Ron he is great as well . Together those three make a perfect team and I thank them so much!!!

I have lived here for only a few months and love the community. I find that it is rather clean and quiet for the most part. Occasionally you will hear the neighborhood kids outside playing but that is not a disturbance. One of the office staff members, Christiana, can be friendly, but most of the time shes rude and condescending towards my husband which makes me uncomfortable. It is not hard to be professional. Alexis and Tiffany have been excellent to the BOTH of us - always making sure were taken care of in a timely manner and made the move-in process seamless. Parking can be a little hectic at certain times of the day but i usually find parking behind my building or at the front office. The maintenance crew is very fast acting which is always appreciated. Other than that we have not had any issues with the complex. A really nice place to call home, with great amenities. 10/10 would recommend.

The apartment complex itself is small, but again, I prefer that. Maintenance requests are always taken care of immediately in my experience and the staff are super helpful and willing to work with you. I love my home!

Honest review time, I moved down to Texas about seven months ago from Kansas City Missouri. I found riverside villas online and absolutely fell in love with them! I’m in a one bedroom, extremely spacious kitchen, washer and dryer, And I have a gorgeous view to the pool. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance is absolutely incredible. You won’t hear your neighbors through the walls which was one of my main concerns about living in an apartment lol. I signed a 14 month lease, and plan on living here for a while. If you’re looking for a decent priced apartment close to all the shopping and the highway, I would definitely recommend Riverside!

I have been with Riverside Villas 3 years everyone is amazing. The staff the manager, and the maintenance guys are soooooo sweet. My neighbors were always quiet. I almost always felt like I lived alone on my floor. The office always has fun get together events. Best way to make friends. It’s nice to disconnect from technology, and just get to talk to people. It’s a safe place, but with the New Fort Worth police it feels even safer!!!! Great community!

Office Team is great, very friendly and informative. Maintenance is great, friendly, quick getting things done. Beautiful property, very well maintained. Not as many apartments as the new ones that are popping up all over the area which is nice, because you are not just a number. The apartments themselves are larger. I am living in a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath, and it’s 850 sq. ft. Villas are always doing something for residents, cookouts, etc... If I had to decide again, I would choose the Riverside Villas again. I would highly recommend the Riverside Villas.

Are you looking for an apartment complex that has modest affordability, in a decent area, and has the space you want. Well look no further than Riverside Villas. My grandparents and I were welcome with friendly staff more specifically Josh who catered to our every need and desire that we were looking for in an apartment. We couldn’t be more pleased to find a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment with the affordability and space we needed and in prime location with our church and jobs. Josh really catered to my grandparents to make sure everything they needed was accomplished and helped them with expediting the process due to my grandparents lease being up at their old apartment. Due to being a truck driver Josh reached out to me and helped me get everything squared away on my end via online which is a very easy process that needed no further explanation and very detailed throughout. Me and my grandparents of 7210 would like to personally thank Josh and the staff of Riverside Villas for catering to us, friendly hospitality and getting us the apartment we needed!!! Really recommend checking out!!

My gf and I have been living at the Riverside Villas for about a year now, and just extended our lease. Christiana at the leasing office has been AWESOME since the day we stopped by to view the complex. We love our one bedroom, and our dog loves their cute little dog park! They really keep up with this complex, so much that we have never had one thing to complain about. The area is quiet, and everyone is friendly. I love how close we are to all of the little shopping centers and the “super Kroger”. The maintenance here always is keeping things up to date so we never have any worries. The leasing office communicates all notices with days notice so there are no surprises. LOVE THAT. We feel safe in this area which is the most important factor. We highly recommend the Riverside Villas.

Me and my friend moved in about a month ago! We were recommended to this complex by “Smart City” and have had 0 problems and every question we asked has been answered. Everyone in the office is nice, the neighbors are very respectful and quiet. The parking is really good compared to what I’ve experienced. The commute to Lewisville for work is great! There are plenty of gas stations and food options, this was a great choice because we have everything we could ask for!

Riverside Villas has come a long way since my husband and I moved in, and they keep improving! The manager, Tiffany, is awesome along with the other staff that works in the office! The only reason we were moving was to be closer to work! Otherwise we would have signed another year lease! Our 2 dogs enjoyed going to the dog park and making furry friends!This apartment complex is also very conveniently located, walking distance from parks, shops and much more! Almost every weekend we were walking to the Starbucks with our dogs then coming back for a swim in the pool!The only thing that was frustrating at times is that the parking rules are very strict and they will tow your car if you do not have a sticker and are not parked in visitor parking! Towing is as the tow companies discretion so make sure you are in visitors parking, every night, if you do not have a sticker, even if you have to drive to the other side of the complex, it is not worth the $300 fine if you get towed.Most importantly, you can tell that the staff CARES about their residents! Anytime we needed help they would do everything to see if there was anything they could do to help us out. This is a rare quality in apartments and is important to me when looking for a place to call home.I would recommend this complex to anyone! I had a great experience living here at Riverside Villas!

I was very impressed by the office staff, i was greeted by the Manager and the leasing consultant was very intuitive of my needs in a apartment . When i walked in everyone was busy with other prospects or tenants , but they all took time to acknowledge me and that was my final determination of making a decision to Rent at Riverside Villas . I had been apartment searching off & on for a month, but i never experienced customer service as if i was the only person in the office. The assistant manager took time to show me the model , and the Manager showed me the clubhouse and fitness room. They really made me feel welcome & comfortable . I look forward to tanning by that awesome pool & swimming this summer.I would recommend these apartments to family and friends .

I just moved in April 2023 and GIGI and Pamina have really taken care of me. They have made sure my move in was smooth. Had a few issues with apartment but Pamina and GIGI worked out everything an got those things taken care of immediately. Great affordable place to live.

This is by far one of the BEST apartment complexes on this side of town. Beautiful landscape, the grounds are always clean and they have the MOST AMAZING staff. From Tiana, the ROCKSTAR Leasing agent who is knowledgeable of the community as well as the surrounding amenities in the city to Tiffany who is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She is friendly and very professional. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and taken care of! I am so happy to have experienced this level of customer service and encourage everyone to take a tour and view these beautiful apartments. You wont be disappointed!

Ive lived here for 9 months so far and the staff is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Its a smaller complex which affords you peace and quiet while still having the ability to be at the movies, shopping or a nice restaurant within 10 minutes. If your looking for a place to move to I would definitely put Riverside Villas on your list to check out.

We have been in the area for past 3 days helping our son look for an apartment. (We’ve looked at a lot)I can say with out question a major factor for us choosing Riverside Villas was because of the attention given us by Christiana Gaskell. She was outstanding. Our home is 8 hours away and we were made to feel completely welcome as soon as we met Christiana. Love it here. When we moved in 13 months ago I thought it would be a one and done. But new management and things have done a complete turn around. The staff is friendly and responsive. Joshua St.Cyr is second to none when it comes to customer service. He is the first property manager that actually responds to enquiries than all properties I have contacted in DFW. Great location and not too many issues. The closeness to the town center without breaking the bank is an awesome plus. Plenty of parking though at night you may have to park near the front if you dont have covered parking. Not a long walk so not as bad as the last place I lived.
