Riverside Place is perfectly placed at the very center of DFW. It’s only six minutes from the AT&T Stadium, Texas live/ Globe life, Six Flags and equally situated right between Dallas and Fort Worth.The management team is great at putting on events for residents Like wine night, Cake night, Karaoke, Pool parties and they always have snacks available during the day to include soda, coffee, and chips.They are firm but flexible and do everything with the customer in mind. I only got to spend one year here, but I would stay many if I could. Thank you, Riverside Place!

Nia is first class when it comes to customer service. She pays attention to her occupants and always looking for solutions to make all happy. The apartments are great, clean and no issues. I have been staying here for 2+ years. I will recommend this place.

I’ve recently moved into Riverside Place and can say that I’m so happy to call this place my home. All around from the up-scale environment, the other residents, and the helpful maintenance and office staff, it’s very pleasant and I’ve been more than satisfied with it as well as the move in process and my first 2 months here. I’m looking forward to my next months here!

Absolutely great experience! From the moment I inquired about leasing to move-in day, the office staff at this apartment complex have been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly made the leasing process seamless. Im impressed by their prompt response to any inquiries or maintenance requests. The office team truly sets this complex apart and makes it a joy to call home.

Luxury living for a great price! Riverside place is a wonderful place to live. Nia the property manager is great, and she does everything within her power to make sure Riverside feels like home! Beautiful community, and no need to take the stairs. We have elevators!

I recently moved out after living here 2+ years. Amber is one of the best leasing managers Ive ever encountered. If there is a problem, she will address it in the moment. Theres always resident events scheduled throughout the month, which are a nice touch. Property is well kept and they do strive to keep it nice throughout the year. I never had any issues with neighbors or staff members in my time living here!

Came in for a tour and was greeted by Christina (who happens to be the new manager). She gave me a tour of the community and the whole place is beautiful and quiet. Dog park is clean. Apartments match todays price. Im still looking for the bad and I have yet to find it. I can feel the care for this place radiating from Christinas body and that was when I made my decision to buy. Will keep you updated after move in.

After leaving update:I still give this place 4 stars.I agree with people that you won’t get your deposit back and there is not enough parking.Only 2 major concerns:Someone was smoking Mary Jane above my parking garage every morning before I left for work.The smell would linger into my garage.I’m not sure if they ever reached out to him, but have some respect for others my guy….He knew what time I’d leave for work.I even asked for him to wait….No consideration is just down right disrespectful.Concern 2: There was an awful smell from time to time coming from my bedroom. Turns out the tenants before let their dog die in that apartment. 😬Positive side: No roaches or pests to my knowledge living there.Original post:Well kept up, helpful office ladies, and the maintenance team is the best! It’s a very nice gated community.

I must say with the apartment community rates increasing the way they are I would not want to stay anywhere because at Riverside palace you will most definitely, without a doubt get what you pay for. From the super convenient amenities, to the amazing Staff, to the modern look and the outstanding up keep with the entire community I absolutely love living here. Maintenance is always “ON POINT”. They are responsive in a very timely manner even with updates if they can’t fix it the same day and even with that the next day the job is usually done. The events and apartment community keeps the residents active and social with each other. Which brings me to the Staff that does an “Outstanding” job at what they do. They are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful with questions or concerns. Amber is the best Manger I have ever encountered and how she runs this establishment is impeccable. Parking can be a hassle if you don’t have a garage or cover port but other than that I’m staying here till I’m ready to buy a house. Come take a tour and I’m sure you will be ready to sign on the dotted line before you’re done with it!

Its only been 1 month of living at Riverside Place apartments. My time here has been great! 4 stars only due to HORRIBLE cell phone reception in unit.Unit/Building:I live in a unit on the first floor 2 bed/2 bath (B1) 950 sqft and it’s perfect for space. Washer and dryer are NOT included but have connections. One option is to rent a washer/dryer for an affordable rate with flexible terms.The first important issue is that since I live on the first floor ( I have AT&T ) Cell phone service is NOT great inside my unit. When I have visitors they all tend to have the same issue with having different cell phone companies. I have to step out on the back patio to find reception to send texts or make calls. Connected to Wi-Fi I still get a lot of drop calls & no service lead me to get a landline phone. Also, the Wi-Fi included through the apartments is locked, so if you want a Ring Camera you’ll have to pay extra for additional WiFi through another company.Second I love the parcel lockers. The only downside is if they are full the delivery driver will leave your package out in the gangway. Which led to 1 of my packages being stolen.24/7 access to workout facilities.Parking:Having a parking garage is convenient but small. The covered parking spot is spacious. There isn’t much guest parking (non-covered) inside the complex.Maintenance:You can use the apartment portal to make all maintenance requests. My low-maintenance issues were resolved within a couple of hours.The maintenance team here is amazing!Office Staff:I’m always interacting with the office staff. They are nice, helpful, friendly, and always striving for new ways to improve. Amber, Genesis, & the maintenance team! Thank you so much for your exceptional service. Keep up the phenomenal work!Valet Trash:I enjoy the valet trash service here super convenient. The service only comes from Sun-Thurs and always shows up.Overall, this is a great safe place to live for single or families. I recommend the Riverside Place apartment for a peaceful, updated, and clean area in Grand Prairie.

I’ve been a resident here for about 4 months and I really enjoy living here. The maintenance team is awesome! Everyone is friendly and genuinely nice. Parking could definitely be better, however I understand the reason behind the parking situation. Im rating it a 4 stars because of the parking and also because I have tried to reach out via email regarding some question I’ve had in the past and I never receive an answer. I have sent several emails and all of them have been unanswered.

I dont live at Riverside Place. This review is for the experience I had from submitting an application to visiting the apartment complex for a tour. Mitchell was the leasing agent I worked with and he made this entire experience very pleasant for me. I had some hiccups with my application which he assisted me with smoothing out.He was very patient in answering all my questions and was readily available whenever I called the complex with follow up questions. I hope my application is approved as I had an amazing pre-rental experience and found the units to be very beautiful.Update: Ive been living at Riverside Place Apartments for over 2 years, and I can say I found my home for now. The property is quite peaceful, the grounds are kept clean, maintenance is so responsive to requests, and I find the residents are generally quiet.You do have some occasional loud music from neighbors at odd hours of the night but I dont have many instances of this happening within my hearing.I still recommend this property as a result.

I just moved in over the weekend, and I love my apartment! It’s so nice and convenient! The price is great, the office staff is super helpful. I had to put in a few maintenance requests for little stuff like water pressure in the kitchen sink and shower, but it’s a brand new apartment and they’re still working out some kinks. They are really accommodating and animal friendly, and move-in leasing paperwork was a breeze. Carolyn is awesome!

I can honestly say that looking for my first apartment in Texas was pretty stressful and confusing. However, Christina made the process so much easier by answering every question I had. Even going above and beyond by sending me present videos of 3 different apartments I was looking at. So thank you again Christina for helping my wife and I find the best new beginning! Now that’s what I call GREAT customer service!

From top to bottom!All of my needs have been met within hours not days!Great community functions that allows you to interact with other residents!The grounds & facilities are very well kept & peaceful!24/7 access to the workout facilities.Very safe place to stay whether you single or have a family!Location is great as well as you’re very accessible to 360.I definitely would recommend checking out Riverside Place if you’re looking to relocate!

I don’t even know where to start. I’m sad to say that I’ll be leaving next month, but I can honestly call this “home.” Staff is amazing, Dallas is always there to answer any questions and help with anything and everything, maintenance is ALWAYS friendly and so punctual. I seriously have no complaints about this place. It’s clean, very updated, you seriously get so much. Unfortunately, I’m relocating due to my job but this is by far the best please to live. One downside is if your apartment is facing “The Hudson ” apartments. Walls are so thin, which you don’t mind when it comes to your neighbors because it’s such a quiet community, but the Hudson on the other hand, I could hear them in the middle of the night through my window, unfortunately they are super loud and don’t care for others. Just like in any apartment complex, there is going to be something.Riverside place is seriously the best place to live in my opinion, really safe for a family. My boyfriend and I took a tour with Dallas yesterday, he was the absolute best!!! He definitely checked every single box of exactly what we’re looking for, coming from and our last apartment experience were a little traumatize so it was very refreshing feeling like your going to be taken care of. Costumer service was 10 stars. We know we’re in good hands and are super excited for move in day!!

Such a great and wonderful place to live. Ive been here since December 2021 and never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their always upbeat and positive giving grade A customer service !! The grounds are well kept and everything is always clean . Their always giving something away for the residents or just having appreciation days with free food and wine. You would love love your stay here !!!

Moved in about a month ago and I am happy to report that everything has been going great. The apartments have a modern look to them and we love how spacious the kitchen area is in our unit. Kayla was superb throughout the leasing process and Carolyn has also been very helpful when questions arise.

My husband and I were searching for a place to call home for almost a month! We finally heard of Riverside Place and fell in love over a FaceTime tour (due to the pandemic) When we finally moved in, it was even better than we imagined! We love the customer service, they are great at answering questions, when we first signed the lease Erika was a huge help! Sadly, she went to the Ft. Worth location but Michael and Mitchell have been great in our move in process! You’ll love living here, beautiful apartments and great management, I hope it never changes because we love this place we get to call home!

I have moved in for a week now, and I love this place. The staff is very nice and always willing to help. Made the process of applying and moving in really smooth. Carolyn gave me a tour and helped me with setting things up along with service requests i had. She is great! I have had minor service requests here and there, and they respond very quickly and maintenance does a great job. Everything is wonderful so far, and excited to continue living here and getting to know the community

Riverside Place is a great place to stay . I recently just moved here almost 2 weeks ago . I couldnt pass up the opportunity . I came and asked if I could get a tour and the Ladies in the front was so polite and nice . During the tour of the apartments all my questions was answered before I could even ask them . When i say real tour i mean an actual tour she was specific and actually showed me around when viewing the unit and also around. This is definitely a great place to call home management is awesome very nice and have good customer service. The day i got my key i was actually showed where my unit was now that was really nice 👍🏼 . If you are looking for a great environment and place to stay come to Riverside Place and join the family the staffing is wonderful everyone is so nice i love it here . ☺️☺️☺️ Not to mention they actually care about the people who are staying at the property thats a plus im Definitely renewing my lease 💕.

This comment is about the tour and lease agreement process. When I say I HATE moving, I HATE HATE it. We were so tired of looking at apartments and getting bad customer service. But we came here at Dallas was great. He showed us around even showed us which unit number was available online and the view of the pool from that unit. Application process was super easy and 100% online. It was so easy we feel like we are forgetting to sign something.Well we got approved and move in the first of May. See ya soon Riverside!

We really love our new apartment at Riverside Place. We had a few growing pains in the begining from being among the first residents to move in. Such as internet installation, Amazon deliveries, and garage/gate operation. But this apartment complex was a newly built apartment from the ground up. Its quiet, modern and very well built. I feel like Im living at a 5 star hotel. So with all that being said what has made my experience so phenomenal is the outstanding staff. Kayla, Carrol and the great maintenace team. The support staff had been receptive to every need and want. I have truly found my new home. Thankyou Riverside PlaceRenae and Cree Moses

Been waiting on them to open since I seen them building them. From start to finish the process was the bomb, Kayla was definitely a sweetheart. I ABSOLUTELY love these apartments and the team in the office. Also can’t forget about Gene the maintenance man, he’s very prompt with requests. I’ve already referred one person and she’s moved in and love it as well.

Happy to say, I’m a current resident! At first a negative review had me a little hesitant. BUT it’s always a good idea to see for yourself. Both leasing agents (Kayla and Carolyn) have been extremely helpful, informative and professional. There is no rental discrimination or shady policies going on here. Everything they told me was accurate. I received emails & phone calls every step of the way. I recently relocated to the DWF area from South Florida and I’m used to certain luxuries as standard. After visiting a few apartment complexes. Trust me RIVERSIDE PLACE is a gem to the DWF area. If you are new to the area or just looking for new construction with modern (useful) amenities. Do yourself a favor and stop by say hi to Kayla or Carolyn. Tell them I sent you😂🤷🏾‍♂️

The complex is new and obviously clean but they also did not cut any corners. I am very please with the staff as they are pleasant and efficient. Very prompt and professional in answering my questions. We have a 3 year old and my husband and I have a hectic schedule like most everyone, its nice to have have a comfortable, clean well kept place with nice amenities to call home that you dont have to worry about.
