    My family and I have been here 2 years and we absolutely love it! Itā€™s clean and we always have felt safe. Stephanie and Monique are the best!! They truly treat us like family! They are always there for us whatever we need. When there is a need the staff always handles it promptly. Riverside is first class!     Riverside is the place to be! Everything is truly astonishing from the game room to the sand volleyball pit. In addition, you have a new renovated apartment with tile flooring, wash and dryer area, and marble corner-tops for a reasonable price.

    I have been meaning to post this review for years. I have lived at Riverside for approximately five years going on six and I must say that there isnā€™t anything that I could bring to staff attention, Monique and Stephanie are wonderful. Matters, from environmental to maintenance to the most simple of concerns are handled immediately. There is a follow up call and action taken without hesitation.I can honestly say that I feel comfortable happy and safe living here, and if I could give this community 10 stars, and above, I would because they highly deserve it .

    I lived here for two years. I have not liked the new management. The office staff is about 50/50; they have been super helpful at times but are hard to get a hold of and have also been unhelpful. The maintenance staff is amazing. They are super responsive and the grounds are very well maintained. The price is reasonable and it feels quiet and safe. Overall I would recommend it as a place to live.

    I toured with Ms. Stephanie Brown today. Let me just say that she is such a delight. She wanted to make sure that I did not leave with any unanswered questions. Stephanie is beyond professional and has such a sweet disposition. I really appreciate the fact that she didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear. She had an answer to all of my questions. I knew when I finished touring that I wanted to lease with Riverside. Stephanie followed up with me today after the tour. She stayed late *on a Saturday at that* to help me with some technical difficulties that I encountered while attempting to sign my lease. I look forward to becoming a resident here. The property is very well maintained & it didnt appear to be rowdy despite it being right off of a major highway.

    Ms. Stephanie has been an absolute blessing! She was the very first one out of 5 other different apartments staff to answer every single question with her full attention and energy. The other apartments i wanted to apply at they always gave me attitudes and didnā€™t want to help. But Ms. Stephanie came through help me out got to working on my application as soon as I submit it and in less than 48 hours I had a new home! So if youā€™re interested in these apartments I highly recommend talking with her.

    If you are looking for place where property management genuinely cares about you and is not only here to collect rent! This the place to be.Monique and Stephanie are nice and lovely ladies. From our first meeting they made me feel comfortable and welcome.They were very knowledgeable and made my moving in process go smoothly.They responded quickly to the phone and all the issues that I had with my apartment were resolved in less than 2 hours. The maintenance guy Manuel, was very respectful, he came in and fixed everything. (Also it was on a Saturday, thatā€™s how efficient they are!)If you have a dog, there is a dog park on site. My fur baby loves this place.

The fact that I couldnt physically tour an apartment before securing it, due to my out-of-state move, meant I had to rely on reviews of rental properties to make my decisions. Some of the initial ones I clicked on were honestly horrifying when I put myself in those tenants shoes. I understand that people have different thresholds for what they consider acceptable, but consistent reviews from different tenants carry significant weight and speak to the truth.Fortunately, after a few days of searching, I stumbled upon this gem. Even better, it aligned perfectly with my moving schedule. Stephanie graciously adjusted my rental starting date to accommodate my move-in plans, resulting in some cost savings for me. This level of flexibility and customer-centric approach truly reflects their commitment to their residents.Monique went above and beyond by adjusting her schedule to facilitate the release of keys to the washer and dryer delivery crews. She even took the time to call me afterward, knowing I had a busy workweek, and she understood the importance of those appliances after the delivery was postponed for a few days. The service staff, particularly Chris, were incredibly responsive to my requests and made the necessary adjustments promptly.What I experienced here was precisely what the reviews had described. Both Monique and Stephanie were exceptionally helpful and approachable. Can you imagine walking into your new apartment without ever having seen it, only to find that its exactly as it should be? Im immensely grateful that this property has such a caring and professional staff. They provide peace of mind, allowing me to focus on other aspects of life, knowing I can return to a place that feels like home.

    I have lived at Riverside for almost two years. The property is well maintained, and the staff is great. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and go above and beyond. The apartments themselves are very nice. Our 2 bedroom is spacious with a lot of storage space. The property manager, Monique, is very sweet and helpful. I really dont have any complaints after living here all this time. Our apartment living has come to an end as we have bought ourselves a home, but Im still sad about leaving this place! These apartments are nice and a good price. They are right next to the highway for easy travel and surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. You really cant go wrong with living here.

    Came in for a tour and some more information and was instantly greeted with the sweetest, most lovely woman, the manager, Monique. From the moment we walked in, she instantly made me feel like i was at home with her warm hospitality and bright smile. She had such a kind attitude towards us and was very welcoming. She showed us around her property and it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, no trash anywhere, very quiet and peaceful. She kept mentioning how wonderful her staff was and i love that she was giving recognition to them, because they truly deserve it. Unfortunately, they did not have any units available for the day i was looking to move in, but she told me about their sister property right down the street, and called the manager there for me to see what they had available. This was such a kind act because most apartment complexes will not tell you about other places, but Monique took the time to help me find a good place to live since i couldnā€™t stay at her property. After the tour, she also gave us some popsicles since it was 100Ā° outside and she told us even if we donā€™t live there, we can always just stop by to enjoy a popsicle and visit with her. She also gave me her personal number so if any other apartments i looked at said anything that was questionable, i could ask her. This truly meant the world to me because it made it seem like she actually cared about me as a person and wanted what was best for me, rather than just trying to get me into her complex. Once we were done getting information and our tour, she gave me a big mama bear hug and it was so sweet. Iā€™m still pretty young and this is my first time looking for an apartment outside of student living, and i really needed help and guidance like she gave me and my friend i couldnā€™t be more grateful. When you have an apartment manager this nice, you know itā€™s a wonderful place to live. Thereā€™s a reason this apartment complex barely has any bad reviews, and i truly believe itā€™s because of Monique and her wonderful staff at Riverside. Thank you so much

    Hello all. For anyone considering Riverside apts as your next place to live, I can honestly say this is a wonderful place to call home. I am going into my second year here and second unit. I absolutely love it and recommend it to any one person, couple or family looking for their next home. The property is safe and secure, with any gate issues being address quickly. Well lit at night and quiet. I work from home so see the maintenance guys walking and cleaning up any trash throughout the property daily. The maintenance guys are also super polite and quickly resolve any maintenance issues you may encounter. The lawns are always well manicured. There is a lovely little dog park and paved walking trails throughout the property as well. Last but certainly not least the property managers are amazing! Chelle who did my initial move in was extremely helpful and informative, made my move in smooth and hassle-free. Monique Cage has also been amazing and super accommodating in my transfer to my new apt within the complex. Couldnt ask for anything more from a property management team. I can honestly say this is where you want to be.

The office normally closed at 5:30p.m. But she was the most sweetest person, turning around & offering me In, with the expectation of giving me a brochure & I would come back tomorrow to view . But she said you know what, I can let you view a model one bedroom, and it will be just like the apartment youā€™re looking to rent. Excited, I agreed. !! We walked down to the apartment, I was able to view. We came back to her office. We looked at the apartment and she gave me all the information needed to go apply, being so sweet and helpful. I absolutely appreciate her welcoming spirit.

    Nice area, quiet neighbors, good staff.Four year update:I truly have no complaints. The staff is great. Monique and Manny are extremely helpful when I have an issue.Ive never had problems with neighbors. The walls are fairly thick, I rarely hear activity between the shared walls.Maintenance requests have always been answered quickly, usually the same day or next.Rent can be paid online and automatically, which is a great way to earn points with your credit cards rewards program.

    I moved in March of 2020 and will be moving out in July 2021. I have had a great/safe/comfortable experience living here at Riverside Apartments. There were a few complaints that I had upon moving in. To be specific I had some of the noisiest upstairs neighbors I had ever experienced and I simply notified the leasing manager Monique. She qas extremely prompt as to inquiring about my complaints and she quickly handled it and my living experience was most enjoyable after that. I must say, with any apartment complex, there are will always be noisy/disrespectful neighbors. To be honest, I have never had a more attentive, caring manager than Monique. She was always quick to respond to my concerns and ever more so, extremely quick to make sure any complaint i had was resolved in a fast manor. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone simply because Monique takes care of her tenants. I can not praise her enough for always following up on my problems and making sure that I was more than satisfied with the resolution. If anyone is interested in moving into these apartments, make sure you talk to Monique in the front office. She has your back and the complex, in my opinion, is better because of her. If it has not been for her, I probably would have considered breaking my lease, but since she made sure i was happy, it made me feel safe and more comfortable living here at Riverside. She is, hands down, the most attentive leasing manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hands down!

    We have lived here for three years and absolutely love it. We have had some ups and downs with a few assistant managers over time and some issues with parking in general and covered parking availability, but after spending so much time here the office manager that has remained the same has been very kind to us, especially to my daughter - she has treats for her and her friends daily when they get off the bus after school. Neighbors are quiet and kind to each other, with the exception of our noisy apartment complex next door (Addison Park) which is behind a large fence and kept separate as much as possible. We like it here. Maintenance is also on point, when you open a request it gets handled very quickly, usually within a day or so if itā€™s during the work week. Overall, one of the nicest apartment complexes we have stayed at and we plan on staying here a very long time.

    I canā€™t say enough good things about these apartments and the office staff- specifically Monique. I lived here for 2 years and the only reason I moved was because I purchased a house. The apartments are very well lit and I never had any issues with with my neighbors or any safety concerns. The apartment interior and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Maintenance was amazing and always very quick and efficient with request. I had an issue with someone parking in my covered spot and Monique was quick to address and fix my problem. I would highly recommend theses apartments to anyone looking!

    Let me tell yall something! The customer service PHENOMENAL! My husband and I felt RIGHT AT HOME! Went to go see a one bedroom with Chelle and we fell IN LOVE. Its not JUST the apartment but the way they cared for us. Answered all questions. Its the hospitality for me! The area is beautiful and nice and clean! The apartments are beautiful and good air, you know how Texas gets! Monique was very welcoming as well! We havent applied yet but that doesnā€™t matter, I just HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW!!! If you want to be at home and secure then boom. And i say secure because THE GATE WORKS!!! Great security and you get sooo much for such a great price and in a nice convenient area! A triple win!

    Greatness!First off, this apartment complex is very well managed by Lauren and Monique. You have an issue or need something, they are in it to win it. They get stuff done and seem like they truly care about their tenants and the complex. Besides being responsive, they are clear, concise, and very friendly. Maybe Im just a likable guy, but I doubt thats the reason. Just sold a 3k sqft home, decided to move into apartment for the first time in 20 years, came here first because of appearance and location, and Monique sold me on the complex and Im happy she did. Lauren handled the particulars of paperwork for me flawlessly.Second, the amenities are relatively standard these days with granite counters and standard stainless appliances. However, the grounds and exterior are immaculately maintained. They accept real dogs and even have a legit dog park, sand volleyball court, BBQ pavilion, and nice sidewalks throughout complex. The tenants are nice, its a safe environment, and everyone seems respectful.Third, maintenance has been spot on. From day one, I noticed some very minor things needing repair. I signed into website and filled out maintenance request and was immediately contacted by Arturo. What a great guy!! Dude jumps in and and gets it done. He likes coffee, so hook him up. Two creams two sugars, thats the way he gets down.After being a home owner for so long and moving into an apartment, I could not have asked for a better scenario. I am very happy with my choice and recommend Riverside. I sure hope Valiant Residential is taking care of their employees as well as their employees are taking care of the complex and community. If youre not, shame on you because these folks here are why yall are making the big bucks!

    Iā€™m VERY HAPPY with my apartment and the Staff! The Property Manager Monique is AWESOME!!! She is so inviting and welcoming! She made my experience and transition into my new place seamless! Her genuine kindness and warmth was very helpful in making the decision to reside here! One of the maintenance guys even helped when I was moving some left behind items up the stairs! Very nice community, for the most part! The only reason Iā€™ve given the property 4 stars out of 5, is the fact I have some RUDE Neighbors; who placed dog poop on my door! Actually hung a black bag of dog poop on my door, for whatever reason! Disrespectful and Disgusting to say the least! Sometimes one bad apple can ruin the bunch, but not in this case!!! Lol! Itā€™s a GREAT PLACE! Unfortunately, the people who reside in a place can make the experience not as comfortable! Regardless, God is good and Iā€™m grateful for Riverside and their excellent service and amenities!

    I have been living here for almost 8 months now and I am absolutely grateful for Chelle and Moniques exceptional management of this property and service to their tenants. Since applying, these ladies have went above and beyond to accommodate our family.Things we love:1. The property is well kept and maintained!2. Updated amenities and appliances (things you dont know until you live here...bath tubs are slip resistant, sink water head flows and sprays, microwave has fan on it to cool stove, and bath tub curves - allowing for you to rest at an angle when bathing)3. Maintenance is timely and effective.4. Altogether nice apartments that offer comfortable and quality.Some drawbacks about living here that is beyond their control:1. The parking is limited, which can be problematic if you have children and have not purchased garage space (as we did not). We did rent a carport, which is definitely beneficial, but it took a while for one to become available. Walking long distances with kids and groceries at night is not ideal.2. Not a big deal, but there is a dog park, however, there is not a park for small children. The neighboring complexes have parks that I envy, of course, lol.3. Not being a native of TX, I do not know if this is common or not, but there are not screen doors at entry points, so if you want fresh air to breeze through the house, opening windows is the only option, unless you are okay with your door or patio door being wide open. Also, there are not doorbells. I find this to be odd here and at the last complex I lived at.4. There are gaps above and beneath the doors allowing access for bugs or outdoor debris. For instance, when the exterior of the building was cleaned -- a lot of dirt and sand blew into our home even though our doors were completely shut.5. The community is gated, but guests must be admitted either using the code to the gate (which means it must be shared), or you have to literally go let them in (as there is not a call system in place). I do believe a new system is being installed.6. The property notes that there is surveillance, but I am not so sure how this system works or what footage it gains given a strange occurrence that took place, not worth mentioning. It would not deter me from moving here if I were seeking.7. Smoke detector literally placed almost above stove. We literally can boil water and the alarm sounds. This is super frustrating and horrible design.8. No elevators, so plan to hike if you are on the 2nd or 3rd levels.9. Last, we need a 3BR but the prices are simply too high. The owner needs to readjust them and create a system that honors the prices listed when you are searching for floor plans on the main site. The rates for a unit fluctuates according to demand (which, again may be a TX thing, this is not true to where I am from). So, for this reason - we will be moving once our lease is up, although it took us a while to reach this decision because we truly value the quality service we have received from the leasing office AND maintenance (not to mention, they do excellent jobs too! Everyone is on point... oh yeah, I do think Chelle and Monique could use another person in the office to assist them. They often seem busy and overworked, but they smile anyways and make intentional efforts to provide top tier attention to all of their tenants).If you are contemplating moving here - you wont regret it. We sure did not. Even after 8mo, I am still happy we chose Riverside.

As a result, I have to use a separate google account to write you an One-Star review. (I know that I , as a resident of Riverside Apartments, might be ignored again, but at least I keep trying to communicate with you. It is totally up to you on how to respond to your customers)It is the time again to decide whether to renew the lease or to move out. You require us to provide a 60-day notice in advance if we are moving out at the end of the lease term; otherwise, we will be charged for extra rents. To me, it means that I need to make the move-or-stay decision by 07/01/2020 and provide you the notice if I decide to move. However, I am not given access to the resident portal for checking the renewal lease prices.How can I make the renew-or-not decision without knowing the prices for different lease terms? I have been following up with you for two weeks via several phone calls, and you said you I didnā€™t get a chance to give me the access each time.Is it a difficult task to give me the access? Actually not. My prior roommate moved out, and we both notified you several month ago. I become the primary resident since then. You simply need to change the primary resident from my prior roommateā€™s name to my name. I addressed this issue to you through the portal but got no response. Then I called your office to address the problem since two weeks ago, and I am still not able to get full access of the resident portal as a primary resident now. I couldā€™t even get access to my current lease contract after actually being the primary resident for so many months.If you donā€™t value a customer who always pays rent on time and only send one simple request annually (for renewing issues), then I couldnā€™t see what kind of customer would you value.

    The Riverside apartments have yet to disappoint. They offer up to date stainless steel appliances, a cool modern layout with gray hardwood floors and beautiful dark wood cabinetry.The apartments are very new with several apartments still vacant. However, with the neighbors that I have met, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Just yesterday I was having trouble hooking up my FREE internet wifi and my neighbor whom I have never met was eager to drop what he was doing and come help. Speaking of friendliness, the staff also goes above and beyond. They are always attentive and really care about hospitality. Shout out to Estefania, who works in the office. Its been a while since Ive lived in an apartment so Im not fully knowledgeable of the new procedures such as paying online. But Estefania is always super nice and patient to help me understand.Of course, being as new as they are, the apartments have their quirks. However, even with the few quirks that I have ran into, they still dont outweigh the pros of living here. Plus, any service request is always taken care of ASAP.

    Of all the apartments I have lived here in the United States, this has been one of my favoritesšŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ it is an excellent place to live, the only thing they need to change is the staff, I had several inconveniences with the young women who were in the office, but the rest is clear. And if you get better customer service everything would be Perfect. In fact, I even think about living here again, because I regret seeing myself leaving here, they are the best apartments I have ever lived in.
