This week I visited looking for a perfect department. And I was blown away. The staff was bright and courteous, and everybody was busy doing something. The manager, I believe her name was Jasmine came out to assist me and even toured the property with me showing me the ins and outs of everything that was available. I Must say that I am really satisfied with everything that I saw going on. And I’m definitely going to be moving here. This was my first trip in getting preparation for my move. Hats off to everybody there and I look forward to becoming a resident and apart of this Community

Since taking over, they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind, even dealing with the extra workload left by the previous managers. I LOVE living at Riverhaus Creekside! The staff is amazing...so fun and friendly. Maintenance happens quickly and always done right . The social nights are always relaxed and fun. The property is well kept and clean . Units are updated and beautiful. Just renewed for another 15 months!!!

My boyfriend has lived here almost a year, & every time I go over to apartment sit to have maintenance scheduled. Gilbert is one of the greatest maintenance men, he has always been a big big help every time my boyfriend puts in a work order, he goes above and beyond, he’s such a great soul, always asking us about going to church with him, just a standup guy and quick yet precise with his job.

Revised: We have lived here for the last 2 years! Fairly quiet community and amazing maintenance woman, Korena, always gets it done! She loves on everyones dogs and addresses the issues quickly and professionally! Location is perfect! Nowtgere was a trash situation that was finally addressed and we have had no further issues with it. Jennifer and Jazmine in the office, are fantastic. I take my dogs in the lobby just so they can visit. Now, the Dog poop used to be everywhere, but the poop rings has reduced that problem. The pool was closed every other week due to inconsiderate people and a broken pump but..it happens. We now need a 3brm but none will be available in our time frame so we will be moving but overall, its been a pretty good experience.

We’d never lived in an apartment before moving to Riverhaus at Creekside so we don’t have much to compare it to. That said, we will probably never own another home because of how great it is here. We recently moved out of a three bedroom unit into a two bedroom just down the hall. Move out/move in was a breeze! No hassles, no hidden fees, and management worked within a timeframe that was best for us. Both units have been beautifully maintained. The complex has spacious amenities that meet all of our needs. I highly recommend life at Riverhaus!

I have lived here a few years now and the current management and maintenance has been the best thus far. I had been having AC issues consistently with the previous team and the new current maintenance, Gilbert, finally resolved the issue. Anytime I put in a work order it’s taken care of immediately no matter how small, even if it’s just routine maintenance. I really appreciate all the maintenance and management team does to keep up the community!

Yesterday I walked into the lobby to ask questions and tour an apartment because I saw an add with a pretty good deal. I did not call ahead, nor make an appointment, however I was greeted with a friendly “hello” from the leasing consultant Alexa. She immediately answered all my questions and for the questions she did not have answers to, she sought out the answers for the both of us. She gave me an outstanding tour. I was so excited about not only the quality of the facilities but the units as well that I decided to sign a lease that same day. Thank you Alexa for all your help!

I just moved here and want to say how amazing Gilbert with maintenance has been to us since day one! We had a hectic move in day and ended up getting locked out on a Sunday (office was closed) but Gilbert was there within an hour of us calling the emergency line. We had more maintenance requests put in last night and Gilbert and Steven arrived early the next morning to get those taken care of for us! They have both been very kind and were happy to help with any questions or concerns I had about my apartment. :)

Alexa greeted us warmly, and although it became apparent quickly just how busy they actually were , she still made us feel completely welcomed and went above and beyond to accommodate us even though we didn’t have an appointment. She took the time to thoroughly answer every question we had and we were impressed by her professionalism and by the complex. We ended up signing a lease before we left and can’t wait to move in! My fiance , one year old and I moved into Riverhaus about 3 weeks ago and it has been a great experience from the start. Jasper helped us tour the apartments and worked with us closely. She had an open and honest communication since the beginning of the process. The leasing staff is willing to help in any way they can and not just to get you to sign your lease but they help even after. They go above and beyond fro their tenets.We had a few work orders we needed to submit and maintenance handled items in a timely manner. Maintenance is very respectful and understanding, we had to have them come back because our baby was sleeping and they were happy too.We live in a 2/2 on the 3rd floor and LOVE our new home!! I moved out after more than 2 years and into a larger unit. Jazmine, Jennifer and team helped my transition go stress free. The new unit was so clean and well maintained. Their housecleaning service is AMAZING!! I lived here at Riverhaus when they were brand new. Due to family reasons I moved out after our lease was up. I moved back in 2022 and made the decision to stay for another year and possibly longer.

My boyfriend and I moved into Riverhaus about 3 weeks ago and it has been a smooth experience. Jasper and the rest of the staff helped us tour apartments and find what was right for us. They worked with us closely to set up our move in and worked with us every step of the way willing to help with any questions and concerns.We live in a 2 bed 2 bath on the 1st floor and are very happy with our location and layout. The noise level comes and goes, but as to be expected living next to families and kiddos. We truly had the best experience and love our home.

We stayed for a year and half, just moved out in first of December. We started on the top floor and moved to a first floor with a yard. The place is great. The only lady that’s on maintenance is awesome, but only improvement needed is 3 more of here, she has a hard time getting to everything by herself. We were extremely unhappy after we moved downstairs and for the better half of the lease until Molly left and Jazmine took over. It slowly got better. She’s much easier to work with and understanding. Our family outgrew the apartment life and live in a home now and Jazmine gave us a good reference, thank you to her. I give 4 star and not 5 only because of how bad it was before, and how long i took to get some major things fixed. And there’s still dog poop here and there but not like it was. And last I checked, the blow dryer at the dog park was still not working. But the last 3-4 months I’d give 5 stars. There is a new parking system, make sure your friends/family sign up, the tow company comes multiple times a day/night. Saw many times leaving for work at 3am a tow truck driving and looking. I would live here again, typical apartment life with people above you, not their fault. Road noise isn’t bad, but I grew up next to a highway, but great pool and grills now that they clean them after I got burned one day. Wish they would have designed it with more parking and less garages though. Sometimes I couldn’t park close to my building after getting off work at 10pm unless I got lucky.

I moved to Riverhaus Creekside a couple of months ago. I’ve had a great experience here. Maintenance handles things in a timely manner. The property is well maintained. The apartments have all the upgrades. Last of all the leasing agents are awesome. I had issues with noise from a neighbor and they took care of it immediately. Completely different experience than the apartment I came from down the street.

Lived at Riverhaus for over 2 years, definitely would recommend for those looking to rent in the New Braunfels area. They have a nice little dog park that we take our little Yorkie to play at. I lived at Riverhaus for ten months. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I frequently took advantage of the clubhouse and gym for coffee and chill time. The only thing that was a lille bit of an issue was the A.C. noise. I got use to it though.A few things came up. Korena, the maintenance tech, was amazing! Quick response, issues resolved with a smile and a laugh! Thank You!

Riverhaus Creekside and their staff have been great since the moment I walked in to tour. They were friendly and super helpful. I had an offer for another apartment that I was going to choose but instead I decided to move in here because of the staff and how they were willing to go the extra mile. They were far superior. The complex floorpans all have a really open feel to them. My maintenance request was processed and completed in the same day. Parking is easy and everyone around is friendly and really active. Great place to live in New Braunfels!

I moved into this apartment complex this past summer. Some issues came up with the cleaning schedule of my new unit and the management team handled it so well I wasn’t even upset I had to move in a couple hours later than planned. Amazing communication and very caring staff. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes and Riverhaus is the cleanest most respectful complex I’ve lived in. I love the layout of my space and have enjoyed all of the amenities provided. The location is perfect for any New Braunfels activities and I’m always recommending these apartments when any of my friends mention they might be moving to the area! This is our 2nd year at Riverhaus Creekside and we have enjoyed it very much. The office staff are very nice and accommodating and the grounds/maintenance staff are efficient and friendly as well. Any complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. The pool is resort quality! They also recently began monthly community functions and contests that have been fun. The other families/individuals have been mostly quiet and friendly. The apartment itself is very beautiful and spacey.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Customer Service has always been exceptional. Anytime I had a question, I got an answer the same day. The management team does care for the residents, they have shown empathy and work towards removing any roadblocks to ensure the residents have a pleasing living experience in this community. The maintenance team is super star. The work orders are always answered the same day. If cannot be resolved on the same day, they always provide a very reasonable timeline. The maintenance crew is super professional and show great care for the residents. As far as feeling safe, I feel very safe in this community, as a single mom I would not live anywhere else. The only suggestion I would give is adding a playground or play area for kids. But still, they try to entertain our kids with an amazing pool and several events catered for kids, that included receiving prizes and gifts. We are very appreciative for what this great community does for us. I am on my second year here and have no intentions of going elsewhere. The location is great, walking distance to grocery stores and department stores. It is a peaceful community with very competent management, my voice was always heard when I had questions or needed any kind of support. They work hard to make this place great and safe. Thank you!

Where do I start! I looked everywhere for an apt. And finally found a place that was comforting, convenient, and affordable. The staff is amazing! MJ and Jasper are always SO helpful with anything and everything! I needed my parents to be let in early to my apt with my consent and Jasper allowed them after I sent an email- no problem ! I had trouble with my key fob and the girls fixed it right away! I love it here! It’s cozy and VERY welcoming! Great job to all of you! Thank you for making me feel welcomed and always helping out :) 10/5 stars ;)

Riverhaus has been amazing! Moving from a terrible place to here has felt like a dream. The trash vallet is so helpful, the maintenance team is fast and reliable, and the atmosphere is quiet. I also feel very safe walking my dog at night.

Awesome management team great place to live only reason I give a 4 star rating is because the pool and fitness centers are not open yet either due to construction or covid 19 but hopefully with time that will change other than that great place to live!Edit: have been living here for almost 4 years since 2020 living here has been mostly great. The team is great, Kurina is amazing her work as one of the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing! The biggest downside is the the new parking enforcement system, the tow company aggressively tows unauthorized cars and patrols the property frequently. I had a friend who dropped by my apartment for not even 5 minutes and their car was gone. Be warned if you do not get your cars put into the resident parking system they will be towed even if you are a resident you will still have to pay the 300 dollar fee to get your car back all the way in San Antonio.

My husband and I are currently in the transition from moving 2400 miles from home and into Riverhaus. This big of a move and with how many details there are, it’s a little stressful. We took a tour of Riverhaus back in October and absolutely fell in love with it. Beautiful, upkept property and the staff were so kind and helpful in answering every and any question we had to make sure we knew what Riverhaus is all about. Since then, I have been checking daily to see when an apartment for my move date was available and that day came, immediately I filled out my application for my husband and I and within minutes we were contacted by staff, specifically Jasper who helped us through all parts of the process all the way to the lease signing and more. We had some computer issues on my end with filling out two applications and everything in between and Jasper made everything as easy for us as possible and helped us solve all conflict throughout the way. She continuously updates me as well as communicates everything to me so I can be as stress free as possible and it has really made a difference for us throughout this process that we were a little scared of. Within the day, we were approved and helped in every way of the process and we can’t wait to rehome ourselves with Riverhaus. The staff, community and property all get an A+ from us and they are so kind/helpful for our pets! Our pup is a huge priority for us and they make it as a high priority for them as well. Needless to say, this experience has exceeded our expectations in the best way possible.

I have been living at Riverhaus before the complex was even finsihed. It was during COVID-19 and my tour was a self tour. I have LOVED my stay here from day one. The staff is phenomenal! Both MJ and Molly have been great and the maintenance team is always on point. I have never had any issues with the apt. And if any maintenance was needed, Korena has taken care of it and done it at a timely manner. Thank you for all these years and keep making Riverhaus the place to live.

I have been meaning to do this for a while now but I moved into the Riverhaus community back in September and so far this place is fabulous. The property has great amenities, the apartments are nice with really nice brand new appliances and fixtures but most of all what makes this place amazing is the staff. No matter who you talk to they are super nice, very helpful and very accommodating, you could not ask for a better team of people working on your behalf. My move experience was amazing thanks to Seherzada and Logan. Logan was especially accommodating to help me have access to my apartment an hour earlier than move in time to accommodate my ATT Fiber installation appointment. Another instance of great service was last night on Christmas evening when I got home I realized I locked myself out of my apartment I thought there would be no way to get help but I amazingly did. I called the resident services, left a message and sure enough Anthony from maintenance called and assured me they could help and Tracy would be reaching out with what I needed to access my apartment. In no time I had what I needed and I was in my apartment. See what I’m talking about, so accommodating, so helpful and so nice. All of this great service on a holiday evening, thanks Tracy and Anthony you rock and are the best.So if your looking for a great place to live with an amazing team of people then you found it right here at Riverhaus.

Let me start by saying I have worked at several apartment complexes and I’ve lived in many apartment complexes, so I know what I’m talking about. This complex is the best I’ve loved at. Staff are aware and abide by fair housing laws, HUD, and ADA, which is one of the first things you should always look for in an apartment complex. Staff go above and beyond. I don’t think they’ve ever said no to me, ever. As a new mother who moved in when I was pregnant, the location right by the hospital is AMAZING. The amenities and the complex are beautiful! Rent is steep but it’s clear you get what you pay for.

My son and I were some of the first renters who moved into Riverhaus Creekside. The decor and finishes are very nice better than most on the market. Yet this is not the properties best asset. That would be the management team! They remain genuine with their concern and service for over 2 years now!

Riverhaus Creekside hosted us for a The Young Professionals of New Braunfels networking event. Jasper was a lovely host, always attentive to our needs and was very welcoming to us in the group. Their clubhouse is gorgeous and very well kept. I highly recommend Riverhaus Creekside!

I am in love with this place, just moved in my mom here and the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is amazing, the response time was in the same day. We put in the work order and they came out to fix it within an hour. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I have been living at the Riverhaus Creekside apartment complex for almost two years now and have been very pleased with our experience. Any time that we have had any sort of minor issue, Molly has been very prompt in her response. The only problem we have had is the dog poo not always being picked up by some resident dog owners. But the Riverhaus has recently addressed that problem with a DNA based poop patrol to identify and fine negligent offenders.

I looked at a number of apartment complexes in the Creekside area and after a year living at Riverhaus I am completely satisfied and happy with my decisionThe staff was always courteous and on top of taking care of any of the items that needed to be addressed within and around the apartmentThe location was ideal for being able to do shopping going out to eat entertainment and having quick access to interstate 35The amenities were phenomenal and I rented out the clubhouse multiple times for private events and love having a pool that was maintained weeklyI would highly recommend anybody considering an apartment in the Creekside area to look at riverhaus

My boyfriend and I just recently moved in to the Frio floor plan and we LOVE IT. It is a one bedroom but the unique layout makes it feel so much larger ! Although it was a little out of our price range after touring the unit and seeing the amazing amenities we were SOLD and were counting down the days until our move in day! Molly Yeverino was SO helpful during the entire process and has the most amazing attitude and customer service EVER. We love her. If you’re thinking about moving in LOOK NO FURTHER. Riverhaus Creeekside is exactly the new apartment complex New Braunfels needed. They make it a point to be technically advanced and up to date and it shows! 10/10 would recommend!
