I would have to say these apartments are outstanding, welcoming and friendly and it truly feels like a place where everyone looks out for another. The management here is incredible- responsive, attentive, and always striving to make improvements. It’s clear they genuinely care about all the well-being and satisfaction of all residents. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and feel fortunate to be a part of this community.

Went to check the place out last week, can’t remember which day I stopped by. But I was greeted by.. I believe her name was Katelynn, she was the only one in the office and asked if I needed any help with anything, i explained to her that I was looking to relocate from the McKinney/Allen area to a smaller and quieter area. The hospitality Katelynn showed me when I asked her about going over everything and taking her time as I have adhd and lose track of the process easily. She accommodated every request I had and was able to answer every question I had without hesitation, she even showed me a couple of units and not once rushed me out like a few others have at different properties.. if these apartments were a little bit closer to my job, I would have signed that day, Katelynn made me feel like I was already home even before we talked about pricing and filling out any paperwork , after explaining that the drive time from my job to there was a little further than I originally thought, she was very understanding and recommended a few that she knew of that would be able to accommodate my commute to work and back. For anyone in the area that is looking for someone who truly cares about the residents throughout the property, I would 1000 times recommend checking this place out, and ask for Katelynn she will definitely make you feel at home well before you’re ready to move in.

Spoken with the new manager several times, and had a great experience each time. You can tell they have been trying to make improvements to the apartments. I would recommend this apartment complex if youre looking for a decent place to live in the area.

I lived at these apartments for almost a year and Im not sure what the problem was with all these other reviews but every time I had a maintenance request it was resolved the same day if possible and would not take more than a day if not. My husband and I enjoyed taking our dogs for a walk around the property and letting them play in the wooded area in the back. As for pest control there was never an issue with us, maybe there were issues because people were dirty?? I have lived in multiple different complexes during my young adult years and have people next door or across the complex have roaches, but they never were found or spotted in our apartment at any of the locations. The management was always friendly and treated my husband and I like family and I was saddened when I had to let them know I would not be renewing my lease. Unfortunately my fur babies outgrew the apartment so we had to go to a house. I still drive by this complex quite frequently on my way to work, and with the new construction, the complex is looking better than ever and still happy to see the two lovely ladies in the office are there! If we had any questions about anything, they were always there to help us (even to find the nearest donut shop😍)But loved living there!! Heres my two cents. Use it wisely 🤓

I just moved in a week ago and I have to say its been great! I love that there is a playground for my kids and a beautiful pool for the summer. There is plenty of parking especially in front of my apartment. Its nice and quiet! Spacious rooms, plank flooring, good size kitchen and the washer/dryer connections are a big plus.

This place is amazing! Ive been here 6 months and havent even thought about finding anywhere else. When moving in, Management was very professionall and helpful. Very quiet neighbors and feels right at home. The maintenance team is also very helpful and on top of things all the time. Great place if you have dogs as well! Large dogs are welcome and that was a sell point for me.

L have never had a apartment complex that has their residents keep shelter during difficult times Iike now, not only how they have helped me, like in the beginning working with me and being Patient while I got my electricty setup and working with me on my rent. Its just so nice to know someone cares because therere a lot of people that has families and it is so important to them. Thank You So much to the managment and mainteance staff for being so kind.

I recently moved in and I have to say so far I love it. Very quite community which is amazing. Playground for the kids, and a beautiful pool. Big rooms, good size bathrooms and a good size kitchen. I love the patio so I can sit outside and not be bothered by others.

Dont know why everyone is putting this place down. Ive had a relatively good stay here for the past 6 months. No major issues. Only reason Im not giving 5 star, is that maintenance is a bit slow on request that are non-emergencies but they are understaffed too.

I live here now and I have to say it a wonderful place that I enjoy living. They have fixed every problem that I ever have. Really like the management as well very relaxed understanding people. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

I have lived here for about 4 months. I moved in mid renovation and my apartment was nicely updated for the price. I dont mind living here. Just wish there was parking by my building when I got home at night.

I was going through a really tough time and about to move to Sherman to get away. Well Rebecca was so kind and so sweet. If you are thinking of renting here do it. And ask for REBECCA shes a pleasure to work with.
