    From the moment Heather took me on a tour of the community, I was in love! The entire place has the feel of a resort, with beautifully maintained landscaping and clean amenities. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes away from everything which is a huge plus. Heather was incredible, so knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Definitely one of our top choices thanks to great staff!

    I have been living at River Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years now. The management and maintenance crew are amongst the best I have ever encountered. Their response to any issue is immediate and they always check in to make sure everything was done correctly.Management team is very engaging and so friendly. They are always trying to do something to bring the community together. I recommend 10 out of 10. Best place to live in Conroe.

    I like it here. Employees are cool. Neighbors are cool. Lots of dogs to say hi to. The location is cool. It easy to avoid traffic with quick access to both N-S and E-W corridors. We are on the hospital’s electric circuit, so that’s freakin sweet. Did I mention the dogs? Seriously, you can tell them hello.

    The manager Heather took me on a tour of the community and I fell in love. I love how it feels like a resort and its so close to shopping. Heather was knowledgeable and thorough.

    While trying to find an apartment for my mom i looked into Riverpointe. What a blessing. Kenny showed me the apartment and was extremely knowledgeable about the apartment. Being this was for my mother i had alot of questions. He answered all of them. i the ran into some issues with submitting the application, on my end, and went to the office. Kenny was amazing he helped me through the whole process. Then there was a snag, again on my end. Kenny called with a solution to the problem before i even knew there was one. I am sure i made the right decision for my mom. If you are looking for a place with exceptional, go above and beyond, customer service look to riverpointe. Many thanks to Kenny for being an amazing person and advocate for me through the whole process.

    Madison was really sweet and informative on everything we had to pay, she let us know every apartment that was available for when we move in on our set dates, she gave us a lot of options and a folder of all our payments options for every apartment available for us. She defiantly showed up that these apartments are at the top of our list!!! The views are all amazing and she gave us the best experience at these apartments!!

    Ive been looking for some apartments for a little bit now and none have been successful due to staff and just over all lack of customer service. As I was greeted by Madison she immediately sold me ! Very convincing, and over all answered all my questions and was super awesome. With her help and guidance , it didnt take much for me to make a choice. Thanks to her, upon approval I look forward to being a resident here at Riverpointe. My kids will love it here also.

    Have been looking for an apartment for quite sometime to live in, so decided to stop by this place. My fiance and I were greeted by a young lady by the name of Maddie. Let me just say how welcoming, sweet and professional she was. Maddie took very good care of us, answered all our questions and was very informative. She has been the sweetest leasing agent thus far and I recommend anyone to come by Riverpoint Apartments before committing anywhere else! Thank you Maddie :)

    Honestly, I have lived at some pretty gnarly apartments in the past. I didnt have high expectations coming here. But the apartments have been awesome so far! The staff is very responsive and helpful. It makes me feel happy that even though they may not respond at first (they are probably super busy is my assumption) - they always go out of their way to get back with me immediately. I saw another review on here about bugs, but I havent experienced any bug problems at all - my apartment is on the first floor!! Thats impressive. Maintenance has been a little slow lately, but the team has been great at communicating that they are backed up due to staff changes and my work orders always get completed. I am extremely appreciative of the team and all of their effort to make this place a home.

    I’ve been living at River pointe Apartments for the last six months and recently moved to a second-floor apartment. I want to extend my sincerest thanks to Fallin Chatman for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent service and attention to detail ensured that all of our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Fallin is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I truly appreciate all the help and support she has given us. She is an outstanding manager, and we’re grateful to have her at River pointe Apartments.

    Great location, great price, great staff. Extremely convenient to freeway and shopping. With all the flooding / hurricane we had no issues with high water or loosing electricity.

    I would like to share my review of River Pointe Apartments and the amazing staff. Heather Chaney is a wonderful manager to work with. Very professional, considerate and listens to all our needs. The grounds are always well kept and the customer service in the office is always top notch! I would recommend these apartments to any one of my friends or family in need renting of an apartment.

    The complex is well-maintained with a great location and a very friendly, helpful staff. The folks at the front office were very welcoming and kind throughout my application and move-in process and helped to make it a smooth, stress-free experience.     I am so at peace here. I can hear the waterfall from the pool at night and it is soo soothing. The leasing agents have been absolutely remarkable, and my day to day interactions with them is always pleasant. I am blessed to be able to call River Pointe home. And maintenance issues , though very minor, are handled very quickly. Top notch place to live for me.

    I just moved in and I enjoy the community, it has its charm. Pretty quiet for the most part and many stores I shop at are very close. Dahiana was amazing at helping my son and I get approved and moved in. As my house fell through and we needed a place to stay ASAP. She was on top of it and if that is how the rest of the crew is then your in good hands here. Anyone looking for a place in the Conroe area, I would recommend River Pointe apartments.

    Let my start off by saying the office staff is wonderful. The leasing ladies are super sweet and the manager Fallin was professional, understanding, and very accommodating. We had some issues with our walk in on move in day and she took great care of us. I felt validated and very reassured and they started working on the issues right away. The complex is a little older but it’s nice and quiet. Great location. Will update after they finish the repairs but I’m happy to move in and make this place our home.Update:We’ve been here almost 10 monthsMaintenance has been quick with any issues. Dealing with outside vendors is a different story but the staff here does what they can. The manager Fallin is the one to speak to she is awesome and does her best to deal with any issues you have.

    River pointe has been an amazing place to live this last year. They’ve been quick with maintenance, clear with communication, and overall friendly. For the life of me I can’t remember to two office ladies I’ve talked with multiple times but they’ve been absolutely amazing with letting us know about what’s going on around the apartment complex and helping us better understand the move out process. I will be said to leave at the end of this month but happy to know that one of my friends is moving in to the complex. They’ll be in good hands!

    I just renewed my lease again, and the biggest reason was the professional staff within the front office, and maintenance. Always responded to any questions or issues that I may have had on property. Communication has been amazing. So, if you’re looking for a professional area to live, I highly recommend River Pointe Apartments.

    I’ve lived here for a few years and I love it! Resort style pool, large gym that even has a separate spinning room, Starbucks machine, parcel lockers! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re always throwing resident events like crawfish boils, or movie nights. Shopping centers literally walking distance. Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, sushi, boba, tacos, McDonald’s, sporting goods, Kroger, I could go on and on. I love being able to have all of this at my fingertips while not having to pay an arm and a leg! 😋

    Current resident here. Just wanted to say I really enjoy living here. We actually had to move out a while back for things out of our control, but came back because of how much we enjoyed it. Glad to see little has changed. Wonderful office staff, and the best maintenance staff Ive experienced. Very courteous and sweet people. Being truly pet friendly is a huge plus.

    Current resident and I hope to be for at least another year or more. They welcomed me and my dogs and accommodated me nicely during move in. The staff is very friendly and always responds to all my questions, and maintenance responds within the next day. The units are pretty nice and I think have really great layout (at least mine does.) while it’s close to everything, my side of the complex feels pretty quiet.
