I have lived here 14 plus years Ms Nicole is my personal “getter inner” to my Resident Portal App EVERY time I need her to assist with technology on my phone Ms Nicole has been there to help, no questions asked, no critics , etc. She is also my personal counselor. She listens without judgment and ALWAYS tells me my side is right. I attribute her professionalism, her patience and genuine kindness to her credit. Ms Nicole is definitely an asset to the RiseWest Company!

My name is Shala. I live at Rise West Arlington. I’m reading some of these reviews (the newer ones) and thinking “I’m sorry for those experiences” because mine has been totally different!! Rise West took over not quite a year ago. They bought in all new staff. We went from one Nycole to a new Nicole. New Nicole is great. I had an issue once, on a Saturday. The office wasn’t open yet so I left a voice mail. Nicole called and took care of it before she arrived at work!On that day, she made the comment “we are “pro-resident”, we want to make the lives of our residents easier”…and Nicole has stood true to her word.Living in any apartment complex will have its challenges (construction, renovations, noise, etc). The only place that will be close to perfect would be your own home. However, Rise West does offer community and Nicole is very gracious and professional!! If you’re looking for a place, I think you should consider Rise West…at least until you purchase your own home!

I have been living at the community apartments for over 10 years before they were called Rise West Arlington. I must say that before the take over of Rise west I was considering moving because of the previous owners who took over the community. They wasnt sure of what they wanted to do with the property, well at least it seems that way, but thanks to the management lead by Crystal Garza I decided to stay becausewhen she opened the doors to the community she made it feel like home again because that feel was lost a while ago. She has taken care of all my concerns dealing with the apartment making sure that everything is taken care of the way its supposed to be. Im noticing new neighbors again and they all seem happy so I guess Im not the only resident that she is taking great care of. If i wasnt living at the Rise West apartments and looking for a place to live, I would definitely choose Rise West to live and I would hope that Crystal Gaza be the one who helped me with my lease.

Office staff are always helpful and maintenance are always so friendly and get issues taken care of in a timely manner. I will say visitor parking is extremely limited and is almost always full, especially during the evening/night so it can be a headache if you have visitors. Other than that, I love it here!

Delores is an absolutely amazing Community Manager!! My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a month and we couldn’t be happier. I am so glad we chose Fielders Glens community to be our new home. Management has been so helpful with anything we have needed and the environment around us is great. Trust me, You’d love to live here!

I’ve lived here for over 6years under now 3 management companies and the recent takeover has been the easiest! Crystal has been so accommodating during this transition I’m so grateful as I’m traveling for work but she is on it and very accommodating with my schedule.

It’s a nice property, very quiet. However, the “Valet Trash” service, and $25 monthly fee for it, is a freaking scam. It should be an offered service, perhaps for the elderly, or physically limited individuals. But making it mandatory for all able bodied individuals is just a money grab, ridiculous.

It’s not a bad experience all the way, just haven’t been able to use my toilet for 2 days now and it’s a consistent problem every few months or so, the response time is great I get my call answered on the spot and maintenance man comes instantly, just really want the Toilet to not be an issue every few months.I had left my review a couple of days ago but fielders Glen got my plumbing handled, I must say home is what u make of it and this team makes sure if you have a serious problem they will reach out to outside help to make sure it gets done fast.Thank u fielders amazing maintenance staffChanging from 3 stars to 5

We have just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Please read on to know why we did that.Management has changed since the last few months and we have nothing but great praises to the new management team, especially Amy, the manager. Amy responds to my emails in a very timely manner. Most, if not all, of work orders have been quickly done. Amy is extremely accommodating to our needs. Maintenance staffs are very responding and polite and respectful. There were couple times when we called the office but nobody answered the phone. That because we either called them at lunch time or at the time where they were showing the unit to potential future residents, or they were on the phone with another customer. So be patient when that happens, just like we did.We are very happy to live here. The services and accommodations the management team has provided exceed our expectation.

Moved in June 2019. Love it. Staff is always super warm and welcoming. They have an emergency maintenance team which is awesome. Any time we have a problem they are quick to fix. This is my first apartment and so far it’s been a great experience. The staff treats you so well and the rooms are beautiful. Couldn’t have hoped for better. Will recommend to anyone.

We have lived at Fielders’ Glen Apartment Homes for a couple years. The management leasing team has been awesome, especially Nycole Southern. Nycole has always been available when we needed her. She has gone extra miles to help us as much as she could to make us feel at ease and happy and she made sure we got everything we need. Some of our neighbors have said the same thing about Nycole. Along with her calming demeanor, she is very compassionate and gracious. Fielders’ Glen has been lucky to have had Nycole.

Ive lived here for a few years now and its been pretty good so far. I only have 2 actual complaints with one being that a lot of dog owners think they dont have to pick up after their dog so there tends to be droppings everywhere. The other is that a lot of tenants that live in the back half of the complex park near the entrance so I (and others near me) can hardly ever find convenient parking spots near my building.Staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are really good. Its a quiet enough neighborhood and theres a lot of restaurants and retail places nearby so that definitely gives this place a boost.

Simply loved the ladies in the office, they are very sweet, understanding, and always had a smile on! The maintenance guys are very friendly and always waving at you, makes you feel at home like you know your neighbors. My kids loved playing in the pool it was a lot of fun! Did feel the cabinets could have been replaced, they were very crumbling and hard to feel like they got clean, rotten wood.

I moved here Nov of 2020 and recently moved out April of 2022. I enjoyed my stay and had to relocate for a while back home is the only reason I moved. I feel this was the most pleasant, quiet and loving place we have lived at. Best office staff especially my Ms. Mimi hands down she is one of the most humble and thoughtful person I have ever met. It’s not just about money she is a true friend with a genuine heart to help others. I went through a rough spell doing COVID and I promised she was there through it all to be of assistance. My pray is God bless her double fold and we need more people like this in the world. Check them out I promise you want be disappointed 💗

I absolutely love my apartment! The staff is always kind and professional whenever I have questions. They also are very easy to reach via phone or email. The maintenance men are always prompt to finish my work orders and go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with their work. I would recommend FGA to anyone who wants a quiet place to live with employees who truly care!

Havent had a single issue with staff since I moved in over a year ago. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been quick and efficient. I put in a request the other day and got repairs done the very next morning from a knowledgeable and friendly staff member.

I have been a resident for over 4 years , all I can Say is that all the workers are so friendly and they do their job pretty fast and always on it .Management has changed which I’m pretty happy about it because previous managers weren’t good or respectful .I love my apartment and love the new update buildings it looks way nicer than before .I recommend everyone who’s looking for apartments to checkout Glen apartments you won’t regret it .

The staff is absolutely Wonderful as well as very invested in their residents. These apartments are in a spectacular location, while surrounded by everything you could ever need, as well as a target 3 minutes away, the location is right next to cooper on a quite street. While it is a bit older & could use a few touch ups, this place is a stupendous place especially for your first apartment.

A beautiful community with an awesome management staff. The property is always maintained and recently had all their roofs replaced to ensure youre protected inside. Shannon and Shelly treats everyone like family there. You cant go wrong choosing Fielders Glen as your next home.

You couldnt ask for a better place to live in Arlington. Across the street from Target, 20 minutes from IKEA, and 5 minutes from Walmart. Theres good places to eat and the area is relatively quiet.Shelly and Pamela are pretty responsive to any requests you have. Maintenance is very quick and thorough. Throughout the process of applying, moving in, and now settling - things went by so smoothly. Id recommend anyone to live here.I would give six stars if they added recycling!

Ignore the name my nine-year-old son changed it and I cant change it back for 90 days but Id like to give the apartments five stars I was there for over 2 years and the managers are amazing very nice and organized and they make sure any of your work orders gets taken care of and the community is quiet.
