    Lived here for about a month now. It is extremely peaceful, quiet, and safe in the apartment complex. However I got a renovated unit with upgrades that could have been done better (landlord special paint job, weird gaps in floorboard, etc) but overall a great place to live.

    I love living here and new manager, Rebecca she listened, and she take care of things around here. She is amazing, awesome, and a great woman. I thank her for being our manager.     I have been a resident at Rise Oak Creek for a year, and I’m definitely glad to call this place home. The community is smaller so it has a more of a private feeling to it. There’s so many plus to name starting from the management. Rebecca the(property manager)and Adrien the(maintenance guy). So when it came to renewing my lease I didn’t second guess at all. So if you’re looking for something that’s close to everything this is the place for you . Safe, convenient location right here is it…, and I forgot to mention the amenities but you can check that out when you stop by and see for yourself….

    Review log - this is based on my current experience and will update if anything happens and if I remember todo so👍Move in date - 12/18/2024Entry #1 - Date: 01/16/2025Rise oak has a very nice area. quite, almost all the time, staff very friendly and responsiveAfter the first week, i noticed the refrigerator wasnt freezing or keeping cold temps that well so instead of freezing it was like 31°F so i put in a maintenance request and within 3 days it was replaced, put in a few other requests for some things like a dust collector for the dryer that was replaced within like 4 days, so all in all maintenance and service are on top of there game, office is doing really good about communications, always someone in the office when the office is supposed to be open and if you call theres a very high chance that theyll answer (had a problem like those at my old place) and they will send out emails with updates to times if there schedule is different for whatever reason. They also do some events it seems, just got a email today saying that theyll provide breakfast burritos tomorrow morning, so all in all Im very pleased with the current outcome of everything, currently 10/10 would highly recommend

    Been a resident for over a year now and no issues! Both maintenance and the front office are helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Rebecca in the front office has helped me tremendously and is very detailed and good at what she does!! I feel like I lucked out with this place. They have a lovely staff working here that takes care of both the property and its residents

    I genuinely love living here! I have to say the renovated apartments are so nice, the finish choices are definitely an upgrade and their contractors did a great job. I love the cabinets and stainless steel appliances, PLUS theres a washer and dryer included! After living here for a few months I can tell they take great care of their property and maintenance is fast! The sales people are also very friendly. 100% recommend!

    I’ve been a resident a little over 4 months and I love it here the office staff is very nice and sweet Rebecca is great caring, sweet, and very straight forward but in the nicest way love it! maintenance is quick and get things done FAST all around 10/10 for me !!

    Rise Oak Creek is a great place to live, it is a pretty quiet community and well kept as far as a clean property. And the manager Rebecca is very polite and professional and any issue that I have I know that I can come to her about it and she takes care of it right away. Maintenance is very quick to responding back to work orders.

    I love Cantebria Crossing! Is such a quiet, calm community, located in Bedford. We try our best to help our residents and keep them happy in our community.     Incredible!!!!!! I submitted an emergency to the maintenance request and Adrian came and helped fix it!!! I was shocked at how fast he is. Handicap and these people treat me like family!!! Very grateful to be here with then.

    Ive been a resident for almost 7 years now and the new management company has been outstanding. The office staff, especially Hannah is amazing. Her professionalism, work ethics, knowledge and enthusiasm for her job is priceless. The maintenance staff is the best Ive experienced since living here. They are friendly and timely in fulfilling work order request. This community has improved tremendously and I hope it continues to do so.

    I am a newer resident of only 6 months, but me and my family LOVE it. Very quiet and very well up kept! Hannah in the office is amazing and very reliable. I can depend on them to answer the phone or even communicate in text! Love how fast & efficient the maintenance team is also! I recommend the complex to any one who cares where they live!!

    Very nice and well kept. Affordable. Which is the key word of the day for a decent clean apartment these days. If there is a problem maintenance and office personal are fairly quick in solving any problems that arise in your apartment. Only complaint Id have is the dog poop you must look out for because of no designated area for dog owners for the dogs to defecate at away from the walk area and building of door entry ways. Otherwise nice swimming pool and barbecue area.

    Just moved in this week and so far everything is going great 👍 Yumir the assistant manager has been the one helping me throughout the entire process and shes been absolutely fantastic! Shes very friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns. Very nice office staff and quiet area with nice units. Will update as time goes on but it looks like this will be a good place to live.

    I love my apartment, I’ve lived here since 2009 and I just renewed my lease, staff is great and quick to attend my needs.. specially Flor and Yumir are very professional and Friendly with everyone.I definitely recommend to move here!!

    After living in this community for 5 years, I fully recommend being a resident at Rise Oak Creek. The new renovations with stainless steel fixtures and appliances definitely gives the luxury aesthetic. Having a washer/dryer in your apartment is a major plus! The community is great, the complex is always quite, clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing, they are always so helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff is awesome, they respond and fix any issues as quickly as possible. I recommend living here 100%.

    Flor and Bianca are nice , professional and always willing to help with any issues. Very nice, well kept, and affordable. If there is a problem maintenance and office personal are fairly quick in solving any problems that arise in your apartment. Its a quiet neighborhood and I love it here. I would definitely recommend moving here

    In the time Ive lived here ive been quit satisfied. Everyone around me is quiet and nice to live by, the apartments are kept up and if any issue arises, maintenance is easy to call and quick to fix an issue. Communication with management is good and the location is great, having many stores and restaurants very close to home.

    W.Turner and I’m a resident and I enjoy my two years of staying in this apartment complex. The front office people is very nice. Maintenance request is done a timely manner. The pool is open all year around. I just enjoy staying at Rise.

    Great service!! Yumir knows the property really well and very approachable. She plays no games as she gets the job done with patience and they actually ANSWER the phone!!! Always available when you need them!!! Staff is awesome and Im happy they worked with me to keep up the process and stay locked in. Try this place out as the ladies love their community and I cant wait to see what the outcome is.

    In my opinion I fully recommend living here. This apartment offer you everything you need to live chill and comfortable. The pool is always clean and beautiful. If you ever have maintenance problems they will always fix it as soon as possible. The internet is my favorite part. In the complex I lived before I always have to pay hundreds of dollars for my internet which sucks. This is why I love living here.     Well, People...5-star rating is because I LOVE IT HERE!The new Rise Management team is awesome...you know with a transistion, a change in staff will be on the menu, and the new Rise maintenance crew is out fixing things the previous owners ignored.I moved here from Chicago December 2022, began an extensive apartment community search, visiting many different community...but I knew when I entered the leasing office, this was IT! Blue is my favorite color so...no brainer.Come here and youll be happy if you decide this is IT too.Posted B: A resident since February 2023.

    I have lived at rise 8 yrs well they just took over Im 70 yrs old and technically challenged and the staff here have helped me so much Hannah did all my technology on my phone for me and sweet as pie to me never making me feel stupid Jennifer the manager is so sweet let me know when all my work is being done when they come and leave and she calls me with all information I feel very appreciated. We had 5 mangers before them no comparison really glad to live here that regional manager is also tall dark and gorgeous 🥰😍 signed Antoinette everett

    Been living here for more than a year now. There are definitely more pros than cons.- The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but the average noise from the occasional airplane, football game at the stadium, and/or traffic on the freeway can get a little annoying at times. Not at fault of the apartment owners, just something to consider regarding location.- Speaking of the freeway, I do really enjoy not having to drive very far to start my morning commute. It’s very close to on and off ramps, making the drive a breeze in the mornings.- When I initially moved in, there were many issues with the neighbors over at The Morgan apartments with them shouting at the top of their lungs and screaming at their kids. I voiced my concerns to the office, but there’s nothing they can really do about that. It has been a few months since I have heard noise from them, so I assumed they moved out or were told to be quiet. Either way, just keep that in mind if your unit is close to the fence dividing the two complexes.- Within the last year, I have had only a few maintenance issues. The oven and dishwasher both had problems upon move in (the dials were not working as they were supposed to). I rarely used the former, and the latter was something I could get over, so I never got them fixed until six months into my stay, I called about the oven so I could finally use it. About a few months ago, there was some construction happening in the apartment above mine and some water leaked through my ceiling and into my kitchen. Not to mention the terrible “nail-polish” smell coming from the finishing they were using on the bathtub upstairs (took several days to air it all out and I suffered massive headaches). There were all circumstantial things and I will not say that they happen on a regular basis. Standard apartment stuff. Nothing uniquely terrible. Also recently, the grounds team who cuts the grass cut the wires on mine and my neighbor’s AC unit accidentally causing the AC to go out during a hot Texas summer day. Despite all of this, the maintenance crew was quick and efficient with solving most of my problems. They had super good communication and are always friendly. My problems were not problems for long, and I thank the Cantebria staff for that.- That all said, these apartments are *OLD*. Squeaky ceilings. Outdated appliances. Yellowed light switch panels. The apartment staff has done a decent job at upkeeping maintenance on them, but it’s definitely a “won’t fix it till it breaks” sort of thing, so brace yourself if you happen to want to move here. You could have no issues at all, or a lot of issues.- Office staff is very friendly and understanding,- Valet service for trash is 95% followed through. I’ve had a couple of nights where I leave my trash out and they never stop by to pick it up, but recently it has gotten better.- Have not really experienced any crime here. Fairly safe neighborhood as far as I can tell.- Pests are minimal. So far I have only experienced the stray tiny roach or silverfish. Recently when Summer came around, there were a fair amount of gnats and wasps that occasionally hung out around my balcony.- Personal issue, but the toilet seats are not far people friendly. Small seat.-Overall, if you’re looking for mid-range affordable apartment prices in a convenient location, then this apartment is for you. Don’t expect pristine, high quality, but it’s acceptable and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon.❤️

    The new management at Cantebria Crossing has really stepped up their game. When I first moved in the old office staff was not very helpful and I ran into some issues with them. Now that Jamie ( new manager)is here, she’s been outstanding! The complex has never looked this great and she replies to tenants’ needs in a timely manner!

    Has gone down the drain ever since the management has changed! If I could leave today I would!! They lack communication and consistency about any and everything!Update: After having a long chat with management (Jamie) I was reassured that things will get better. A few months have passed and things have CHANGED for the better. I did not realize how bad things were before! They are doing an amazing job with this community!!

    I lived at the apartments for the last two years. Unfortunately I have to move out because I got a new job far away. The place is located in a nice town midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The apartments being older is really the only downside. The community is full of great people.I’d recommend these apartments based off my experience.
