From the moment I reached out, Sofia and Lucero were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made a significant difference in my experience.Additionally, I cant say enough about how helpful Julio and Adrian have been with my maintenance requests.     I can truly say I really appreciate the extremely hard work the staff in the office and the maintenance people put into this complex to make it a place that I am proud to call home. It really has a family feel here, and has improved much more than the last management staff that was here. There are always events sponsored to get us to meet & greet each other, and get us to know our neighbors. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is always expedited immediately (I like that) and they clean up behind themselves and leave it better than they found it (I love that.) Wherever you are living, you might want to consider being neighbors with US. Thank you office and maintenance staff, keep up the wonderful work! It is a very welcomed change and greatly appreciated.

    We had to find an apartment for our son in Dallas after a terrible experience with roaches at his previous place. We were extremely skeptical about what we would find, but we needed to move him out immediately. Thankfully, we came across Rise Highland Park through Google reviews, and it turned out to be the best decision!From the moment we walked into the leasing office, Sofia and Lucero were incredibly helpful. Sofia, in particular, made the entire process seamless—she was quick to handle approvals, responsive to all our questions, and genuinely attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for our son’s move-in and even followed up afterward.We started renting in December and have had a great experience so far. The team here truly cares about their residents, and we’re grateful for their professionalism and support. Highly highly recommend Rise Highland Park to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-managed apartment in Dallas! Great Management !

    I’ve been a resident since 2023 and have seen a huge turnaround since we got new management! Sofia and her team(Lucero, Adrian, and Julio) have truly been a blessing to the community. From keeping residents informed to making much needed improvements… I’m happy I decided to renew my lease! I especially love the fact that they are very inclusive! Whenever we get updates, management sends communication in both English and Spanish. Plus, they host monthly social gatherings which allows residents to stay connected to each other.I highly recommend renting at Rise Highland Park! You’ll be in the heart of Oaklawn plus you’ll get to experience Sofia and her amazing staff! They’re quick, friendly and always make you feel included. See you soon neighbor!

    Everything has been great since the takeover! Sofia is a breath of fresh air and is very attentive and offers a quick time response to any issues that I may have had. She is very patient and you can tell she cares about her residents. Lucero is also nice and welcoming as well. I am happy to have them here and feel much better about my stay at the property.

    Where do I start??For starters I’m a Michigan resident that had aspirations of moving to Dallas I don’t have the best credit but somehow with prayers and magic from Sofia she was able to get me approved for an apartment! I love my unit I have 0 complaints and she was patient with me, honest with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and set up to win with my transition to Dallas. Thanks Sofi

    I highly recommend living at Rise Highland Park. Location is amazing. Proximity to Love Field, uptown and downtown Dallas are mere minutes away. Short ride to area nightlife and restaurants. Whole Foods Market and Kroger are close by. Having Dallas Public Library Oak Lawn Branch is a great resource to have nearby. Plus, management team of RiseHP has been great at maintaining a positive relationship with their tenants. Donut give away, wine get togethers, patio decoration contests and even a can food drive during the holidays, all indicate that they are involved with the community. Upon moving away from the property, the mgmt team was great with my transition and I leave knowing how great it was to call this place my home. I highly recommend Rise Highland Park.

    I had a bathtub and shower wall that were in need of repair the previous maintenance guys just put a bandaid on the issue. Then come in the new management and two wonderful maintenance guys Adrian and Julio. They came in a replaced my tub fixed the sub floor and retiled the walls and did a wonderful job.

    Its amazing what a good property management company can do to improve the experience for our little community!! Karya has gone above and beyond to make me feel like LURE cares about me and my happiness... and also my health and safety during the current pandemic. Maintenance requests are completed super quickly, the staff is helpful and friendly. Its an older, quiet complex and very conveniently located. They continue to make improvements and renovations and seem to genuinely care about the feedback from tenants. Give them a try!!

    I lived at The Lure apartments from February 2018-February 2020. I can honestly say that this is the first time I have nothing negative to say about an apartment complex or its management company. The complex was always clean and the management company was always visible. I would still be there today if I hadn’t needed to relocate. The front office is full of real people who were never too busy to help me out. Maintenance was always responsive to requests and usually went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved. This isn’t the newest complex in the area, but you will not find a better value....period. From the management company to the maintenance department, you won’t find anything comparable to The Lure. And no, I have nothing to gain from leaving this review. Just know I’ve never thought “I’d lease from them again” about any complex. And I would lease at The Lure again tomorrow. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

    The managerial staff at Lure were very helpful. Shanika made sure our entire application process ran smoothly and was in contact with us through it all to help make sure any questions we had along the way were answered. I had heard nothing but good comments about them from current residents, which was definitely on display when we decided to move into here. Thanks to the Lure staff and thank you Shanika!

    I love the new management crew. Taylor and Cat have been very friendly and their new idea of social outings have been amazing. The events gave me opportunities to meet my neighbors. Also Joe and Andy the maintenance guys are super.Although, I did have some issues with a/c over the summer couple of times, Joe and Andy got to the problem quickly.

    I love these apartments! Ollie, at the front desk, was so helpful ensuring I found the perfect space. Since I moved in a few months ago, I have been pleasantly surprised how quiet the property is. Parking is great and any service calls I have placed have received a quick turnaround.

    I lived here for 5 years and absolutely loved it! So close to everything you need without the hassle of downtown traffic and congestion. Parking is a bit annoying but at least there is visitor parking. Rarely did it fill up.Maintenance team was always quick to respond and handle problems. I had my water heater go out and he stayed late to get me a new one installed.I would live here again if I moved back to Dallas :)

    This a great place to live because the area is quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, and the management team is awesome. The apartment complex hosted a pool party this summer. I had a great time meeting and getting to know neighbors living here. Come to the Lure. - ADJ

    Karya Property Management took over about a year ago and their entire on-site team is wonderful. They keep the property clean and are on a first name basis with the people in the community. If you want a a more personal place to live with nice people and a lovely creek, this is the place to be. It is convenient to all major roads.

    Lived here the summer of 2016. My experience with management was good but I would not rely on the coin laundry service they offer. Limited number of machines and they are tiny. Parking was a pain. Overall Id say this place is average but has a great location.
