I’ve lived at Rise Heather Ridge Apartments for quite a while now, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The management team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to creating a great living environment for the residents. Any minor issues I’ve encountered (which are normal in any apartment) have been addressed quickly and thoroughly.I’ve noticed a recent review from someone who seems quite upset with their experience. While I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, I couldn’t help but feel like their review crossed the line into something more akin to bullying rather than constructive feedback. Cyber bullying or resorting to name-calling doesn’t help solve problems—it only creates an unnecessary negative atmosphere. In my experience, the team has always been respectful and open to feedback, and it’s a shame that some residents might try to publicly shame hard-working individuals instead of working collaboratively to resolve concerns.Moving into a new home can sometimes come with minor hiccups, but the way you handle it makes all the difference. The staff here is more than willing to work with residents who communicate clearly and respectfully. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to approach it that way.In short, Rise Heather Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to live, and the staff does an incredible job maintaining the community and addressing any concerns quickly. If you’re looking for a welcoming, peaceful environment, I would highly recommend making this your new home!

I had such a wonderful experience moving into Rise Heather Ridge apartments! Monica, Orlando, and Yolonda were absolutely fantastic and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient with any questions I had. The customer service was top-notch, and I’m so happy with my new home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment with a supportive team!

November 2020:-----------------They have been very nice and informative. Cesar and Crystal have both been great.Im highly considering these apts but a bit iffy based on other reviews.And they have you wait outside bc of the virus, which is understandable.January 2021:--------------I decided to go ahead and lease here.Ive been here 3 months now, and its been quite nice. Any questions I have, they answer, and theyre nice also. I like living here so far. Its a nice quiet area despite it being close to the highway.I have had 0 issues, and Im content at my new home :)Update June 2022:-------------------Happy overall, but not happy how much the rent was increased. From $800, something to over $1,000. New management. Even tho they have done a lot of upgrades and cleaning, painting buildings, building dog area and adding nice grills and such by the pool, its still quite a gap increase for the same size units. The upgrades are your usual flooring, lighting, upgraded cabinets and appliances, back splash, and such but still the same size. Im sure the new tenants coming in will like it, too.Disappointed the gym has been closed most of the year and theyve only upgraded the windows. The pools are usually always closed due to previous management.It took them a whole year to get the pools fixed and opened. Same for the gym.June 2024 update:Lots of changes have happened. New management over and over throughout the years. All small issues before seem to be resolved :) which is appreciated bc a lot of apts ignore their tenants, but not these apts. These apts have been pretty good.

My stay at Rise Heather Ridge has been great the office staff Orlando, Yolanda & Monica have been very friendly all my concerns were addressed in a very attentive manner I noticed their is a review posted here by a current new tenant which I think is very rude to harass somebody when it can be addressed in a very attentive way, things like that doesnt resolve any issues other than make it worse I hope they can find peace in their heart and is able to give them a chance they will resolve any concerns as they helped me in the past. But anyways Rise Heather Ridge was a great place to call home I met friends with some residents here who have been staying for years I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a home!

I want to take this time t Thank the entire leasing staff. These guys are so amazing with answering questions and resolving any issues. I recently had surgery and they have not only fixed maintenance issues but also make sure as an amputee that I am ok by me being on the second floor, Monica has follow-up with me daily to update me on the status of a 1st floor becoming available. Thank you all so much Yolonda will bring any documents to me knowing that I am unable to walk at this time. Orlando has so much patience and is very helpful. Thank you all so much

I recently moved into Rise Heather Ridge, and it has been a good experience from the start. The leasing process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the friendly and professional staff. They were so accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered.The apartment itself is cozy. Its spacious with a modern design, high-quality appliances, and good location.The attention to detail in the design and layout is evident, making it a comfortable and stylish space to live in.One of the best aspects of living here is the amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area looks like it will be a great place to relax and socialize with other residents in summer. It was a great experience Monica took charge of everything, she was great! We walked around and took the tour and checked out the best for me. Then came back to the office and worked on all the paperwork which she gave great directions to complete. It was rather long so she offered water and chips, good stuff! I would say I have my totally respect for this new company that took over the property, I been living here for about 5 years and Ive never had someone listening to our complaints like Betsy and Monica. Last company wouldnt do anything about my neighbors dog barking at night, and after a talk that I had with them. They fixed it right away and since then I havent had a problem waking up in the middle of the night cause of my neighbors dog. Office staff are really kind and understanding, I am so glad they took over this property. They even respond messages at night! Communication is on point! I HIGHLY recommend this apartments to anyone! They are fixing all the problems that the other companies just dragged since years ago!

I have to update my previous review since the new company, Rise, took over, minor complaints, but as a whole the apartments have improved. Im updating this of my own accord, and before I read the other reviews.I asked them to fix the water leaking and causing a slip hazard in the parking lot and within a couple weeks of my ask it was resolved. The lack of safety lighting by the dog park was fixed within a couple months of my ask. The office manager understood my times of struggle and worked with me and I appreciate that more than anyone will understand, I went thru a traumatic life event that threw me into a risky financia situation, however the apartment assistant manager wasnt quite as empathetic and understanding, as I had kept in contact and was communicative with my ability to pay rent a couple weeks behind the due date by pounding on my door with NTV after having already paid the remainder rent that morning and walking into my apartment to leave the notice inside my door without permission to step inside while to her knowledge my son was home alone withy dog. (The remainder was 50%, I had paid 50% before the 1st and the rest on the 8th as promised) Not only did it freak my dog out, but scared my child, who was UNAWARE of my financial issues, and made him scared we were being kicked out. I watched as she entered, said oh, its you walked into my apartment with my son standing there and taped the notice to the inside of my front door and walk off. Nothing like, hey there kid, can you give this important paper to your mother, dont worry, you arent going to be homeless or something empathetic.Be that as it may, the office manager was apologetic and stated we were valued tenants (my son and I), and to stick to promises, which I did.If there was more empathy from the assistant manager this would likely be a 5 star review, based on their diligence of fixing things around the complex. Im sure Im not the only one to have made these maintenance requests, but still, Im impressed.Now, if only rent was equal to my units quality level, in regards to updating all the old and run down things Im seeing being updated in the units people are moving out from. Id be ecstatic. (Scroll to the post with the 89 photos, that is an accurate depiction of my unit too. Identical)-----------------------------------The review below is for Western Wealth Communities, and I still feel the exact way about that company:ABHORRENT, PREDITORY.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER YOUR CAR ON THE VIP PARKING WEBSITE!!! THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX MAKES LITTLE TO NO EFFORT INFORMING THEIR TENANTS OF THIS. THE ARE 100% IN CAHOOTS WITH APOLLO TOWING SERVICE.Firstly, the person I dealt with in the office was definitely not an empathetic or caring person, she for sure should not be in customer service running an office of a place where people literally live.I walked in almost crying and her cold reaction as if she could not even care one iota, as if my major tragedy Im my life was SUUUCH an inconvenience, and left definitely crying.They were supposed to email about itapparently which I never got, the papers they left on the door never got to me, the posted signs were incredibly small, and werent very clear because they spoke only of visitors parking and the rest was in Spanish -and the instructions to find the English version said to look at the front board, but apparently the front board meant adjacent, either way its difficult to explain without pictures... It DEFINITELY seemed like they were purposefully trying to make sure that you did not see or understand it so that your car ended up towed.I am a single mother and that was my only means of transportation, I used it to make money and now I cant afford to get it out of tow so now not only in my car lost, but my car the one that I spent thousands of dollars on, something that I took pride in is now sitting in some tow place, having been legally stolen for ransom.

Had the best apartment showing today!I spoke to Delores yesterday about viewing one of their apartments and she was very friendly and helpful.Today, she took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient. She was very personable and pleasant! By far the best property management interaction I’ve had.Looking forward to living at Heather Ridge Apartments.P.s.. not paid for this. I just think it’s just as important to share the positive feedback as it is for the negative.

From the time that I stepped foot into the leasing office for my appointment, the office staff were so kind, friendly, and professional. I was actually just window shopping for apartments to see what would be best for me. As soon as I saw the model that was shown to me, I knew it was the place where I wanted to be. It seems that it’s a quiet neighborhood and not a bunch of stuff going on. The application process that was supposed to take 24-48 BUSINESS hours, only took me 2 hours. I was taken by surprise. I’m incredibly impressed that everyone is professional and the place looks exactly what is on the website. I totally recommnd the apartment complex. ☺️

I had two different units over the 2 years I was here and I really have 0 complaints honestly. The only thing that could’ve made it better is if the 8ft pool stopped closing down 😅

Looking for an apartment is never easy. Driving to look at them is such a task. I called Heather Ridge and heard the best customer service when answering my call with thank you for choosing Heatger Ridge and said her name. I felt very welcomed. She took her time and was patient with my 100 questions and I loved how she described the apartment starting from the front door to every room, bathroom and even the location of the actual apartment. This experience was awesome. They have definitely moved to the top of my list..Don’t let the other reviews discourage you!The new management goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like a welcomed resident.

The apartment I stayed in was the best still a little out dated but...... No problem with loud noise, or crazy neighbors or infestation. People didnt bother your packages left on your door. Maintenance finished orders in timely manager. No I wasnt paid for this I genuinely enjoyed my time living there. Dont know much about the new management but very nice Mrs Garcia was very gracious.

They are the best I had a minor issue with the towing.. I called the manager Delores and was fixed that same day matter of fact less than 3 hours,communication is the key speak with them let them know what’s going on and they will literally do everything in their power to help..this type of service I would not have got fixed anywhere else. I’m very grateful to live here.…I really enjoy it here, they keep it clean, very quite which is a plus and very peaceful for my son and I.They do activities for families for the kids I think it’s pretty cool of them🤎

I put in a maintenance request to correct water pressure in shower, and the maintenance team were quick to action, abdtook care of the issue within a few days. Changed out my shower head and everything--I was going to request that they do that. Glad to see the turnaround of what I walked into come into manifestation, slowly, but surely. Still have a couple other issues to be addressed that hopefully I can get taken care of soon. Great job maintenance team!

This is an edited review bc the ownership changedIm changing my review from the old owners that ripped me off by stealing my car legally by using a tow company. I could never afford to get it out. It ruined my life for a while. It was messed up. They were called western wealth communities.So far I have no issues with this new ownership of Rise. They actually sent me the email I needed when changing the way parking was operated, vs the last company didnt notify me and stoley car.Rise has been quick with their maintenance and actually fixing things, last company barely put any money into fixing things, so I just had to deal with nasty stuff with temporary fixes.I will update after they have owned the property longer.

Last month freezing temperatures caused some damage to the water pipes In my apartment which resulted in flooding in my apartment. I called Mr Tony who quickly came to the rescue, his swift response prevented further damage to my personal property, he stopped the flooding and got people to clean up the apartment. Mr Tony and his crew fixed all the damages and my apartment is brand new again. I appreciate your fine work, thank you 👍👍

I am a long term resident here at heather ridge, I see alot of bad reviews for a place I call my Home and it makes me upset because not all of these reviews are true, My apartment is NOT infested with roaches and I have never seen a roach or a rodent. We live in texas where water bugs (different then roaches) are sometimes seen in occasion depends on the season. I think it all comes down to the sanitation in/of your apartment, and even tho i dont have roaches i do ask to be put on pest control every once a month to avoid having this happening. (they come spray every monday if asked to be sprayed) also i have noticed that the ladies in the office have changed quite a few but i personally think just recently with the new manager in the office i believe her name is tracy, has been making a few changes that can make our home a more clean property!!!!! They are not open 24/7 ( i seen a review about this) which makes me wonder what other properties are open 24/7???? none at all lol but they are open SEVEN days a week which is way more than other properties (usually open 5 or 6 days), I dont like that they are old school and dont have online payment sent up but its okay, ive gotten used to this and just make sure to be on time to avoid being charged late fees of ANY KIND. I take pride in my home and we should all take care of it!!!!
