I’m a young single mother, my daughter and I have lived here for 3 years. I’ve never had such a supportive, friendly staff, who really cares and goes out of their way to meet our needs and wants. The property grounds are very greatly kept, service is so great. Katrina has worked with our family for years and she’s the sweetest, and so caring. The staff is great at what they do and they have made our living here amazing. Great place to live!

I moved in here in November. I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments. They’re super understanding as long as you communicate. The office staff is also very nice and professional. I had to put in a maintenance request a couple months ago due to a plumbing issue and they fixed it almost immediately. Highly recommend these apartments, Great area as well!

I have lived at Rise Creekside for four years, and I love it here. The property is very well maintained and is beautiful, with constant updates and improvements, which is as important to me as my apartment concerns. When property company management changed to Rise Creekside, I was concerned. But, I have been very impressed with the “new look” Rise Creekside has made to our apartment property….so nice! Renee, our manager, and her staff do a great job of taking care of maintenance requests, having activities for residents, and addressing any issues you might have and solving them. When you go to the office, Renee and her team are approachable, so helpful, and is supportive. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

My wife and I have been here almost 5 years. Maintenance is on point anytime we have had an issue it has been addressed. The office staff is always professional and polite. The school district is one of the best I would definitely recommend this place for new familys, you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I have lived here for about 2 years, going on 3, and have loved living here. From the pool, to the gym, to the community as a whole, Rise hits the mark! There’s a beautiful pond in the back stocked with some pretty meaty fish, beautiful trails that walk around the pond and through the woods, a park for the kiddos, and an area for the dogs to play! The maintenance guys are friendly and quick to answer calls. The front desk ladies, specially Monica, never fail to meet our needs. They recently renovated all the buildings, including the clubhouse, and continue to make improvements to the already impressive property. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better first time renting/apartment experience! We’re grateful for Rise, Monica, and our community for making apartment renting an absolute dream for us!

We have lived at rise at creekside for about 2 years now and have absolutely loved being apart of the community. The grounds are very well kept, maintenance is quick and efficient, and all of our neighbors are kind and helpful when needed! The ladies working the front desk, specially Monica, have made living here a dream! She’s quick to help, always answers our calls, and is genuinely a sweet soul. My husband and I couldn’t have gotten a better experience, this is our first time renting, we’re newly wed, young, and have never lived in an apartment before! IT’S summmmmmer! it’s giving gym + pool vibes!Like me, your mental/physical health and safety is important and you will find that here at Rise Creekside. Also, it’s affordable!You can’t beat that!Come lounge in/by the pool or I’ll see you in the gym!PS- It doesn’t matter if you are single, coupled up, or have a beautiful family! Ive been here for 13+ months and it’s always been a great, safe, comfy, friendly space for all!PLUS, we are near Buc-ees,Tanger Outlet, PJs Coffee, DFW Adventure Park, Canes, Texas Roadhouse, Hawaiian Falls Water Park and so much more! Lastly, Texas interstate 114 is only a few miles away and makes it easier to get to surrounding areas such as Dallas, Grapevine, and Irving just to name a few!Trust me you didn’t see this review by chance! My name is Gena and I have lived at this place for about a year. I never write reviews for anything but I am writing one for this complex. Renee and Katrina are the absolute best! I’m a divorced single mom with three kiddos and they have supported me from day one and lifted me up. I have never had any maintenance issues. My apartment is beautiful and any questions or concerns I have had, Renee and Katrina have always helped me. They are true angels. There needs to be more complexes like this one and people in the world like Renee and Katrina.

Beautiful apartments. I love the upgrades. This apartment community has a lovely atmosphere. You can walk down to the lake on site and fire up the grill and fish! Playground and pet play area too. The staff will go over and beyond for the residents. The Manager Renee Paul puts so much effort into making this community family friendly for its residents.

Katrina is fantastic. I moved in recently and despite their being some miscommunication about the type of apartment I was getting, she did everything she could to resolve it and get it fixed as soon as possible. She gave me a little gift basket upon moving in, and you can truly tell that she cares about her residents. I am so excited about living here and can truly say it already feels like home. I appreciate Katrinas hard work and her putting her residents first and always trying to make them happy. :)

Prices are competitive to the area & moving in was a breeze. The front office is attentive and always incredibly nice. The managers even walks around and picks up trash themselves. The Maintenance is timely and helpful. The grounds are always clean and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. There are two playgrounds, two dog parks and two fishing trails on site with a lovey wooded area in the back to explore. Just resigned my lease, and when I noticed a discrepancy on my bill - not only did they credit it same day, they also noticed my water bill seemed high and helped me out no questions asked. The management company and leasing staff alike have been nothing but good to me and I feel blessed to have found them.

Ive been here 3 years now, just signed another 1 year lease. I honestly dont have much to complain about. Ive seen quite a few office personnel come and go, most have been very nice and helpful. Renee is currently the manager and she is very nice, knows me by my name which is pretty cool. When it came time to renew my lease (this year and last), Renee kept my rent close to what it was when I moved in, AND left me with 2 covered parking spots for free, love that!Creekside has recently painted the whole complex, including the covered parking spaces. Added a small dog area by the pond, a small playground, and a nice outdoor patio/grill area. My balcony faces that and the pond so its a nice view. All in all I am happy here, its about as good as apt living can get in my opinion.The reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the units are outdated (built in 2000), so my appliances arent that great, and my utility and water bill are a little higher then what I expected. My utility bill runs from $90-$150, depending on the time of year. Water runs about $50. Its a 2 bed, 1 bath, just me and a roommate. But it looks like all the units are being updated as tenants move out, so maybe youll have better appliances then I have now.

I’ve been making this my home for the last 4 years. And even though I have to move on I will miss the staff and community. Maintenance has always been pretty quick to in getting things done and work around my sleep schedule and my dying son. The office staff was always there to help me out through things that I needed to get done and answer all my questions. The staff has been trying to get better valet service, and there are a few issues of pet owners not picking up after their pets. The gym is always clean and safe. All in all this is a quiet community to be in.

It’s not on time how it was when I moved in. They show up at 3am instead of 7 pm as stated per the let. But overall, great staff and I love being here.

Creekside at Northlake has my heart. I raised my two boys here; we lived here for a total of 4 years. Our apartment (3X2) was very spacious, with plenty of room in their rooms for toys and such. The grounds were always very clean and maintenance promptly replied to any requests. They had lots of resident functions in the clubroom, so I got to know my neighbors. The school district is great, and the bus picked the kids up right in front of the office. We all have very fond memories of our time at Creekside.

Ive enjoyed my stay at Creekside since 2013. Quiet community close to pretty much anything you need. Easy to get on the interstate and go to work. Staff are always nice and happy to help resolve pretty much any issue they can. The walking trail around the pond is nice as well as the playground and dog park they recently added!

I will give Creekside five stars, no problems the year I lived there, they even gave me a good price for an apartment across from the pound. No crime of loud music either and were on top of their game when something broke or needed help.

Beautiful place, always clean, I have lived here for three years, I have been in other apartments and the treatment with the managers is super limited, on the other hand here the manager Renne super friendly, very helpful and for me that is very important, like all Workers here super attentive to the needs of each family in the condominium, they deserve 100 guys !!!!
