I have lived and worked on this property and its fantastic. Cindy and Candace are the friendliest office staff. Any maintenance issue is always taken care of quickly. Highly reccommend.

My coworker recommended this property as I am new to Texas. I called and set up an appointment to look at a unit that day. I was also given the option to check out two of their sister properties which were close in proximity and within my price range. Cindy & Candace were both super helpful and knowledgeable. I found the perfect unit and applied the same day. Thankfully the application process was super easy and I heard back in a day. My family moved in and we love it here. It’s peaceful and safe and the property is well maintained. The lawned areas are always manicured and the pool is sparkling. I’m really satisfied with the laundry room. It’s always clean and available 24/7 and priced well. I’m able to start my machines via an app and it lets me know when the cycle is complete. I highly recommend this property especially if you have children. They are family oriented and do fun competitions and the staff is so nice

My daughter and I have lived here at Ridgeway for several months now. We love it! The staff is great. Office personnel as well as maintenance are always helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced complex, I would definitely recommend RIDGEWAY!

Great management! While the buildings are old, theyre very serviceable. Whenever I have an issue management is very quick to act and keep me apprised of progress. Theyre very friendly, easy to talk to, and Ive never had an issue with them. This will be my 3rd year staying here, and its a pretty decent place.

Been here for almost a year and cant say nothing bad about it. If I did have any issues with maintenance they would come and fix the issue on a timely manner. Cant say nothing bad about it.

From the time we went and viewed the apartment until getting the keys it was an amazing experience. Candace and Cindy very friendly and helpful and professional. Moved in and we are please with the aparmtent and the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful

Been living here for 6 years now. The team is great maintenance is incredible & they really do care about there tenants. The only complaint is that the rent is increasing way to im high. Even the small bedrooms are starting off at $900 thats not worth a small apartment space. Other than that its a great quite location.

I have lived a little over a month and have no complaints, it’s quite and peaceful!! No problem with the apartment and the stuff are all very polite and welcoming!!
