Canae Hamilton: Ive lived here about 19 years and I love it here. The residence is always maintained well and the managers have always been great! Stephanie is a great new manager. She is SO nice and also puts together a ton of cool gatherings, and she puts so much work into everything. The people are nice, its a beautiful property, Id definitely recommend these apartments to anybody.

I visited this property to apply for an apartment, and the manager Stephanie was very helpful, very nice, & very courteous. I was advised there was a waiting list and she was happy to place me on it, the apartment community itself is very inviting and warm. Even though she did not have any vacant units to show me, she explained what they look like in detail and offered a showing of the outside amenities. I would personally recommend this complex to anyone who asks.

I have lived here for 3 years and I will be moving at the end of the year. I must confess that no matter where you live ,whether it is in an apartment complex or a rental house, there will always be some issues. In my 3 years of living here I can say overall it has been good. It is a quiet neighborhood and I have never had an issue with anyone. The staff is great to work with and I if there is an issue with anything that needs repairs they are prompt at getting it resolved. Also, the property is well maintained. The grounds are kept clean and the yard maintenance is usually done on a weekly basis during the spring through summer . Overall it has been a joy living here.

Ive been a resident I hear in ridgeview townhouses going on 9 years everything is nice quiet and the landlord we have Stephanie she is very nice and we appreciate people like that is being nice out here in the resident and when we turn in stuff need to be fixed she get right on it and they are good by coming and fixing stuff in our apartment we couldnt ask for nothing else better and Stephanie have a blessed day
