    Hector is absolutely fantastic! He did everything he could to get our fridge working again and when it wouldn’t, he immediately replaced it. He even gave us his cell phone number so we could contact him if we had any issues. We love Hector!

    Belinda was instrumental in helping my girlfriend and I find the perfect apartment. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, making sure to listen to our needs and preferences. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to find a place that fit all of our requirements.One thing that really stood out to me was Belindas willingness to offer us a tour of the actual apartment we would be renting. Although we were short on time and couldnt take her up on the offer, I appreciated her thoughtfulness in wanting us to have a better feel for the space.Im happy to report that so far, our new place has been great. Its clean, spacious, and best of all, no roaches! I truly believe that Belinda played a crucial role in helping us find this gem of an apartment. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and dedicated real estate agent. Thank you, Belinda, for all of your help!Cons:-No bathroom vent-Some stuff wasn’t centered (maintenance came by and fixed it)-Water heater is shared so warmer water towards the end of the day-Spiders in the storage room (i sprayed it with bug spray myself)

    The leasing office has been great. Alexia the property manager has been great. She has made our experience living here amazing. Every single morning the maintenance team is out cleaning the entire property and looking after the property. The maintenance team are quick to respond within the same day, if not within minutes. They are quick to assist the resident. I’ve lived here since 2019, only had to visit the leasing office maybe 2-3 times and each time the staff there have been very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in an apt.

    Ive lived here for three years, and the management through S2 seems to be really good! There can be frequent turnover but Destiny the manager was so helpful after storm damage, following up, checking for mold after a roof leak, treating it even though nothing was found. Overall a nice place!

    My boyfriend and I came to Richmond Apartments last Thursday to tour and we were approved and moved in within a couple days. Belinda was amazing throughout our whole experience. She was wonderful showing us around the complex and answered any questions we had. Her effective communication and understanding is absolutely amazing.     Our units roof was hit by our neighbors chimney after a really bad storm and caused enough damage to make our apartment unlivable. The property manager Trayce Allen helped us get moved into a new unit and even provided us with movers! They really took care of us! They gave us several options and worked with us to find a solution they benefited both sides!

    I had a great experience with Belinda , she was very kind and sweet. My move in transitioned went very well no issues at all , and when I did and needed maintenance, it was taken care of very efficiently &’ in a timely matter.     Richmond is a wonderful place to be for so many reasons. Its very well maintained community, very clean, fully staffed, and ready to go. What I love about Richmond is that its convenient, quiet, and safe place to live.Most importantly all staffing are working efficiently.     Your original proposal was much more than l could afford, living on a fixed income. I was ready to move out when we were able to able to negotiate a suitable agreement. I hope the same holds true next year. I have lived here 7 years.

    I’ve been in this apt complex since 2020. I loved the original owners, they were GREAT! Then a new company , Richmond, took over… at first I had my reserves about them. It was a lot of construction but the end result after a while def paid off visually for sure. I didn’t like the communication at first but it’s expected with such a drastic change. What really stands out is that I was hit by a drunk drive in Dec and they have worked with me to make sure I sure I had a place still after not working for months. My mother also lives in this complex, she had hardships with losing her sister and taking off ALOT to help with her sister… she fell behind and after talking to them myself, they allowed me to put a plan in play to save my mothers living. I appreciate that. Thank you. You never know what people are going through and being a human being to those people changes peoples views.

    I have recently moved into The Richmond as of 3 weeks ago. BELINDA IS AMAZING! She did all of the work. Everyone else in the office, including the property manager is sub par. I was supposed to move into another and walked it much to my dismay. It was a thrown together and sad attempt at a renovation. But, Jessica gave me a unit that looked so pretty and was the one I chose. Belinda worked so hard to make sure the unit had all of the fixings including all new appliances for me to move in. Belinda is such a gem and is the glue keeping the office together. Belinda, keep being you! You are amazing!

    I love living here ! Ask for Belinda, she’s so sweet she deserves a raise ! I moved in recently & the few small things I asked to be fixed were fixed in literally a day & all at the same time ! No parking stickers , you can control the air and lights from your phone , & all of my appliances are renovated! If you’re debating on coming DO IT !

    I came in to talk to management about the children in the community causing problems. They were busy so I was asked to have a seat. I saw person after person come in to speak with her and as the office came to a close and I was expecting to hear come back tomorrow. Instead, she stayed and did not rush me when speaking to her. She even personally offered to fix my problem since maintenance had gone and did so. Not one time did she rush or say we will take care of it tomorrow.

    I visit here on December 27, 2022, Linda and Ruth were amazing! I wanted to steal them; take them to any property, I could find to lease. Mature, confident, professional, secure, and willing to help! Been having a tough time leasing apartments. They were so gracious! I wish, there was a unit suitable for me and my daughter. Their upgraded units are remarkable!

    5/14/2022 update:I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. Its been peaceful these last two years, the front office staff have been kind and courteous, and its an affordable place to live, for now at least. Im hoping with the installation of new smart locks wont increase rent too much when its time for me to renew, but hearing from other residents and seeing the current prices listed, I dont know if this place will be as affordable as it has been these last few years.7/23/2020 update:Management seems to have improved, the lease renewal process was painless, and my previous neighbors had moved out so this place is pretty peaceful. The maintenance man here is one of the biggest perks, he comes out same day, wears a mask, answers any questions I have, and even educates me on common fixes I can do myself. I cant recommend him enough. All-in-all, life at Lincoln Crossing has been pretty good since my previous neighbors moved out, heres hoping it stays this nice in the next year.Decent prices and great accommodations, but the sound insulation between upper and lower unit apartments leaves a lot room for improvement. Hardwood floors and low ceilings on first floor apartments really bounces sound back up to upper units. So if you get some neighbors that are louder than the average bear, you are out of luck until you can move. If its worth the gamble to you, go for it.

    Living since last 1 year, at start had issue as my appartment did not have wifi connection of spectrum, but then got t mobile wifi home and it works very smooth. Other than that all the maintenance job or trash pick up all on time. Happy living

    Started here when it was Lincoln crossing and I want to say everything was really great management and communication wise. But since the new management Tanya is the one I have been meeting most and she’s great. Thank you Tanya, but from a general perspective communication has been horrible they barely communicate any changes. For example with old management we had like untill the 5th to pay our rents but new management changed it to the third and no one was told till you fall for it and that’s not right. Also the almost 20% increase in rents especially in units that were not renovated doesn’t make sense and that’s forcing a lot of people out. painting the natural beautiful bricks kinda made it looks bad in the eyes.

    I moved into Lincoln Crossings in November 2018. I was a brand new resident to Texas and had actually found this apartment complex after a vigorous search online. I was away on a work contract in New England, and after reviewing numerous complexes online, I settled on this one. While away on a work contract, I was able to take care of all the paperwork and business both over the phone with the courteous staff and via email. The staff was even kind enough to send recent pics of the apartment I was moving into. When I arrived with my son, I was blown away at how lovely my apartment was!! My balcony is with the trees was simply beautiful, even for late fall. The trees still had leaves and I wasn’t expecting that considering I moved from up north. Since moving in, I’ve really come to LOVE my apartment🤩the staff is ON IT, with all the maintenance, pest control, and trash pick up. Until I am able to find a house, this will be my home!

    Pros:- New and upgraded smart lock in all homes- Ease of parking- Great move in process, initial tour was also a positive experience- Staff does take action when noise complaints are made- Family friendly- Convenient location- I do feel safe in my area- Many eatery options nearby, even walking distance- Dumpster is never too full or left alone long enough to the point of smelling horriblyCons:- Little to no communication from the staff when you need something from them- Apartment is on the older side (thin walls/floors)- My balcony railing is unhinged and shakes aggressively. Im pretty sure I will be charged for it even though I have never used my balcony for leisure.- Terrible neighbor (only one managed to make my experience uncomfortable. Thankfully they moved out!)- Trash valet does not always pick up the trash and we dont receive notifications so I think the office does not know when they dont come when they are supposed to- Maintenance or the workers who installed the new smartlock took away everyones trash bins that were outside of our apartments and did not put them back....- There is a HUGE carpet stain in my bedroom to which I do not care for since I put my bed over it, but Im 120% sure they will charge me for it- Does not offer ATT Fiber :(- Ethernet port is only in the living room- My smart hub was installed right next to the kitchen sink......-2 stars for poor communication. I could care less about amenities and other trivial things, but communication and your rapport with your tenants is SUPER important.Heres to hoping the move-out process is just as easy as moving in, and that they dont con me into keeping my deposit!2/2 update:Now that the winter storm has come, I remember how I stayed warm and alive during last years winter storm! I have added an extra 1 star.Lincoln crossing has been amazing. If you have kids, or looking for a safe community thats easily accessible, dont hesitate and just move in!

    I have been in and out of these apartments many times over the years and have always been impressed with nearly every aspect of them. Its a slightly older property but to me that just provides more character. The grounds are always well-maintained and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I see a few negative reviews but of course those are always just the sour grapes. You know people who did something wrong and this is their only way to get back at the property. My personal experience has been very very good. I would recommend these apartments to nearly anyone. I know that since I was last there, they have done upgrades to the apartments. My friend lived there in one of the upgraded apartments and it was pretty incredible.

    These apartments are a great deal! They are really nice for the price and the amenities that are included. We’ve found that maintenance requests are resolved the same day, if not a day later. Cecelia was great in helping us transfer units within the complex on a short notice and expedited the process so that we could move within roughly two weeks of notifying them (We were living on the third floor and wanted a first floor unit since we’re expecting a baby soon).

    This apartment complex is really amazing. It is SUPER quiet everywhere you go and you can almost never hear neighbors. There is a small dog park, tennis/basketball court outside, a small gym, a good size pool with hot tub, and two grills that we can use. The only reason it lost a star is because the management was a little unorganized and my door had one slight problem when I first moved in. I would highly recommend Lincoln Crossing, or at least checking it out. They show you actual units when you visit and not some perfect room no one ever stays in. I guarantee youll be impressed.

    We just recently moved to Lincoln Crossing from a complex we were very dissatisfied with but had lived at several years. Moving from there to here was truly like going from dark & dreary to very bright & cheery!! We truly love it here!! The apartment community is nice, quiet, friendly & we feel welcome & safe here. The grounds are pretty, well kept, relaxing, & we feel very comfortable here. All the office staff, maintenance & grounds keepers are very friendly, efficient & great!! We are close by to just about everything you could want or need but just far enough away from the hustle & bussle of big city life here at Lincoln Crossing. So happy we can now call Lincoln Crossing home! I would definitely recommend Lincoln Crossing to anyone looking for a nice apartment community to call home.

    Great place to live. Not just for tenants but dog owners and their pets. Has amenities for children to play on as well. The office staff and managers are top notch and very approachable.     Lincoln Crossings at great place. I love how the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The dog park is fantastic and theres always lots of friends there for your dog to play with. I like they have multiple pools to be at and the people that live there very friendly as well. So if youre looking for a place to live go speak to Madi in the front office she is a sweetheart.

    I was supposed to move here from Chicago for a job. Nakia was so polite, patient, and understanding. She helped me find an apartment with all the amenities I wanted inside of my price range.But when I was relocated, I never got the chance to move in and thus had to cancel my application and Nakia was still patient and understanding! I am a little sad that I didnt get the chance to move here bc Im sure it would be amazing.

    I just want to say thank you to Marquita, she went above and beyond for me when i moved in almost 3 years ago i was paying 1350 then after a year 1500 thats because i was on a month to month after my lease and now this year 1755 i was so upset because this was way out of my budget i would of ended up getting a evicted or broken lease if it was not for Marquita but after going to the office and talking to them and speaking with ms. sikes she was able to help me get my rent back down to what i was use to paying i could not be greatful enough i love the neighborhood especially the schools, so thank you so much Marquita for all your help i greatly appreciate you.

    Lincoln Crossing is a great place for anybody. It has 2 pool/1 Jacuzzi, a basketball court, tennis, a dog park, Free Laundry rooms, etc.Ive always enjoyed the ladies and gents in the leasing office. Theyre always helpful, outgoing, and you can grow great relationships with them if you stay at Lincoln Crossing.

    This my second time in these apartments, best about is the staff they are incredible and very helpful. Units are well maintained, they are quick to respond for maintenance. And they partner with lot of companies to be there to address many day to day needs

    Lincoln Crossing is a quiet place to call home. Its close to everything yet far enough to keep those unwanted just stopping by at bay. I enjoy the amenities such as valet trash, parcel pending, gift wrapping center and I plan to use the home cleaning service for the holidays.

    Thank you lincoln crossing! Can not Express how great this complex is. The only downside Ive found is its a little secluded so delivery drivers have a hard time locating the place. Staff is fantastic and helpful. The Hispanic mantince guy is always super helpful and very friendly 10 out of 10

    Lincoln Crossing is definitely a Nice place to live in. Good location, in a quiet neighborhood; good price, infrastructure is ok too. The furnitures in the apartment could be newer though, but it’s not a big deal.

    The competition was close and I took a lot of things into consideration but what it boiled down to was my experience and how I was taken care of. Madi Zwernemann was by far the most welcoming outta all the leasing professional I came in contact with and because of her I gladly signed my year lease.
