While the apartments might be a bit older, the sense of community and the responsiveness of the maintenance team make it a great place to live.The neighbors are friendly, and the staff is always helpful. Any maintenance issues lve had have been resolved quickly and efficiently, they truly embrace pets - its a huge plus! Its a comfortable and welcoming place for both me and my furry companion. Looking for an affordable, pet-friendly place with a great community? Richland is a great option!

I love these apartments!!! The property is beautiful and clean with a huge pool and matured trees. It is a quiet property and very safe. The managers of this complex really take pride in it and it shows. They have a fast maintenance staff that comes when you call. I have yet to have a problem here and I really love the peace and comfort that comes with living here. Roger and staff are all amazing and helpful. I would recommend 10/10!!

Richlands apartments have always been so kind to me. Whatever issue I have ever had the team made it better. This an awesome property who genuinely cares. I work in the same field and let me tell you they take care of residents. I truly love being here and I love my apartment. I don’t have any issues. No bugs or anything. Washer and dryer in an apartment even better. Richlands is a great place to be at! Love Richlands and Nicole and Rodger. Thank you for all you do!

I have been a resident here for over 2 years. People are very friendly and the management is wonderful. The apartments are larger than most in San Antonio! My favorite thing about the Richland are the large oak trees all over the property which provide lots of shade!

I have been living here for 7 months and I absolutely love it! The complex is always so clean and staff members are the sweetest. The staff always communicates and keeps us updated with any upcoming events or things going on at the property. Really makes living here feel like home.

My family and I lived at The Richland for a little over 3 years and could not have been happier. Maintenance is absolutely incredible and the office staff, though different pretty often, are always friendly and very helpful. Also, online bill pay and work requests was convenient since we kept the same hours as the office. The grounds are almost always kept nice and clean and they are always doing something to improve the property which is reassuring to know the money you pay every month is being put back into your home and community. Our only reason for leaving was because we bought a home.Complaint wise, my only issue was that I was charged for carpet replacement even though they were going to replace the carpet with vinyl anyway as an upgrade. But overall, it was a great experience and if I were to recommend any apartment complex, it would absolutely be The Richland. Thank you for providing us with a safe, beautiful, and comfortable home during our stay with yall!

I never wouldve moved here if I had read the comments. But I didnt read the comments, and I gotta say, I like living here. Its within the city, but the complex itself is so separate from the main road that you dont have to deal with the obnoxiousness that normally comes from living ON THE MAIN ROAD. The old management never really got anything done, and they would charge the tenants for any little thing. My lease is up in November, but Im already talking with them to renew my lease, just in a smaller unit since I wont have roommates. The management is cool, they fix things fairly quickly, the complex is in a great location, and the other tenants dont make much noise.

We strongly recommend this place. It has a peaceful and safe feeling w/lots of shade under oak trees, well maintained landscape, and a beautiful swimming pool area.It’s very conveniently located near the medical center, shopping stores, dining places, pharmacies, fuel & car wash stations, etc... not far to major highways (Loop 1604, 410, I-10).We’re very happy with our apt. floor plan & amenities, which also include an open great room, open bar off kitchen, spacious kitchen pantry, full size W/D connections in space off kitchen, spacious walk-in closets, nice track lighting above dry bar, spacious storage room on patio, and the nice, peaceful outdoor view from sliding doors off great room & master bedroom.Leasing office staff are friendly & very helpful. The assistant manager, Roger does an excellent job showing their model apt., explaining and answering all questions regarding their property, amenities, floor plans, and any applicable move-in specials. Manager Nicole has also done a great job managing & overseeing this property and all of her property team members.

I have been here for a couple of months and everything is great. The setup is updated and clean and the perfect size for myself. Other residents that I have came across is very nice and mainly keep to themselves. I even had packages delivered to wrong unit and the resident took her time to give me the packages! I have requested maintenance for a small repair on the resident app and the service was complete the next day. All the employees here, especially Nicole, have been a great help and truly care about the residents here at Richland. I can picture myself being here for a little while and happy to call Richland my home.

They do struggle to keep the pool clean and it is sometimes aggravating when you want to go swimming but this is new management and they are doing all they can to revamp the place and get it going forward. It has beautiful trees and nice grounds, it is tucked away but convenient to the major roads. It is quiet and peaceful and I feel safe here. The apartments are large and there are built ins. It is not your cookie cutter, builder beige buildings plunked down in the middle of a parking lot. It feels like home.

This place is great! I love the spacious living room n kitchen. Neighbors are so nice and respectful. Its so quiet unlike other apartments where u can hear everyones business. The maintenance team are very helpful ,my AC stopped working and JP the maintenance guy was there that same day n got it working again. Now thats helpful especially since its summer. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Looking for peace and quiet. The Richland apartments is the place to be...

Nicole is an amazing manager who really works to get things done. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and she cares about her residents. She is friendly and personable and other than a few small bumps I have really enjoyed my time here at The Richland and would recommend it to anyone. I am a property manager myself so I can tell you- this team cares about their residents!

UPDATE:Recently maintenance has been on thier game!*** FIVE STARSHad an issue with my oven, maintenance replaced with an NEW up-to-date appliance.Ms. Cindy (Front Office) does the community a great deal of service leaving Spring Cleaning letters and other updates on individuals doors.Pool is clean and well shaded.Parking lot is clean.No stray animals which is a plus after leaving from my last apt which was full of strays.

My fiancé and I moved in December 18th , relocated from Orlando, Fl. It’s been a little over a month and we really enjoy and like it. It is very quiet and people are nice. Very centrally located as well. Nicole is always so helpful and accommodating, Rodger is super helpful as well. They both made the move in process very smooth. It is perfect for what we need and were searching for. Maintenance very nice and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend.

I moved from a Louisiana Lynd Property and was super spoiled. Now in Texas, my husband and I can’t praise the Management enough for the efficiency and dedication of this team. We enjoy living here so much! The grounds are 5 star resort quality and we appreciate the Maintenance crew and all their hard work. I recommend to anyone; come and lease ASAP!!!!

Nicole/Office Manager goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome.The Richland Apts are quiet, pet -friendly and the grounds are clean. My neighbors helped me install a TV on the wall. Another resident found my cell phone and quickly returned it.There’s no place that is perfect, however, The Richland Apts come pretty close.

I have a one year old and today (Thursday) I found this scorpion in our bedroom, you guys most stay on top of you’ll pest control routines at all time.Update: Nicole (leasing office staff) followed up with me today (Friday) and asked if we found more or this was the only one, she also said she is trying to get hold of the pest control company to get them out today.

Simply love this place the staff is amazing very talkative and cooperative never had a problem with them at all. The new guy in the office Roger is so helpful, Nicole the manager does a good job running this place... the maintenance team Ishmael and JP are awesome always working on making this place better for everyone here .. I love the peace and quite this place provides also great neighbors I definitely recommend it for others
