    I absolutely love living here!!! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. The property is always well-maintained & The apartments are spacious!Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.     This community is great. Its always clean. My move in process was seamless and easy. The leasing staff always inform us and have had clear communication with me. I have a child and I can say I like that the areas are fob access for my family . The area is cool too its near everything you need.

    I had the pleasure of working with Rashaud, the assistant property manager at REVL on Lamar, and I couldnt be more impressed. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Rashaud made the whole leasing process smooth and hassle-free, and his friendly attitude made me feel welcomed. Its clear he cares about the residents and the community at REVL on Lamar. Highly recommend working with him!

    I’ve been living at this apartment complex since July 2024, and overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. My apartment has high 10-foot ceilings, and the bathroom is by far the best I’ve ever had in a unit. The rooftop is a great spot with a pool table and a beautiful downtown view. The gym is extremely well-equipped, featuring a cycle/yoga room, a TV with thousands of workout programs, wipes for the machines, and even a deadlift platform. It has all the necessary equipment for any workout. Theres also a computer room and a study room, which is a nice touch.So far, I’ve had no issues with parking, trash, or noise. The amenities are great, and everything is very convenient. However, there are a few areas for improvement. I’m not particularly comfortable with the carpeting in the hallways—it shows signs of pet accidents and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the elevator and common areas outside the elevators can sometimes be dirty.Another downside is the frequent theft of packages from my door. I highly recommend installing security cameras around the building and at your door, especially near the entrances and hallways, to help prevent this.Overall, I would still highly recommend this apartment complex for its amenities and location. 10 min car to/from downtown , 5 minutes from the triangle, 10 min from muller area. I do 16-18 minutes in scooter to get to UT Austin!!! and 25 in scooter to Downtown. OH ALSO it has a hot yoga/Pilates studio on the first floor and an Organic supermarket (wholefoods style)

    Living at REVL for two years was one of the best decisions we made. Despite a few administrative changes during our time there, we never felt any disruption. The staff was always attentive, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The maintenance team is outstanding—they consistently kept all the amenities and common areas spotless, and any maintenance requests were addressed promptly. We lived in two different apartments during our stay—one facing the pool and the other facing Koenig St. Noise was never an issue, so if thats a concern, you can rest easy. Thank you, REVL team, for everything!

    Moving to REVL is the best decision we’ve made. The application process is very simple and straightforward. Also the leasing agent Jazmine, made everything easy for us. Love love the place!

    Moving here has been so seamless and Im very grateful for all of Rashauds help throughout the application and move in process! He was super friendly, and let me tour several units when I was deciding where I wanted to sign. I appreciate how helpful and accommodating he was.Upon getting my keys, I did not get the unit I thought I applied for but luckily, there was an open one available and I was able to switch units without any hassle.The management team here overall, is super great! Slay experience, overall.

    We lived there for about 15 months and were really sad to leave. Only moved because we were going to be out of state for a bit. Our time there was really good and we will likely reconsider Revl if and when we move back to Austin. Relatively timely management responses compared to other apartment complexes, nice building and amenities, lovely modern apartments, and good people around the building.

    Great property. Great staff. Clean and up to date amenities. My only complaint would be how my apartment light switches are set up. There are two entrances to my bathroom but only one set of light switches and the switches are located outside of the bathroom, in the bedroom. So guests who enter through the other entrance can’t turn on the lights unless someone walks into my bedroom to turn them on for them.

    The management team and mantiene are the best. Really responsive.The technicians were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable when we had issues with the appliances. They quickly diagnosed the issues with both appliances and explained everything clearly to me, which I really appreciated. But what truly impressed me was his willingness to go the extra mile for the entire team. I’m happy that I chose Revl

    I lived here since the property opened and I have to say compared to the previous owners these new owners and staff care and are doing their best to bring Revl back to what it was once upon a time(This is the cleanest I’ve ever seen the property). Jake the Maintenance Supervisor is the best one yet! He’s so professional and very passionate about what he does, I met Luis for the first time after he helped with a service order. I’m very pleased with them and can’t wait to see the great things they continue to do to to make this property beautiful again. Jake and Luis are exactly what this community needs! Good job guys!

    Giving the property management company 5 stars because they are very kind, sweet and lovely to deal with. I haven’t had the pleasure of living here but I always visit and they don’t discriminate against anyone. Also always have a smile on their face and are happy to help. Keep doing you team. I hope one day I am able to live here

    I’m not sure why Revl has such bad reviews! Overall, from application to move-in, the process has been so smooth. The staff (Domingo, Montana and Samantha) has been so sweet and kind with helping me resolve any concerns and questions I have! It’s only been a week but I already love my place so much. Also wanted to give a big shout-out to Domingo for being so patient with me throughout my application and lease signing process.

    Every time I’ve placed a maintenance order, maintenance has shown up the same day just hours later and resolved the issue. I am so incredibly grateful and I appreciate all the hard work you all do!

    This has honestly been the most well managed apartment complex my partner and I have ever lived in. Samantha, Domingo, and Montana have went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs are met and keep the property taken care of. In all our years in Austin this has been the most well managed place we’ve stayed at.

    I recently moved out after living at Revl for 15 months. Honestly, my experience was almost exclusively positive, but Ill describe more below.Pros:- Interior: The complex is well maintained and the interior of the units is lovely. Functional floor plan, walls were decently thick for an apartment complex. I could rarely hear my neighbors (except the entry doors - in the hallway you can hear EVERYTHING for some reason but not when actually inside the unit)- Staff - Montana and Domingo are consistently a pleasure to work with. I havent chatted much with anyone else after the management switch.- Maintenance - Every request was addressed within 24-48 hours, except for multi-unit issues after the power outages (which just took a while to get to everyone)- Community - most residents are friendly or keep to themselves. Ive had a couple of meh interactions with people, but that will happen anywhere. Keep in mind this community is mostly younger (20s-30s) and also with a good share of college students.- Location - very central and close to everything you need. Grocery store, restaurants, Mopac, I35, 183. Multiple bus stops and a metro rapid train stop nearby.Cons:- Safety/Security - There is a pretty significant unhoused community in this area. Ive only had a few especially negative interactions with people who probably werent in their right mind, but its just something to note especially if you will be walking around the area with a dog or just to walk. There are lots of people out and about at any time of night, so just be aware of your surroundings. There also used to be night security when I moved in which was a selling point, but after a few months in they suddenly werent there anymore. That was a bummer.- Complex maintenance - larger complex issues usually take a few weeks to address, such as the pool, gate, or elevators. Re: elevators, there are two, and there was never a time when both were out of commission (except when the whole building had no power).- Pet areas - not a ton of green space. There is a large-ish grassy area directly in front of the complex between the sidewalk and Lamar, a sliver between the sidewalk and Koenig, and a tiny gated/turfed dog park. If you have a high-activity dog, there isnt a good place for them to run around off-leash safely. Youll need to take them elsewhere for that.All around I really enjoyed living here. I opted to move closer to work and find a place with a yard for my dog. If I worked remote and didnt have pets, I would have likely renewed.

    Everything about Revl is so great, we moved here last year, and its been amazing so far. New management professionally handles all the issues. Samantha is amazing and very helpful. The building is very new and recently built and the best thing about this place is that they have electric car chargers available on each floor.

    Beautiful suite, I love my suite. Great appliances and beautiful features. This is a great building with awesome amenities, a pool, grill, gym, media room, free printer, and rooftop patio!! We have a wonderful management, maintenance, and cleaning Team. Very happy to have chosen Revl as my home!

    My girlfriend and I virtually toured our apartment last week and had a wonderful touring experience! Unlike several of our other touring experiences in Austin, we were able to tour the exact unit that we were interested in leasing. This was very important to us as we are relocating across the country and could not visit in person. Our tour guide, Christina, was very helpful in providing specific leasing information and giving us a feel of what it would be like to live there.While some of the amenities at Aura on Lamar are still under construction (i.e. pool, grilling area, lounging areas), they are expected to be completed within the next few weeks (other amenities like the fitness center, business center, club lounge, and mail room are already fully constructed). And, let me tell you... after looking at 100+ apartments in Austin this past month, this one stood out as the best deal of them all.Location is great. Apartments are gorgeous. Rent is reasonably priced. No hidden fees, no gimmicks. I would highly recommend leasing through Aura on Lamar. Were very excited to live there!

    Have been here for a year. I have not had any negative experiences, I know this can differ for residents based on where they are in the building. Areas that can be improved are cleanliness of amenity areas and communication with residents. Overall, I have been pleased.

    I very much enjoyed my time here, the art and vibrancy of the building and amenity spaces, as well as the modern and clean aesthetic of my apartment interior. Not to mention an excellent location for getting around - I love the central Austin area.

    I’m just confused about which issues were supposed to be resolved since I have two tickets open, one for the water filter that wasn’t changed on my fridge before I got here and another for the shattered balcony window, neither of which has been fully resolved so I’m unclear why I’m receiving emails saying my maintenance request was already done. I understand if they’re something that can’t be taken care of yet for whatever reason but being messaged that my request was done just makes me concerned it will be forgotten and remain unresolved in the future.

    I had a great experience at the REVL. Montana Smith did a great job with the apartment tours helping me find the exact layout I wanted. The location is perfect and the complex is one of the coolest Ive seen in all of Austin.

    Building went through a management change - there were some issues with the common areas during this transition 🚮, but these have now been resolved. In fact, the new management has stepped up their game and are going above and beyond to build goodwill with the residents 💪 E.g. frequent social events, free pizza, even thoughtful presents for Valentines Day ❤️ Kudos to the new management for making this a great place to live in (again)!

    Great location North of downtown. Really nice and modern amenities: lounge with giant TV, ping pong table and shuffle board. Great gym and pool. Rooftop patio with furniture, pool table and TV’s. Our apartment is modern, spacious with two huge patios. Friendly staff and great neighborhood!

    I moved in about 3 months ago. I really like the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems. Relative pet friendly, as much as it possible. Great activities like BBQ, pool, and even a movie on the lawn by the office. It is a little bit noisy, but overall 4/5
