Hello! I am moving to the Houston around next year but I want to scout some apartments for now so Im not rushing the process when it comes time to move. This apartment was one of the ones at the top of my list and I couldnt have asked for a better tour guide Brittney! She should us all the amenities and several apartments based on what I was looking for m, she even broke down pricing to how much estimated payments would look like each month! Safe to say that I am looking forward to speaking to her very soon regarding this apartment!

My move in at the Revl Med Center went well. I didnt have to travel far and I didnt have much to move.To continue, Im enjoying living here. Its very comfortable. Im exploring the amenities. Im in walking range of a lot of places. And the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place.

Ive lived here for almost a year now and have had a great experience! I recently transferred to another unit within the complex and the office staff (specifically Shanti and Brittany) were extremely helpful with that. I did have a few issues with my keys throughout the transfer process but maintenance is so so helpful and very timely. Anytime I have submitted a work order, they have completed it within 24 hours no matter what it is! The convenient location has been the best part since I am only minutes away from the medical center. I would recommend living at REVL!

Great place, location, feels safe, clean (for my standards and I am a neat freak but I did re-clean just because that’s my ritual). Really enjoyed the process because they made it easy. Will give an update when I move out.I had to update my star because I love this place, I will still update when I leave but I actually enjoy the rules they put in place. It keeps it clean and classy. Such a great choice so far!

Just relocated to the Houston area, an apartment locator by the name Zia Khan who is OUTSTANDING had me come and tour this lavish apartment complex that is tucked away in its own little niche. Miss Brittany Ray was the lovely leasing agent who took me around the property and was nothing but patient and kind. Took the time to answer any questions I had and overall was just a sweet person who didn’t rush me through the tour and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The property itself gave a homey feel good vibe as well.

This team made the application process super quick and worked with us when we needed help or hit roadblocks. They have been extremely attentive, even checking on our apartment for us when we were out of town to make sure all was good. They show resident appreciation through little events each month and I look forward to attending more in the coming months!

This is my first time leasing an apartment and I thought it would be difficult initially. But Tiffany, one of the leasing agent, was helpful and guided me through the application process. It was actually quite simple! I also appreciate Julio for giving me a tour of the apartment when I arrived. Lastly, the gym here is incredibly nice and I am glad I dont have to drive to another gym.Overall, my experience with the staff members and the apartment have been amazing! I feel safe here and Its close to the medical center.

I’m experience at revl med center has been outstanding. Office staff is friendly and answers and questions you have. The building is clean, safe, and the units are beautiful as well!Shanti helped me out in the leasing office and made the process so easy to transition to this new apartment. I highly recommend to talking to her about getting all the information you need when deciding on if you want to move in or not. The whole staff is great! I highly recommend this place!

I’m a one-year resident of Revl Med Center, and my experience here has been generally positive. Location-wise you can’t beat this place - it’s right next to the rail, right next to the UT Health shuttle stop on Knight Rd, and very easily commutable to the Med Center. It’s also right next to NRG so you don’t have to worry about parking when going to events. Furthermore, the property is absolutely gorgeous - it’s well-kept by wonderful, and friendly efficient groundskeeping staff, and its amenities (lounge area, pool, gym, etc.) are great places to hang out and do your thing. The area is relatively safe; people walk their dogs and their kids during the day and dusk (but we’re in Houston, so always keep your wits about you regardless of where you are). In all, Revl Med Center’s location and beauty makes this place a great spot to consider for your next move.I had some issues throughout my initial lease due to noise complaints. My major criticism of this place is the fact that the ceiling walls are extremely thin so footsteps are amplified quite a bit. If you are even slightly noise sensitive, I would highly recommend you grab a unit on the top floor because the footsteps are quite disruptive and unavoidable, even if your upstairs neighbor isn’t super heavy-footed. I cannot stress or suggest this enough.This noise issue was particularly challenging for me, but the leasing office staff was quite receptive to my concerns. James the property manager is very reasonable and he was willing to give me as much help as he could, and my real cheerleader was Shanti. Shanti is an absolute rockstar! She helped me immensely by brokering a great deal to transfer me from my unit (where I was very unhappy) to a much better unit. She was so incredibly kind, supportive, and friendly throughout that stressful process. She advocated for me to James and to the management company to give me the best outcome I could have hoped for. She also regularly checked in on me to make sure that I had the support I needed. She quite literally demonstrates all of the qualities that embody an amazing leasing agent - reasonable, dedicated, and so incredibly kind! I’m so incredibly grateful to her for all she’s done to help me!TLDR; the property is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is top-notch for anyone who works at the Med Center. If you are noise-sensitive, get a top floor unit if you can (I HIGHLY recommend this, it’s imperative). Also be sure to set up your car’s parking pass before moving and register your guests’ cars (to avoid towing), or just park across the street from the pool (next to the fence). Shanti is the best leasing agent alive. If you grab a good unit, this place can be perfect for you.

Good location to my job and some entertainment from midtown clubs and bars always a cheap Uber ride, the atmosphere and amenities here at the property are great when staying in. Four months here so far have been great and the staff always prompt when I have had any questions or concerns. And being a Texans Fan it’s awesome being so close to the stadium for game day!

I was one of the first move ins last August when Revl first opened. The staff has always been helpful! The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are great. I always see maintenance cleaning up to keep everything looking great! The water/lights comments from others have happened maybe twice, after pretty severe weather.

Amazing Customer service!!Grounds Were soooooooo beautiful!I was a guest of a resident here visiting and its a gorgeous place regardless of the construction going on, which is minor. My car was definitely not towed like others have claimed when visiting, because of course I registered my vehicle for the guest parking like it says on the outside of the garage.The staff was extremely nice! I met Jake, James, Julio, and Tiffany. All of which were so kind and helpful. I also got free Starbucks from them! I want to live here now!

I moved into Revl Med Center almost three months ago, and so far my experience has been great. The apartments are designed really well, and they feel bigger than the square footage would suggest. The amenities are also excellent, and the management and maintenance teams do a great job of keeping everything running smoothly and keeping it super clean.

I like my new apartment. The leasing process was fast and straight forward. Julio and the other personnel have been very kind and welcoming. The apartments are brand new including the appliances. Hopefully the gym and pool will be ready soon. The location is at a 10min walk to the red line which is great if you study/work at the med center.

Toured the Revl in the Med. Center the other day and I absolutely loved it. There are lots of areas in the complex where you can work from home and hang out. I was recommended this place and it really exceeded my expectations. Great pricing!Julio, the leasing consultant, was super. He gave a great tour and gave great insights about the community. Overall really enjoyed my time touring the complex.

Been here for almost a month and i love it. it’s quiet and clean. the parking is great i love the pool rules. management does a great job having rules in place that don’t allow for persons to disturb the quality of life at the complex and i’m here for it.

We went there for a tour with Julio Hernandez and he was great!If you want to go for a tour make sure to go with him cause he was patient and he showed us everywhere also he had the exact info that we needed and he told us how many units they have available. This was our second tour of the property but the pervious leasing agent didnt go thorough all the details with us. Also, the property itself is very nice we have signed the lease so we hope that it will be as good as it looks

I wasnt able to move in unfortunately, there were changes in my family and I couldnt drop and come to Texas. However, after a pleasant exchange with Jacob the Property Manager, I can say he is wonderful and really dedicated to the customers experience, being a good one! This is a beautiful property and after a lot of research I felt it was one of the best deals in Houston, especially safety wise.

After a long week of touring differnt places this one was last on my list it great location newly built so i was hoping for the best I got a tour of the property it was the defintley the best one i had seen all week love how everything is all still brand new the apt size was perfect even though the pool wasnt open yet i sure was ready to jump in very beautful!! I met the manger Jacob he was very easy going made time to introduce him self say hi and gave me alot information and upcoming things going on i also met the staff they even had starbucks!!! I am a review person always like to see what people say it help me make choices and were i want to go are do are live and well they let me know about parking and registering the vehicle and it is posted when you driving in so even after reading these reviews i made my application and in all fairness i think all aparments you go to now make you register the vehicle to prevent breakins and and theft and help keep property safe etc so i like that ! I want that security so i dont mind doing it. 5 stars for me :)

Beautiful brand new apartments! 😍 Foremost, Tiffany has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first call to confirm my tour appointment, to the touring, and now through the application process! Shes beyond helpful and goes the extra mile! I cant wait to be a tenant! Lighting and white finishings brighten the apartments. No carpet throughout units. Tile stand up showers. Gorgeous and might I add (again) BRAND NEW!

I don’t usually do the whole Google or Yelp review thing, but this has been Top-Tier moving / living experience!! I moved from The Woodlands area to REVL Med Center about 5 months ago to be closer to work, and I could not be happier with my decision. The property manager Jake and his staff were very welcoming and helpful and made the move-in process super easy! The apartment even came with a small thoughtful gift. Location wise, REVL Med Center is located downtown next to NRG, close to any and everything, but is surprisingly quiet. This complex is literally brand new, and very modern. My 1bd apartment has a nice open floor plan with hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and a walk-in shower. The amenities are beautiful as well. My personal favorite is the Ping-Pong Table😊, however this apartment has an absolutely beautiful pool area that I can’t wait to enjoy this summer! Also, maintenance has been quick and professional, which is nice. Well done guys!!
