    I love the office staff here and the maintenance people are very friendly and work hard too. I love the fitness room set up, only issue was AC at times, but was better than being outside in that heat. I loved our view of downtown at night and people watching views too on weekends. That gets entertaining! 😂🤣 Want to join a running club, there are within walking distance or just go for a stroll to the Trinity Park!Only reason we left was we bought a house. If we ever did the apartment route again, would definitely go back here again!

    After moving in back in September, I can confirm with whoever reads this that this is the apartment complex you want to call home. Ive not had a single complaint about this place and it feels great to not have one because prior to this, all my experiences felt like I was having an uphill battle with every apartment complex Ive stayed that. Its been nothing but an excellent experience here at the property. It gets better though; the leasing office here is utterly amazing. The guy I always have a pleasure coming across is Luis. Hes very professional and EXTREMELY helpful. So dont look any further and lease here at Revel Crockett Row!

    Had an amazing tour with Lola this past week, she was very informative, and she answered every single one of my one million questions. She went into detail about some of the cleaning, maintenance, and expected upgrades to the complex; this was good because this was where most apartments that I toured did poorly. She was more than happy to show me another unit even though we had walked all the way back to the office. It was very clear she has a great rapport with the tenants, as a few went out of their way to greet her. The residents I spoke to in person on my 2nd visit were also enthusiastic about the complex, which is rare. I came within a hair of renting, but I decided to rent somewhere else due to personal reasons. I know my #2 at least!I suggest checking out units with the wine fridges Ill definitely dream about that. Im only giving 4 stars because I have not actually rented at the complex, but it was a five-star tour.

    Been living in “Luxury” apartments for 7-8 years now and this is the best run facility by far. Policies make directional sense and safety is a high priority here. Maintenance staff is friendly and quick. Luis took great care of us during move in.

    We just moved into a luxury one-bedroom at the Revl and we’re absolutely loving it! The amenities are fantastic, and the patio area is an amazing spot to relax. Plus, the surrounding area is filled with great restaurants and charming boutiques—downtown living at its best! The best of it all is I can walk to work in 18 minutes! Luis the leasing agent is efficient and professional.

    I’m recently moved in and set up at REVL, and overall, Ive had an awesome experience. Lola, Amanda, and Luis (the main office/admin crew) have been stellar! Firstly, I love their attitude and willingness to be as helpful, and as friendly as possible. There will always be teething problems when embarking in a new living arrangement but they’ve all worked incredibly hard to make my experience as smooth as can be.If you’re considering an Apartment/shared community for your next home, then I’d definitely recommend REVL as a top choice.

    I have lived here for 2 years and have absolutely lived it. Like any place you live, there will be some minor issues. The front office staff is attentive to taking care of needs of the residents. Lola and Amanda have been fantastic and have assisted me with things since I am out of town several days a month. Could not ask for better folks to run the property.

    Luis was the member of your staff that gave the welcome and the tour it was an amazing experience I love the apartment I am moving from Florida and I would like to have a second visit Monday to look at more details about size and the fitting of my furniture hope luis will be on duty

    Most apartments don’t care about their residents, but Lola (the assistant manager) here is awesome. She looks out for everyone living here and genuinely cares about everyone. She is the reason I wanted to sign another lease here! She also help get me a better price!

    My feelings for RevL has up and down like a roller coaster, even though Ive only been living here for 2 weeks the good has outweighed the bad, team members there like Louise is a awesome host to show you around the place like he did with me my wife and all the cool amenities the place has to offer. He was a big help gettn me moved in and situated, with any problems or concerns ive had Louise and other team members have been very attentive along with their maintenance crew to my needs in a timely fashion . Very friendly and inviting energy all around this place.

    Louis was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and the customer service was great. I immediately fell in love with the unit I seen and it is spacious and beautiful. I found my new home.

    Junior is the man. We moved in about a week ago. We had some simple maintenance questions and Junior was very attentive and went above and beyond to explain and help us out with everything. Went and checked on the A/C unit right as I asked about it and explained how to use the system efficiently.

    My Girlfriend and I just toured here and all I can say is WOW, the customer service we received from Luis. From when we walked in the door all the way until the end of the tour it felt like we were truly home. While we are hoping that A11 floor plan has a couple more openings before our move in date, we may just have to settle for the A10 cause we seriously can’t imagine living anywhere else! Go tour these apartments and see what you’re missing!!!

    The Revl is an amazing complex with the best location, an amazing staff that is so helpful and so caring. Lola was so helpful and continues to do so. The amenities and the property are so beautiful. The new flooring in hallways on all floors just was redone with laminate flooring. It is beautiful. This has truly been a dream come true. All the events they plan are stellar. They always strive to communicate and give the most excellent and the best service to residents. Thank you for always keeping everything top notch!

    Just want to say, I have live here 2 years and the management and staff have always been very professional and attend to any maintenance request with 24 hours. Absolutely love the convenience of all of my surroundings, from the views, walking trails, parks, restaurants, bars, and stores all within walking distance. Definitely has to be the best location on 7th Street.

    I totally recommend.After visiting several buildings, my wife and I, we found ourselves drawn to REVL Crockett ROW for more than just its physical attributes.The leasing office staff, particularly Amanda, went out of their way to assist us, making the leasing process in a new country less daunting. Their patience and helpfulness were greatly appreciated and made all the difference in our decision-making process.As for the building itself, its certainly commendable. The residents are mostly friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant living environment. While there are areas for improvement, such as the aging carpet in the hallways, the overall quality of facilities, both inside and outside the apartment, is satisfactory.The maintenance team, led by Mr. Junior, is prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise, which has been reassuring for us as tenants.As we approach the end of our first five months here, we find ourselves quite content with our decision to lease at this building. While we all have differing standards and perspectives, we havent come across a better option, specially back in Europe.In summary, our experience at this building has been positive overall. Were grateful for the welcoming community and the efforts of the leasing office and maintenance team. Were even considering extending our lease, provided the pricing remains reasonable.

    I have only been here for about a month, but it has been nothing short of a great experience! Contrary to the negative reviews, my apartment and the complex has been clean upon move in and I have had no issues with any pests. The location is perfect as it is close to basically everything (food, entertainment, stores, downtown), although a bit noisy on the weekends with how close it is to 7th St but nothing unbearable in my opinion. The amenities are great, units are very modern and up to date, and the staff & maintenance are nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

    I have been living at Elan Crockett Row, now called Revl Crockett Row for about 4 years now. The management team is really sweet, the maintenance team is also always friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue. This place has gone through new management and new ownership but the manager Amanda and assistant manger Lola, are always super friendly and helped me with any issue I had quickly. Ive enjoyed my time here and my apartment

    I totally recommend this apartment.They are very nice and new, it has all kinds of facilities and is very well located. The prices are the best in the area.The best of all are the workers, both maintenance and leasing office.I lived there for a year but had to move out of state, even though I am no longer a resident Amanda is always attentive to all my questions!I cant wait to go back to Texas to live in that apartment again!

    The location is incredibly convenient and close to everything you need. The pool is my favorite hang out spot. But what seals the deal is the office crew.     I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now, and personally I think I might’ve just gotten lucky. This is the nicest place that I have lived in! I have no complaints other than the freight elevator being unavailable sometimes and not being able to put our decor up in the hallways :(. The staff that works here are super amazing and have always been there to help with absolutely anything !
