    I completed my move in with Ciboney and I have to say she is amazing. From start to finish of the application process she communicated in a timely manner and made my transition much smoother. She made sure everything was in tip top shape for my move in and also provided much needed pointers. I did not tour the property before starting the application process & now that I have moved in there is no regrets. Apartment is spacious, clean & UPGRADED and the property is well kept. I will definitely recommend this property to friends of mine taking a leap like I did and moving to Houston.

    My family has been here since July. We were nervous at first about living in an apartment again but we’re glad we chose this place. Not only is the staff very personable and friendly, the upgrades that come standard are top notch. My kids love the popcorn Fridays and popsicles by the pool every week. They also started this new free Fitness Thursdays where they do fitness classes!!!

    I am so glad James has joined the team here. I have been a resident since April and the grounds are quiet, clean, and friendly. James goes above and beyond to help with any concerns you might have. He is kind and always on top of it.     I’ve been here almost 6 months. Billie the manager, Stacy, Jaylen, Mr. Sal, Mr. Jorge, Mr. Jose & other team members have all comforted me & supported me since day one. I was in a situation where I had to move quickly. They all made sure I was safe & secure. They provided me with items I needed for my disabilities & safety such as hand rails for my bathtub, put up my handheld shower head & provided me with a garage close by my unit because of my walking difficulties. They helped me clear out my pest problems & have fixed all major issues so that I can relax & be comfortable. They have also had my unit mold tested & it was negative. The whole team here treats me like an extended part of their family with respect & kindness. I feel the same about them & I always let them know how much I appreciate them. The apartment still has a couple of minor things that still need to be done & that’s why at this time I give 4 stars-not because of the people. However, I give Billie, Stacy, Jaylen, Mr. Sal, Mr. Jorge, Mr. Jose & other team members 5 stars for being so kind to me & helping me whenever they can. If you need a place to stay where people care about you & your needs, then Residences At River Park West is the place to be.

    I had an AMAZING visit with Ciboney! She was with a couple of residents before she got to me and my family but everything was GREAT! She showed us the property well maintenance and the floorplan of our apartment. She answered all my questions. We enjoyed our visit at the property and Ciboney, she made us feel welcomed and excited about our move.

    I have consistently experienced the best residential support from Billie and Jaylen. They are both the best at what they do and are consistently working on ways to improve the community. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that the work orders were completed.

    I have been living in the apartment less than 6 months, and so far so good! The management is great! Also very helpful! The pool is big and spacious, and the gym is always clean!! Another great thing is maintenance is ALWAYS! Available and easy to contact! One con I do have is the my packages being delivered it is very hard for the delivery truck/worker to drop my packages off which makes me have to go to the post office and pick my packages up. That makes it inconvenient for me as a worker! But beside that! The place the great and the other residents are friendly!!

    In searching for a new place to live, I came across the Residences at River Park West Apartments. I went to visit the property and it was beautiful, tranquil and peaceful. The manager Billie and her staff are very knowledgeable of the property. As we went to view one of the apartment homes, I stated that it felt a little small. Billie provided me with a vision on how I could place my furniture to have more space. Also, I love all the amenities the property has to offer, and it is close to shopping. Very soon I will be calling this home.

    I went to the property for a tour last week and beforehand I had looked at the reviews as everyone does and I truly think that they did not portray the property correctly. I had an amazing time and all the management greeted me. I was also offered snacks and drinks during my tour which I think is really nice of them. Kiersten answered all of my questions and had no problem doing so. If she was not sure of her answer she asked her management team to verify for her.The property was very clean. Very very polite staff. Just had to put that out there because since reading some reviews I was truly confused as to why they would say that considering my experience was the polar opposite!

    Its a beautiful place to live. A shout out to Billie, Jaylan, and their staff!!Maintenance is on top of their game. I dont have to wait longer than 24 hours. They do an awesome job at keeping the place clean.Love the pool area!! They bought new chairs and more of them so we can enjoy our Fun Day Sunday time during the summers.Love the gas grills. Its nice to bbq and give our stoves a break. Everyone is so nice and generous in sharing these 2 grills.

    My partner and I lived there for 1 1/2 years and our stay was amazing. They are very attentive and listen to everything you have to say. James, Tammy and Tracy are very sweet and cheerful all the time very nice to come to. Maintence is always running around and getting things done ASAP which is amazing. I was very pleased with the pool, parking, gates everything they had, and they kept the grounds area very appealing to the eye. Over all and amazing place I would refer anyone to it!

    This year at Arium Wildwood has been great! I absolutely love living here, the best apartments I have lived at. Quiet community, nice amenities, and great management. Jamie and Mederick are always on it getting things done. If ever I call and no one is available to pick up the phone, Kiersten always gives me a call back within the hour :). Maintenance requests are always completed no longer than 48 hours!! And they are always having events and food trucks!!! I truly love it here and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

    Ive stayed here for a year and have been satisfied with our choice so far. The whole place is quiet, well- maintained, well- organized and comes with good amenity. However, there needs to be some pressure wash and cleaning up for insect nests which are all over hall ways. The community is nice and most of our neighbors are quiet, decent, well-educated and well-behaved. The office staff is very courteous, professional and always goes an extra mile to help out when we have issues. Maintenance is in timely manner.

    The ladies in the office are AWESOME. First apartment where I can call with a question or concern and I don’t seem like a burden. The grounds are kept well manicured and clean.     I have lived for about a year and half and I have enjoyed it. I never had a problem with customer service and all of my questions have been answered quickly. Maintenance is very helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem with noise above me except for a few times. However, lucky for me, they moved out.I agree about the dumpsters. I don’t know an easy solution for that, but I do think that there are some very LAZY people living here who just don’t care where they throw their trash.My only suggestions would be:1) I like the new lighting in breezeways. However, the new light fixture installed in garage “hallway” by my apartment doesn’t work. I would feel better if that area was lit up.2) Install some type of outdoor drop box for payments, etc3) Pick up the trash around the complex more often4) Maybe offer trash pickup

    This was my second time living here and I loved it! All staff is friendly and helpful. We never had any problems with our apartment, except in the beginning of our lease and things were fixed right away. Only downfall was the parking, but other than that I definitely recommend.

    This is an amazing apartment complex to live at. The managers and leasing consultants work harder than any other employees of any apartment Ive ever lived at. How only three people are able to manage such a large property with only 3 employees is beyond me. You would almost think that James has a tattoo of a smile on his face because Ive never seen him with anything else. of course thisplace may have a few faults, but all in all its a wonderful place to live.

Parking has become a bit of hassle within the last few months but the peacefulness of this apartment complex outweighs that!     I personally havent had an issue with the customer service. In fact, James always has a smile. Maintenance requests are usually within 1 working day. Ive seen some complaints about parking. Im fortunate that where my apartment is I dont have an issue.Biggest con is I dont think there are enough garbage dumpsters. I dont know if its the number of dumpsters or some residents are just lazy and dont take the time to make sure they get their stuff in. Some weekends the trash is just overflowing. Typically its cleared out Monday.

    Typically a nice and quiet community to stay in (some people can get a little loud on the weekends but never obnoxiously so). The staff in the office (James and Santiago) are great and concerns, repairs, and other issues are typically handled promptly (slower wait times if its a bigger issue). They use a locker drop off system for package delivery along with USPS which is great if you get home after the main office closes. Rent is reasonable, apartments are modern, and community is pleasant. Right off 59 with two HEBs within short driving distance. Happy to renew for another year.tl;dr Nice apartment staff and community, good location, I will be staying another year.

    Overall, we love it here. The only problem is our neighbors upstairs. It sounds like kids jumping from a trampoline onto the floor, which makes a lot of noise. Some days it goes on for hours. The maintenance man has already had to fix our light fixture cover in the kitchen, because of the vibration, which in my opinion, is quite ridiculous. These people have no consideration.Jan.21, 2020. After owning a home for 38 years, Ive found I love living in an apartment in Arium. Its nice and quiet and now I dont have to worry about home owners insurance, repairs on a house and repair or replacement of appliances. Arium provides all appliances. If anything goes wrong with one, theyll repair it or replace it. No charge! We are close to HEB, (my favorite), the Sheriff department and to Oakbend hospital and professional building. The office staff at Arium are really nice and they are on the ball with any concerns or questions.

    After months and months of having to listen to screaming, unsupervised children playing in the dog park, I’d had enough! Arium Wildwood sent a notice to all residents expressing their concerns regarding the lack of supervision, potential hazards and sanitary issues with children using the dog park as a playground, but parents still allowed their children to play in there unsupervised. I’ve watched many residents attempt to allow their dogs to utilize the dog park only to have to contend with attitudes from the kids who were being asked to vacate. I made one phone call to the office after hearing one too many cuss words, and watching children climbing on structures that were not intended or rated for child’s play. The office staff handled the situation beautifully! I’ve had a blissfully quiet week on my patio without having any noise pollution from unruly and rude children with zero supervision.I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and this is the worst it’s been with unsupervised children. Since this issue has been resolved, hopefully permenately, I’m ready to sign a lease for another year!Thank you, Arium Wildwood, for allowing me to enjoy my time on my patio again!

So far no complains - well-maintained complex, reasonable pricing, quick-to-respond maintenance staff, spacious 3-bedroom apartment, quick access to HWY 59. It is also close to the brand new H-E-B on Berry Rd. I can recommend this place.

    I’ve been in the complex since the middle of 2018. The office employees are always so kind, and anytime maintenance is needed they are quick to assist! It’s very nice and quiet.
