    I moved here about 6 months ago and I got to say this place is great. The people here are all so neighborly. And the pool is always looking super clean where you just want to jump in everytime you walk by it. The apartment itself is so comfortable and well kept. Also the woman in the office Marisol Gomez is so very kind and helpful willing to and always does answer and help with all concerns i have had. I love it here.

    My experience touring this apartment complex was extraordinary. Marisol was very helpful and attentive to both my husband and myself. We toured a couple of units with her and she had an answer for all of our doubts and questions. Residence at Westchase will definitely remain on my top two choices for our next place of residence.

    This is by far the best team I’ve worked with. Our leasing Agent was Bri, and she is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment we walked in the building she was so welcoming and immediately made the place feel like home. Not only did she work hard to find the perfect unit but for the best price as well! I highly recommend moving here if you’re considering it. I have no complaints. The complex is always clean and we feel safe as well. Keep up the great job guys :)

    Marisol was absolutely outstanding and incredibly helpful during my tour today. She was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions.     I spoke to Bri. She was really helpful!She assured me of what this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with spacious rooms and modern amenities. She also did a good job as giving insight on where the location is ideal, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making daily life effortless. The well-maintained building and friendly management team make it a great place to call home.

    Bri was great! She took me on a apartment tour to see 2 units that Im interested in and walked me through the property after. She explained the amenities included with each unit and assured comfort and convenience during my stay. She also provided me with her contact information for if or when I need her assistance with completing my application process. This property is my top choice thanks to bris great insight

    I love this place!! The first time that I walked into the leasing office I was greeted with a smile and a handshake by Bre. She was pleasant and easy to work with. She was very informative about the different leasing packages. This place was my 5th and final stop on my search for a new place to call home.     I lived this apartment in 2007 and I loved it. I referred my sister to this apartment and Bri is a agent who is very patient, friendly and professional…we also checked different apartments but we still come back for her because she makes us remembering her services and feel comfortable with her.

    For the most part Im beginning to like my apartment.. There were some issues in the beginning that had me not wanting to move here but because of Bri the leasing personnel most of my concerns have been addressed and resolved. ( Bri is the best and is ALWAYS on her A game). But theres one issue Im still having the door to the laundry room does not close. I was told by maintenance that it wasnt going to close. I was very unhappy with this response because the purpose of doors are to open and close right?) This issue can be resolved if a new door is installed. I have submitted several work orders regarding this matter but no resolution. Now Im DEMANDING the in replacement of this door. If its not replaced (repair/replacement has been requested several times)My next correspondence regarding this issue will be submitted to a higher authority as I have followed the chain of command as I was supposed to

    I had a great experience here. Starting with the office people they do a really good job at notifying the residents about what is going on in the property and the lady in the office named Melissa is such a sweetheart. She does a very good job at communicating with the customer and understanding there needs, she really makes it feel like home.

    We have been living here for more than a year now and absolutely love it, no problems with the apartment or the management.The office and maintenance staff are awesome and respond quickly to any concerns. Jenni is really hands on and always looked out for us in every way possible, maintenance is really fast at fixing issues (usually the same day).Its quiet, clean, and conveniently located by everything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone to live. This is definitely a great place to call home!New management Stefanie and Melissa are so great.     Thank you to the amazing staff at Residence at Westchase! When I stopped by to take a tour I met Jenni. She was very friendly, informative and most of all patient with me! I was apprehensive about moving into an apartment so I came back several times and called even more! Each time she and /or the Property Manager took my calls and answered my questions. Since I’ve moved in the other residences here have been very friendly and welcoming. The actual apartments are spacious, property is peaceful and quiet, always kept clean (thank you maintenance staff), the gates are always locked, two minutes from my job and five minutes from the beltway! Couldn’t have chosen a better propertyThank you to the amazing staff at the Residence at Westchase for making my move an easy transition!Love it!

    The land ladies are truly kind lovely and welcoming. They do a great job at communicating any issues that might involve the residence while also in loving us in events like barbecue and thanksgiving. Theres a app for reporting technical issues like a lightbulb going out and theyre quick to respond and get it taken care of. I have no problems with anything and have lived here for a year.

    I have been in this apartment for a few months Now. apart from the environment in which it is situated in, this apartment is great. It is very clean and safe. The management team are very supportive. I want to give a special shout Out to Jenny in the leasing office she is such a joy to work with and she goes the extra mile in helping residents.Even helping out with things that are not apartment based. I am very happy here right now

    I have lived here for 2.5 years and have no plans of moving anytime soon.This is home for me. I have nothing but praise for the office staff Ms. Diana and Ms Haydee. They take excellent care of their tenants. They work with you and make sure you are a satisfied tenant. They are very personable, and know their tenants by name.I met both of them while on my search for housing in 2012 and I was very impressed with the rates and the care they took to show me the place, then answer my many interview questions I had prepared while on the hunt for the BEST place to live. I appreciated their honesty. They are the same now as my first meeting with them. What impressed me most is that, even though I did not move in until 3 months later they REMEMBERED my name.Whenever there is an issue (which is not often) it is tended to immediately. I have and will recommend The Residence at Westchase to my friends and family.

    I have stayed here for almost 2 years and it has been a pleasant experience.The management is very friendly and does more than asked for, always with a smile. Also, the neighborhood apartments are little old but management has done enough to make these apartments stand out.I would definitely refer this apartment.Thumbs Up!

    I really enjoyed living here; Haydee and Diana were the nicest and most professional staff I have ever encountered with renting. My family and I were very safe here. Maintenence was very through, prompt, and courteous. Rent was very reasonable and the location was great. We were there for almost 3 years with no issues. Thank you Residence at Westchase for helping my family and I during that time. If you can move here, then you should. I had no issues moving in, moving out or in between. If you need something just go ask. One of the best attributes of this complex is that they dont just rent to anyone for the sake of making money, I felt very safe.

    We are very happy with the attention of all the staff, the administration, the office and maintenance is super good, I recommend anyone to live in this condominium unfortunately we had to move close to work but if I ever return to Westchase I would return to live in The Residence at Westchase apartments
