I’ve been living here for about 2 and a half years and i have never had a problem there’s been a few roaches here and there but they come for a week or two then go away for months so it’s very little roaches I have to deal with because upon request they send pest control out and maintenance have always came on time and most of the times ahead of time and fixed any repairs these are pretty decent apartments I’ve never had a late payment I never had the office staff be rude to me and the only thing I don’t like is they don’t have a pool and they lock the back gate at 9pm if it’s working these are pretty decent apartments I don’t want to move so don’t let the bad reviews detour you away because most of them are cap and no I’m not getting paid to write this review

Renewed my lease and my surpise was a Free carpet shampoo. The price is right. I have not come across one single problem with my neighbors and highly reccommend this multi-family homes to any peaceful human being.. (Pet Friendly) No loud music at night, no vehicles driving off crazy, No thieves breaking in(Security driving around & on foot) Clothes never stolen (laundry wise) maintenance technicians dressed professionally, pest control technician got the job done right, couple of barbecues in the patio play ground with family visitors (plenty of parking). Apartments have been completely upgraded from the interior to the exterior. Have you ever been blessed?

I lived here for two years and had a good experience. I honestly came with low expectations because of the location but needed a cheap apt close to my job.My apt was amazing for what I paid. Huge patio, nice appliances, massive closet, brown tiled kitchen wall, and the building was built well so I didnt have to use too much electricity. I had NO issues every with neighbors, safety, or anything of the sort.The only reason I didnt give them a five is because I had roaches from time to time. The apartments are old so I knew there was a high chance. The complex for the most part responded quickly in having someone come out and spray the apartment but it didnt really make them leave.The only reason I moved out is because my annual rent increases got too much for what I feel the place is worth and what I want to spend right now. Thank you for a great living experience.

I’m actually a current resident at a neighboring complex, but I’m very impressed with the staff and what the property offers consumers needing to relocate. I actually came for a visit to the leasing office out of desperation for the laundry kiosk machine, since my complex leasing office was suddenly and unexpectedly closed this past Saturday. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the Assistant Manager/Delores Nelson. Even after explaining to her that I was just wanting to put money on my laundry card by using their machine (since my office was MIA and closed), she welcomed me. Delores was kind and saw it would be a great opportunity During my visit to show me the small 2x2 vacant unit. I was initially not interested considering the cost of moving and since this is my first lease term, but after seeing their product, the interior renovations, and how accommodating their staff is...I’m planning my next move there. I myself have been a property manager and within the industry for a total of 12 years. It takes quite a bit to impress me and Delores thoroughly impressed me. I see allot in her as a future senior property manager.

I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in 9-2019. Every request has been met within a timely manner and I’m not pushed to the back burner. I’m always greeted sometimes by name and they continue to go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. Karen Deloris is a great member of the team and I’m glad she’s here. My apt is perfect for my needs and I’m happy to call this home

Overall I really love this apartment, Ive had the one bed and one bath for almost two years. Its very spacious and everything looks as if it was new. Management is on top of it with maintenance calls and repairs. Karen helped me get this apartment and she is such great help in the office! The one complaint I have is since new neighbors have moved in I have noticed a considerable difference in terms of roaches. I keep my place very clean especially the kitchen, but they seems to just keep coming. I have called for an exterminator once and they came, but the roaches are still here. I was here once when they did the routine exterminations and they guy did not do a very thorough spray. I hope that if I call again for another spray, he will be more thorough.

I went to view their 2bdrm 2 bath unit on 2.26.2018 and was helped my Karen N., a very nice lady. The apartments were clean and the grounds are taken care of above standards. I must admit i was shocked that they were so nice and well kept. The insides are spacious and updated nicely. There is no trash, no torn blinds,no cars on jacks, no clothes hanging on the balconies and patios. This is a hidden gem and a great price for your money.. And I do not work here or live here

I enjoyed my stay at the reserve. Karen is awesome!! My 1 bedroom was very spacious and very much upgraded. Maintenance was pretty fast and the grounds werent bad at all. Thank goodness I didnt experience the mold and roach problems that a few have left on here. If anything, I had a neighbor the first couple of weeks being there that was very disrespectful with his loud music but that was quickly resolved. In my section, parking was a hit or miss. So pretty much I timed myself when to leave my place and knowing i can come back to a close space. If i was too late in the day, just call a uber or lyft to keep your close space. My only advice is dont let the activities outside of the group deter you from these apartments. Very affordable and over comfortable.

First I have to say the staff is very nice, Mrs. Maribel Branham helped me and she is the best! She is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to finding a place to live. I moved to Houston for work. I was having a hard time finding a place close to work, for my budget. Mrs. Maribel worked with me and made me feel so much better. I will be moving in soon. The apartments are clean, and very nice. The maintenance team seemed busy, which means they are getting stuff done. Also chatted with the manager Miss. Susan and she is great. She also helped me feel comfortable even before I moved in. I felt like I walked out with friends, and not money grabbing apartment people.

I was skeptical about my renewal at The Reserve since a new company took over Judwin. However, today I went in for an issue with billing and Veronica was amazing at explaining the reasons why. She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. Definitely recommend the Reserve, not only they keep the property clean and updated but the customer service from Veronica was out of this world. Thanks Veronica for making my day less stressful.

Nice and quiet complex. Clean and organized. The actual units look refreshed and updated and the parking lot doesnt look like an outdoors drinking party with random people drinking. Theres also playgrounds that are clean and ready for the kids to play in.

I went to check your place out two weeks ago. Because my daughter lives here in Houston and Im moving from Alabama. The place is beautiful and the staff was really nice. The grounds was clean, no trash, no loud music. It was quiet and I didnt even see or hear any pets. If I decide to move here I will come back to apply.

Love living here, I am a returning resident. I use to live here in 2014-2015. Left for personal reasons and came back this year with a roommate. Once my lease is up in January I plan to renew. Management did a great job working with my roommate and I after the hurricane with extending the time for us to pay rent with no additional charges, maintence comes within 48 hours of your request at least, parking is reasonable even if you don’t have reserve red parking and I live the 24 hour security being that it’s not the 100% best neighborhood. I’ve been safe every time I’ve lived here and would recommend it to anyone.

I have lived in the Reserve for 1 year. I just upgraded to a two bedroom. The apartments are newly renovated and very large. The closets are spacious. New crown molding. Granite countertops. Karen the leasing agent knows her business. She has helped me out from start to finish. Karen is AWESOME! Park and ride is only 3 blocks from the complex. Clean gym in the complex. Grocery stores are also nearby. The Reserves at Westwood is the BEST. THANK YOU Karen!

Ive only resided at The Reserve since April and I truly love the place. Friends and Family continue to say, how they love the space. Some were thinking about moving here, had they not just renewed their current lease.My neighbors arent rude/loud or unbearable to live by, there are a lot of cats and big dogs. But its quite, despite the location and the street walkers. The business center is easy to use and the workout room is just right for some much needed exercise. Went through Easter, Mothers Day and now almost Fathers Day and Ive not had one moment of loud music/fights/lewdness where I am. Keep up the good work Staff, you are what help make this place home.

Best apartments ever. Thomasa was very helpful with everything. I lived there since 2014 the staff are very professional. Just ignore the area it is. Maintenance is on top of everything. They go and fix everything right away. The only reason I left is because I had to get a bigger apartment and the school for my daughter is closer to where Im at now. Thank you reserve at Westwood for the best 4 years.

I have been here since april and its been a smooth right. The apartment is very clean and upkept. The inside is very nicely made and thats coming from a picky person. The office staff is very nice, havent had any problems. I have called 3 times for service requests and they have came all threr times the same day and called the very next day to ask how was the service and if i need anything else. Love it! The maintenance man was very nice evn though i answered the door with a rude Attitude because i was having a bad day lol! He was still so nice i kept apologizing. There are neighbors of all colors here which I love. I thought it would be a little wild because of the location but have been very satisfied about my move. The security guards stay riding around and they keep their gate closed except during business hours at times. There are no pools but playgrounds here. Not too bad since we are ymca members and use their pool for free. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and all my visitors complement my apartment and the complex.

Quiet, calm, great staff (Karen AFOM is awesome) Nd the rest of the wonderful ladies.Fitness center, business center, gate access and as well as a playground in several.areas for the children! I have been as resident since 2013, (with a Forum Park address) I have not had a problem with the apartments. The only problems I have encountered or witnessed with from the surrounding apartments. The people here in this community is great. I dont see kids tearing up property, I dont see drug transactions, I dont see trash everything. Karen Deloris and Winston gave me fantastic service. My Godparents 62nd wedding anniversary was on Saturday and I discovered Friday evening that my kitchen light was out. Called the office at 5:27p and spoke to Karen Delores who quickly dispatched the repair and Winston showed up within 10min. My godparents live 2hrs away and enjoyed my marble cake with choc icing, okra/shrimp/sausage/chicken, baked chicken, wild rice, sweet peas and my noodle salad with cucumbers, tomatoes in Italian dressing. Ive been here 4yrs and this was my 2nd repair for my apt. I would highly recommend living here.

It’s a good place to live , the staff it’s always helpful. When you submit a maintenance ticket they always fixed right away within an hours . They maintained the property very clean and neat always improving the area .they always in constant comunicación with the residents vía e-mail in what’s going on in the property. I love the monthly news papers from the property they’re super cool very informative. I’m very satisfied to be a resident here.

Its a great place to live and the front office and maintenance are the best in what they do(5 stars to them). However the problem will be roaches. Pest control were call but it seems like they Fed them cause more appeared ( the pest control guy was so messy. He put the poison everywhere on the counter tops and that brown stuff looks like poop). We are clean freaks and still I dont know where this nasty little bugs are coming from . I blame the neighbors.I recommend to either talk to your current pest control provider or get a new one . Cause they suck.

Great complex. Very friendly and helpful staff. Updated appliances, flooring and bath gives it a hotel feel!

Signed a lease for these apartments, but life happens and couldnt move into it. These were very nice and spacious. Clean area. The only issue was the prostitutes that you see walking on Bissonet, not OK other then that very clean and nice place.
