Renaissance Apartments in Houston

I have lived here for 5 years. New magament is Great. Maintenence is dependable, excellent. Office crew, maintenance are all wonderful in Unity. There have been tenants that have not been nice, ruined the apts and skipped out or had too many people living in the apt. Some have an animals and not been true to pay for their pets being there. The apts are kept up. I have met the corporate, Shes Amazing also.

Good place to rent. Gated apartment complex with overhead to protect my car from the occasional hail. Their maintenance team is always fast and effective- they show up within 1 hour of me sending in a request. Very close to the Medical District.

We are about to move out of this apartments after 2 years of living. All I can say is - place is great both because of how well it is kept and Bc of people , who work here . Management and stuff are super nice and helpful, whatever had to be fixed was always fixed the same day, packages were always taken care of and never got stolen, area was really well kept and really nice. The environment is friendly and welcoming! I was very pleased to live here and be around this place and people .

Multi unit apartment complex with 3 levels, parking around building and covered parking, first come/first there. Units are of different styles of 1, 2, or more bedrooms open floor concept with small areas off the living room for outside access for grilling or sitting.

Lived here for about a year. Anytime we had an issue, it got resolved. Though the management team kept changing, they were still friendly to us. They raised the rent which caused us to look elsewhere but unlike some other apartment, they didnt throw random fees at us once we left.

I have lived at Renaissance for several years now and have had a really good experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. If there was ever a problem, they were very quick to respond and always made sure that our needs were taken care of. I highly recommend Renaissance if you are in need for a place to live!

I cant thank Renaissance apartments enough!! After shopping around at multiple apartment buildings, the staff at renaissance was so kind and helpful. I was able to get hooked up with the perfect apartment. By far the best deal i have found and they are SO clean and roomy!! Thanks again!!!

The Renaissance is a pleasant complex in which to live. Pleasant helpful staff, well located for shopping, and safe. The grounds and buildings are well maintained--including the individual apartments. The Westgate Mall is nearby as are a United and Walmart groceries. The complex is gated and there is gated/coded entry to parking.

My wife and I was there yesterday, we were taken for a tour of the place and to the type of apartment we need, everything was so well kept and we noticed not one thing out of place we are in our 70s so believe me we looked. We look forward to moving in and staying for along time.

I lived in this apt community for almost 3 years. I have absolutely no complaints. I have lived in apartments since 1996 and this place was one of the better ones.

Good things about this complex are clean, gated community, nice interior design, very close to hospital, medi park, discovery center, sams club, shopping mall, etc. 4 star is for management because they don’t even try to grow more trees in the complex.

Love it! There so nice and spacey the only reason I dont give it a 5 is because there fitness room is shameful, they need to upgrade there tredmeel thats for sure
