I looked at many high-end locations in Amarillo and all were very nice and suited my needs. The deciding factor was the staff at Remington. Callie made the process easy and always followed up with prompt communication when I had any questions or needed more information.

I think you’d be pretty hard pressed to find a better place to rent in Amarillo! Location is awesome, super quiet, all of my neighbors were very friendly.The leasing office is a breath of fresh air. Rudy, Jennifer, and Callie are there for you and want you to be happy with your home! The maintenance team is amazing as well! Wayne and Ronan are stand-up gentleman and hard workers.This place has a true sense of community front to back. In my short experience renting, Remington is second to none!

We lived here for ~9 months, and would still be living there if we didnt have to move for work. Youll have the normal neighbor sounds from living so close to other people. Kids play outside, and people are always walking their dogs. Met some great neighbors.Leasing office was always helpful and understanding with any concerns, even when we had to switch our lease plan last second due to our move.Highlight for me was the maintenance staff. Never learned his name, but the man with the beard was fantastic. Only ever had him come by. In and out every time he came to fix something and very kind.

The best apartment complexes I have ever stayed at. The people at the front office are amazing and are always finding ways to make your life easier and better. For any maintenance they are on it ASAP. Love Remington apartments

Managment was more than accommodating. I was coming from out of state and had the apartment and lease signed before I even got back to Texas. They where also very veteran friendly and where willing to accommodate all of my needs.Adding to my review after moving in. The apartments where great! Nancy was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. The online portal is great. I paid my rent and scheduled a repair. The maintenance staff is very good. I had a small issue and they where there next morning.This apartment is decently priced, in a great location, with amazing staff and service.

Transferred units after my lease was up and it was a flawless transition into our new unit. Every office worker was attentive to anything we had concerns on and they were few if any at all. Unit was cleaned upon move in and have never had issues with either unit I’ve lived in and if there was the maintenance staff were always quick and efficient to get the issue resolved.

Great place, friendly staff! I lived here 2020-2021, came back in 2023. Remington is close to shopping areas, not far from I-40, thus easily connected to other parts of town. Definitely recommended!

Nancy the leasing agent was fantastic.Shes very nice and helpful.She took good care of me.The apartment is nice. Im a little disappointed that the kitchen sink is horrible looking and has been repainted several times. The bathroom sink isnt too good either. Doesnt drain very well.I didnt realize this until I tried to use it. The blinds and walls were left full of dust and cobwebs as well as light fixtures including the walls. All of which I reported. Hopefully the bathroom will be rectified.Overall it is a very nice place. The complex appears to be well kept up.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Rudy & the office staff were always friendly & great to talk to. I didn’t have many issues, but anything that was brought up was addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance guys were out daily working on the property, picking up trash, & making sure it was a nice place to be, & were always friendly with a wave or a conversation. Only left because of a job transfer, but if I needed an apartment in Amarillo, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Great experience!

Love being here! Everyone is very pleasant to work with! Maintenance is always on top of things and the apartment office is always keeping you in the know with their notifiers and emails. Have never had any issues! Thanks Remington!

I came to Remington for the security of the property. Kept being told the gates would get fixed soon. I only received LIES from management!!!. The gates were only closed ONE time in 16 months. Was Stalked from someone out side the property.It is a safer place because of location, NOT because of the security gates. Wanted a two bedroom on first floor, even after my 6 month lease, I was never offered one.They were always prompt about fixing everything,The Office Ladies are sweet and kind. The grass always looked good. The trash was horrible. Need a new or bigger dumpster!! They never could keep maintenance workers.

Going on two years living at Remington. I absolutely love it. Office management is helpful, kind and courteous. Maintenance staff is thorough and attend to any needs in a timely manner. The grounds are well mantained. The pool and workout room are also a plus. Best apartments Ive ever had the pleasure of living in.

This is the first place that put a gift on my counter when I moved in. That was huge for me, but the thing that tops it all is having a maintenance issue handled quickly and done right! I lived in places where there is not enough guys on staff to take care of the mountainous issues and would take weeks or months sometimes to fix. In my opinion this place is a blessing, thank you to all the office people starting at the top and down to all the maintenance guys! 💕 LouAnne

This place is amazing and treats their tenants great!! I’ve had horrible experiences renting and this one by far is the best. Unfortunately I had to leave before the end of my lease and they let us pay a cancellation fee instead of buying out the rest of lease. In my opinion one of the best business decisions as an apartment complex! Thank you guys!

Joe did an exceptional job shampooing and cleaning my carpets!! He is so professional and such a hard worker!! He is very attentive to detail and is very thorough!! We lived here for a year and it was a really good experience, we were in one of the loft apartments above the garage and loved it. Theres pretty much always an employee driving around the area making sure everything is clean & looking good. In general everything is very well maintained. Oh, and no bs getting our deposit back! The only downside is the gates are always broken (always open) if youre looking for that bit of extra security.

Went to go apartment shopping so my wife and I decided to stop by These apartments. We were met by Rudy, the assistant manager, he was very warm and welcoming. He gave us top quality service and was very knowledgeable and also answered every question we had. We aren’t residents yet, but he made us feel like we were. Very happy with our experience!

Also it is so close to United that you can walk there. We loved the staff and community, and would recommend it to anyone looking for apartments.

I was moving in to Amarillo from Houston, its a 10 hour drive so I didnt have the luxury of taking a tour before applying. Anyways, I saw the pictures online so I applied.Jaime, my leasing agent made the process very seamless, she was so flexible with dates I had to turn in some documents and all. Moved in last Thursday and the apartment looks exactly like what i saw in the pictures.

Just moved in. Absolutely love the management. We had a smoke alarm beeping, notified management and they had maintence come right away and fixed it. Super quiet here. Very well maintained apartment and property. Was the best decision we made.

Incredibly fast! I had an issue regarding the screen door and bathroom faucet that wasn’t urgent, went to the office and told someone about it, it was resolved by the time I came back from the store (roughly 2 hours). Very friendly, and got my needs taken care of ASAP!
